Cartridge Connextion

I just came in here and brought my printer because I was getting error messages after buying some cartridges off of Amazon. Richard was extremely helpful and answered all my questions. I will definitely be coming back.

As an Accountant, my office goes through a lot of printer cartridges all year long.
We purchase refurbished printer ink cartridges from Cartridge Connextion, often, and results have all been favorable for approximately three (3) years.
My experiences with Cartridge Connextion is good service; saves money; and excellent inventory available. Although, I always call first to make sure they have what I need.
Highly recommend Cartridge Connextion.
Note: All printer cartridges (no matter who or where you purchase), have a shelf life of about six months. So I would not recommend stocking up past 6 months on printer cartridges.

Wow, what an awesome store. Price I paid was really much cheaper than any staples or office depot. Their manager (Richard) is really great and the staff are also nice and friendly. I will def go back to replace my toner.

I have nothing but good things to say about the Fountain Valley location. I have been coming here for almost 2 years and every time the service has been great.
Richard (manager) is usually working and is always helpful. I called today (very close to closing time) to see if he would be willing to stay open a few minutes later as I was on my way. He did. When I arrived he spent an extra 10 minutes suggesting I look into a laser printer for my business as it would save me money (from all the ink jet cartridges I currently use). Only companies with employees that care will tell a customer to buy something that will save the customer money and at the same time reduce future revenues for the company. In the end it’s all about suggesting what’s best for the customer even if that means a little less profit for the company because the company ends up with a satisfied life-​time customer.
Can you buy cheaper ink online? Maybe and if you’re into buying bulk and having a shelf full of ink cartridges, do that. Otherwise, check out Cartridge World in Fountain Valley. They know their stuff and care!

I’ve had nothing but positive experiences here. There is rarely any wait time, I bring my old cartridges and they give me ones with ink in them. I think it’s usually about $ 40 to get all of them refilled for my canon printer. I’m grateful to have a place like this close to me to get my inks refilled. Staff has been friendly and attentive every time I’ve been in.

This place sucks if you need referbed ink!
I came in about 3 weeks ago because i needed ink BADDD for my business and could not buy it online as i needed it that day. Went to frys and the lady told me that they cannot fill the ink i had for my printer because its not compatible with their machine so she said there iss a place called cartridge world.
I came in and the lady looked pretty bitchhyyy and did not really help much. She ended up selling me a whole referbed ink set for 71.00. Yes thats for 5 cartridges for my canon printer, but brand new I would have spent only 15 20 bucks more!
I went online to see how much it cost on ebay, and what do you know 14.95… I could have bought 5 sets for what they sold me.
The only thing thats good about this place is that its clean… Try to avoid this place since you really are not saving any money!

We have been ordering from this facility for about 2 years now and never any issues. Customer service (the girl that answeres the phone) is SUPPPPER nice. On several occasions I had to make last min changes to my order and there were no issues at all. We often pay via credit card ang get a copy of the receipt right away. Prompt and good service.

I have a CX4200 All in one printer. It uses DURABrite Ultra pigment inks. I tried their black refilled cartridges and had to clean my black head multiple times a day. This store said the problem was air bubbles and reluctantly gave me a replacement. They said I used all the ink before coming in. Well Yeah! Used their ink and my color inks and paper cleaning my heads with their BAD ink. I have wasted too much time and my color inks. Changed back to Epson and the problems have gone away.

This is an UPDATE:
I had to go back and return the cartridge because it was EMPTY. I wasted FIVE days for an empty cartridge.
I was reviewing my bank account information today and discovered that they did NOT put the money back on to my card. Oh Oh, actually, they DID, and then charged it AGAIN for the second time. Yeah it’s only $ 18.57 but that is just shady. It might’ve been just an honest mistake, but after I lost my trust in that particular store and their incompetent employees, I just cannot say good things about them at this point.
The changes don’t happen overnight. I’ve been noticing things going downhill for about a year. It’s too bad because there are so many independent local stores that offer the SAME services. That store at least will not survive the competition.
