Run don’t walk away from this place! Be forewarned if you buy a sandwich from them, it will probably give you food poisoning! Eat at your own risk! Easily the worst Subways I’ve ever been to and would never eat at another one again considering they let locations like this stay open. Teach your employees proper food sanitation protocols so it doesn’t get your customers sick. I’m surprised they passed their health inspection. Would honestly love to give them zero stars and hope this location closes.

This place does not open at 7 on Saturday, it opens at 9 on Saturday and Sunday, and they failed to put their business hour signs out. Also, all the people are always rude. :-(

I bought my son an Italian BMT on Friday the 11th from this location and it gave him terrible FOODPOISONING! As most people, we go to subway because its fairly inexpensive and healthier than typical fast food, but we will not be back anytime soon. He lost 10POUNDS in 2 days and hasn’t eaten since Friday! Please throw out the old food, make sure everything is stored at proper temperature and make employees wash their hands!!! So disappointed in this subway! AND I tried calling– no one answers the phone!!!

I gave this place 3 stars because of the convenience of location and it being next to starbucks. Parking is terrible. I personally chose not to get out of my car… This time I’m going to listen to the Unilocal reviews and not fall into the same crappy situations these people have experienced. I would rather drive to my super dependable Subway off Brookhurst & Adams where I literally walk in to fresh bread making almost every time and the employees there make the sandwiches as if they are going to eat them. I wish this place luck, maybe start listening to the customers and put more effort into making great looking sandwiches? Just a little advice. :)

Dear Subway, I usually am pretty okay with your sandwiches. I always order a sweet onion teriyaki on jalapeño cheddar bread with provolone, avocado, pickles, sweet onion sauce, cucumbers, and lettuce. This is ALWAYS my order! The last few times I came to this particular Subways, I was met with unwelcoming staff, no line, and very very slow sandwich making. I let the girl know I would be ordering two sandwiches. She did the first sandwich, then waited in front of the toaster while it toasted instead of starting my next sandwich in the meantime. Talk about inefficient time usage! The sandwiches were very poorly put together. Meats, cheese, and extras were put in extremely sloppy. As the girl was cutting and applying my avocado, she cut them in CHUNKS, not slices, then proceeded to slap them onto the sandwich. All I heard was«fap…fap…fap» of the avocado being slapped in. Was this rude? To me, it was. I get it, you can’t please everyone, but this location has extremely low ratings for a reason. Perhaps it’s time to look into who’s hired at this location. As for me, I’ll be going to a different Subways. Goodbye Costco Subway! love, chelle

Do not come here. Horrible service! Lady wasn’t friendly at all… When asked about the maleficent promo she stated it came with a kids meal so I ordered TWO kids meals in order to get the bag. Once it was time to pay she gave me muppets bags instead and I has asked why and she said that those bags don’t start until Friday… If I had known that I would’ve ordered a regular footlong instead. Waste of my money and time… She wasn’t even apologetic at all at her mistake. Perhaps she only said that to make me buy two kids meals and made more money off of me. That was incredibly deceiving. I feel ripped off. Not only just that, my subs were super sloppy…

I had to give 1 star but no stars would be more accurate. This place is absolutely the worst Subway I’ve ever been too. It’s really close to my place of work which is the reason why I went. I went there for the special for two $ 26inch Cold Cut’s. I arrived there and it was packed. it was during lunch hours so I kinda expected it. no problem. Then I noticed that the workers were awfully slow. customer’s were getting impatient as well as myself. After finally paying I gave the person(an older woman) my $ 5 and she said thank you. No dollar change and no receipt. I was in a rush so no big deal. I just thought to myself, they were so busy and they overlooked it.(Even if they were busy they should still give you the correct change and a receipt, but i was in a rush myself) They could have my $ 1. The second time I went there, I ordered the $ 5 Footlong Subway Club. I noticed when i came back to the office, that it was missing the roast beef. Then i looked at the receipt and it said Black Forrest Ham. I’m guilty for not checking my order but at the same time… shouldn’t they get the order correct? 2 mistakes in my only 2 visits??? That’s 0 – 2. Not going back for another strike. I’m not giving them another chance. Management is welcome to contact me… or do you even care?

Very nice Subway! I have been to many Subway restaurants, but this one stands by far. This is right down the street from work and not a bad choice for something quick for lunch. The sandwich artists are quick but also carefully prepare the food. The ingredients are not just thrown together like other Subways.

Stale Bread– Poor service and just plain do give a crud about engaging customers or ever the least bit of effort to smile– Add that to stale bread and skimping on whats put on your sandwich this is not the place to go– Very Sub-par for Subway service–

The Spanish-speaking staff was unaware that«f-ing white people» actually CAN understand Spanish. FYI — the staff hates white people. I watched closely a they made my destroyed sub and here is a pic. I just have to continue to state that is is simply the most horrible Subway around. They are in business simply because there is not enough restaurants around here. The staff is rude and dirty. The food prep area is unkept. The floors were GROSS. The only good experience from this restaurant is that now I know to NEVER go here again.

I was too lazy to pack a lunch so Subway it was. I had a pleasant experience compared to other reviewers. It was a busy lunch hour and the line moved fast. My sandwich was toasted and made right and there’s plenty of seating here. I also like that they have a semi-private seating area near the back. When at work, I’m often out dining alone and don’t want people staring at me wondering what I’m up to. There’s also a small patio area outside. If you want to use the restroom, you need a key which is annoying but since work isn’t so far away I can avoid that issue.

Employee said there were only 4 $ 5 footlongs. I ordered 1 of the 4 and got a tuna salad which is more. At checkout she charged me 10.00 for both so im still confused on what is only $ 5. Tips for improvement: 1. Employees need to be aware of current deals 2. Bread is still stale. 3. Don’t skimp on the toppings

I came in and used a coupon for subway club that comes with 3 types of meat. They gave me half the meat for my foot long because I used a coupon. 2 thin slices of each meat(turkey, roast beef, and ham). A total of 6 slices which is what you are supposed to get on a 6 inch. Also the service sucks, they truly seem to express their dislike of their job. Another customer came in and ordered the subway club 6inch without a coupon. He got the 6 slices on his 6 inch, is my math wrong? 6 inch sub = 6 slices. 12 inch sub with coupon = 6 slices? This is the 1st subway that made me want to throw my food back at them. I eat subway 4 times a month and all the other subways are great.

They don’y have a rainy day special! Either that or only one employee knows about it. Every time I come here I’m always afraid of upsetting the workers because I feel like I’m asking for too much. Me: No lettuce please, I want spinach Lady: What? Me: Spinach please Lady gives me a dirty look as she opens the«hidden» spinach compartment to sprinkle the leaves on my sandwich. Also, I don’t think they’re supposed to charge you tax if you take it togo. One of the guy workers told me when they first opened. I used to have an option. Not anymore, I’m always charged. Thanks. .
