I could not be more frustrated with this company. I used them in the past and all seemed to be ok. I called for another appointment for this year was scheduled for a Friday afternoon. I left work to make the appointment waited 40 minutes and no one showed. I called and they said I did have an appointment and they did not understand where Ken was but that they would get back to me. I waited 40 more minutes and no call. I called again and it rang through to Ken’s cell and he was on a call 40 miles away. I understand things happen but I work for a living to, call and let me know the issue so we can reschedule. I will not be using these guys again. If they have no respect for your time do you want to use them???

Good prices. Good service. And the follow up was done as promised.
I received aground treatment that has cleared up all of the underground termites as were removed.

I highly recommend this family owned Termite and Pest Control company. They responded immediately. Ken, the owner, came up to Santa Monica to do a free estimate and got their team to do an excellent job of tenting, fumigating and cleaning up afterwards. They are honest, trustworthy and thorough. Ken is very personable and pleasant to relate to. I recommend them without hesitation.
