Excellent Escrow company to work with, we had or last deal closed within 12 days of opening escrow with no glitches at all.

Really there are Great Service and help. i had great experience with this escrow company, a few months ago i decided to buy my first home and I closed the deal with the seller and i was so happy about it till the seller cancelled the deal and the reason was my real estate broker and the seller real state agent. i frustrated because i lost my dream home and after that i noticed there the escrow has the right to charge fees for the cancellation fees and the documents. i went there and met lori Dingwall escrow Officer and asked her if she can help me to wave the fees. she went to talk to her manager and while she back to me she showed me what she did for me and she promised me to continue helping me till I get refunded all the fees i lost. after two months really i forgot all this story and never thought i will get back the money any more. i saw the email came from Lori said that she will mailing the check $ 650 to my home address. really really really i can’t believe that there are in this time a people helping people from their heart. i appreciated lori help. and for understood me and refund the fees and made my loss just $ 0. i supper highly recommend every one to choose this company and special lori to work with

This company is bad news. Not only full of junk fees, but were unable to get my deed recorded with the county. When I told them they had messed up the legal description I got this response from them.
«I have checked the legal description attached to the document that was recorded and they are correct.»
I had to eventually go to the county to request their legal description and compare it to the prior owners description, only to find they had messed up the legal description. This was all at my expense and time. Awful experience.

I was channeled into this firm by my realtor. This firm may make the realtor’s life easy, but not yours. Once the contract was signed the total real-​estate deal was threatened if you choose another escrow company and don’t use them. The result for me was: 1) about $ 1000 in additional cost (in title and escrow charges).- they would not address junk fees or meeting competitor’s pricing — zero flexability 2) the closing was more than 2 weeks late — cost me another $ 1000 (additional mortgage, tax and HOA cost) — no coherent reason given. 3) there was no communication until the day before closing, then they dumped documents that had dates 5 and 7 days before. 4) two of these involved issues in the $ 12 000 range. I had to roust my CPA during tax season to respond to one, the other created a last minute contingency where they verbally told me things opposite of what was in writing 5) they explained it would have wasted their time to tell me beforehand, «best to wait till the end» Best for them — not you 6) I was not invited to the closing, later my lawyer told me it was my right to attend — not an option presented here, and lastly 7) the buyer and the realtors knew the closing occurred. I found out 3^rd hand — buyer got the keys but I was not given the check for 24 hours. If you like being treated like a dead organ donor — this is the firm for you.

I was happy with my experience with Margo. She was helpful, knowlegeable, accomodating and polite. I would definitely use her services again.
