Greulich’s

I highly recommend them. I recently bought my c in to have an oil change and they found I had a coolant leak. Steve took me out and showed me the leak. Steve put me in a rental car on their nickel so I could get to work and kêpt me informed throughout the process.
Gina is also very nice to work with. She really knows hr stuff and steps in when needed.
The staff at this location í fabulous! Steve, Gina, David, Tim, Eurie and Rene are all vy friendly. The entire team really seems to enjoy what they do.
Being a woman, its always scarey dealing with car issues. Thiis shop is hónest and when they give you their word, they stand by it. I am so pleased we have a such a high caliber shop in Fountain Hills!

What company would pay for negative reviews. That’s why they’re often more telling. My oil change turned into plenty of dripped oil on the driveway and under the car, as well as a new oil pan and weeks of follow ups. I thought this was an auto «repair» shop. They got 2 stars since they offered me a free oil change for my trouble.

I moved to Fountain Hills a year ago. When my car needed some maintenance Greulich’s was recommended. Now my vintage Honda purrs like a kitten again. Gina and her staff are friendly and very knowledgeable and professional. I recommended them to my neighbor and he still talks about how great the service was. It’s so nice to know there’s a place you can trust when it comes to taking care of the car. I won’t hesitate to go back if I need to and I won’t hesitate to recommend them to others.

I went into get my head gasket replaced, rack and pinion and brakes done. Gina and Tim took me in right away the wait wasn’t to long and very reasonable price. Tim was very fast at his job and took half the time to do all the work that needed to be done. Gina was very polite and very knowledgable. I recommend anyone who needs repaired or even a simple oil change to come to Greulich’s auto shop. Friendly environment and fair pricing!

No one likes to have to get their car repaired, but it’s necessary sometimes. If you need auto repair in Fountain Hills this is a convenient location with friendly service. They diagnosed my issue, provided an estimate and got me taken care of in a timely manner.
I sure hope I don’t need them again soon, but if I do I will be back.

By far the easiest car repair I’ve ever had! On my way to Payson, my car broke down, and i had to get towed to the nearest auto shop. They have an overnight key drop, so I simply wrote my concerns on the bag i put my key in, and dropped it in their secure box. This was so convenient for me being that i dont actually live in fountain hills. I would have had to paid a lot more to get it towed to my part of town.
I got a call mid morning once they had a chance to check out the car, and heard the bad news… radiator was blown. They informed me that they could get it finished by the end of the day! Awesome. I still wanted to price check a bit. So i called infiniti, and they quoted me an estimate of $ 250 more. So this place is super competitive.
I got my car back as promised that day, wallet a little thinner, but i was on the road again!
I couldnt recommend Jim and his staff more. If you are in the area or looking for a professional mechanic, check these guys out!
