Thank god they closed this location the food horrible the people in the dining room were always dirty. The people that worked there were always dirty and slow. It was not a good place good ridence glad they closed and dont get me started on waiting in the drive thru 40 mins for a whopper and coke …

I go here a lot, mainly because it is right across the street from where I live. The thing about this place is that the service is slow! I would order a small coffee every morning and it would take me 10 minutes to get it. so I always have to time myself. the reason why I chose this place is cause its a drive through and also the street isn’t as bad when I drive in and out of there. otherwise i would’ve gone somewhere else in the morning to grab coffee. Their food is okay. I gave it a 2 stars because its convenient for me sometimes.
My fiancé wanted some salad at burger king, so we drove to the drive thru just go get some. once we ordered and got to the front window, they say they were out of it. If we wanted a substitute. But my fiancé went there for one reason and that one reason was for his salad. so we decided to just drive off.
They need to be more prepared.

Wish I could give it zero stars. Here’s the story.
Ordered 4 kids meals with lemonade.
Half way through he says, they are out of lemonade and tells me the other choices.
I ordered HI-​Cs instead. Strike 1.
When we get to the window he says they are out of crowns the kids are asking for. Strike 2.
Comes back and says they are out of HI-​C. What is going on??? Strike 3.
I said «do you have chocolate milk?» He says «yes, and regular milk too».
I said «I’ll take that». He says «take what?» I said the «chocolate milk I asked about». He says «OK, chocolate or regular». I never asked for regular, that was his add-​in. He is out of strikes but still swinging and missing.
Horrible customer service. Not prepared for service at all. Never returning to this location.

Stay away from this Burger King! Told me the Big King Chicken sandwich was no longer available in the 2 King Sandwiches for $ 5 and that I could only get the King burger sandwiches. Also, their value fries were $ 1.99! That same day in the evening I stopped at my local Burger King and to my surprise I was told the King Chicken sandwich was still available and the value fries were $ 1.29! Horrible experience wouldn’t trust this location if I were you. Willing to wait until I’m in my home neighborhood before I buy Burger King. My home location is less than 20 miles from this location.

For a fast food joint and not so busy on a Friday, no one cleaned the dirty table. There was only one other customer in the place.
I ordered a double bacon burger based on the picture in the window. Not as pictured at all or remotely close to it. The bacon was broken into pieces and at most ¾ of a strip of bacon. Failed.
The only saving grace is that the cashier was pleasant.

The food is really good but the service is not that good. Some people have Mexican Music on so they can’t hear when I’m going through the drive-​thru. But overall it is pretty good

I ordered the Spicy Original Chicken Sandwich for $ 5.49
The Chicken had a nice kick and the Bun was soft and delicious.
A satisfying Meal from this Drive Thru.

The food was ehh. Got breakfast. French Toast & hash brown. The hash brown were awfully hard & weren’t as hot compared to other fast food restaurant. The lady who was taking my order was a bit rude. On the top of that I had to drive back, since the lady forgot my side other of another hash brown. I remember why I haven’t came back in months. Horrible service.

I’m always going through tge the drivethru here. I come here when I’m feeling for a fish burger. Service is koo can’t complain.

I have to say I absolutely love the Original Chicken Sandwich… and I love to add pickles. Most of the time I have a hard time communicating «Add Pickles». Well, I think I communicate it fine, its not generally received easily on the other end and I am not sure why. Sometimes I get charged for the pickles, sometimes I dont… Sometimes I get the pickles, sometimes I dont.
The employees here are always friendly, but man that drive through speaker needs a fix. Or to be replaced. OUCH! The last time I went I couldnt even understand the person.

Not the best fast food that’s for sure.
Even the drive thru service is increadably slow. even if your the only car. can’t say this was a one off… 3 times now same thing.
I only keep coming because this place is on my way from work and I get a craving for stackers sometimes.

I WISH I could give this place ZERO stars! Horrible place the owner is the biggest DOUCHE I went with my son who is 4 months old first off if anywhere needed a remodel its this place! the ceiling is falling apart! But I go in line to order and my son started to cry because he wanted out of his car seat and the owner who was taking my order just rolled his eyes at me… Umm hello babies cry as soon as I picked him up he was fine, I was a little annoyed and went to take a seat so I sit and my son wants his bottle so I have to feed him my son comes first before myself my little man comes first and my order is on the table and he calls for me to get it. As hes watching me feed my son he obnoxiously keeps calling for me to get my food just standing around … Umm I cant get up DUH! my food was just sitting there the polite thing to do as a owner is walk it over to me … but no he decided he was just going to stand there … with a frown and walk away … as my food was cold someone in drive threw finally walked over and brought my food I wanted bbq but there was no way I was gona ask for anything at this place I just wanted to leave. Finally im done all there employees look miserable working there I feel bad for all of them having to work for someone like him! Ive been there before and the employees were really nice… never again because of the owner.

I used to go here all the time when I was a kid. I’d wait till it was 9 am and order a Whopper, only because I knew they would have to make it fresh since it was still breakfast time. I did that so much when I was a kid I became a chunky monkey. Oh memories…
I recently went by and this Burger King has changed so much! The fries aren’t as good as they used to be, and the food tastes mediocre. But what can you really expect from a fast food joint. Overall the Whopper still tastes like the Whopper, and that’s fine by my standards.

Drove thru on may, 05 and waiting for 11 minutes before i got the foods, only one car waiting a head of us, the slowest drive thru service in this location :(, waste of the time

for those of you not new to reading my reviews you already know i only review fast food places for either extraordinary quality or experience or horrible things.
today, rather, Sunday was the latter (if you couldn’t tell already by the solo star). just a WOW situation.
first i start my order, after every single thing this lady says…“will that complete your order”…and i ordered 4 things. it’s like that movie that lady keeps yelling, «An Deeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeen». seriously annoying to say the least… as if i’m not going to say that’s it. JESUS just wait for a pause and then, «will that complete your order» me.
ordered:
whopper WITH CHEESE
small fries
small coke
large coffee
now after all this «Will this complete your order» you would think it would be well documented in their system or POS or whatever with their $ 5,000 head pieces and technology.
NOPE…10 minutes later out comes the bag after giving her the $. We look at eachother, me with raised eyebrows as to say where’s the coffee. «Oh you wanted the coffee?» I just bit down and said yes i did. charges me again… AND if the fiancé didn’t ask for cream and sugar we would be down the road without any.
open up the whopper… yup…no cheese…4 slices of tomato, 3 slices of onion and lettuce residue. you can imagine what that tasted like. no need to stumble on further with this.
you want to know how to screw up a Whopper… come here… i’m sure they would be more than happy to show you.
and yes that will complete my order!

Why am I giving this Burger King two stars instead of one? Well, let me explain…
So I stopped by this Burger King on 12÷29÷08 and ordered two double cheeseburgers, one jr. whopper, value fries, and small drink. The burgers and fries are a dollar each and the drink is like 1 something, so I figured my total would be about 6 dollars without tax. However, I was told my total was about 8 something, almost 9 $! So, I knew something was off. The guy didn’t repeat my order for me and nor was there a visible order machine, one of those machines where you not only can hear the voice of the employee, but what you order is typed out for you to see as well.. .
Okay, so I drove up to the window and nobody was there because they were getting the food ready, etc. When I got my food, I asked the lady to repeat my order and she did and it sounded just right, but I couldn’t understand why I was being overly charged. I asked for the receipt and that’s when I noticed they charged me for a regular whopper which was $ 3. To make a long story short, I told her that I wanted a whopper JR. She gave me a hard time and I was paranoid because they all hovered over where the cook passes the food out when they remade my burger. =X But, the lady did give me the burger I wanted and the correct price, so I’m not going to give this BK 1 star only.
HOWEVER!!! That’s not the end of it. Me and my sisters drove across the street to Mile Square park to eat there. What made my experience at this BK worse than it already was was that I had about 3 ice cubes in my drink, so my drink wasn’t even cold! It was really weird! I know the ice didn’t all melt because that’s impossible, especially when I drank it within three minutes after I got it. UGH. Not happy whatsoever!
