The customer service at this place is horrible. Our work used to always order from the south coast location and they were AWESOME! We moved locations and have to order from this one and their service is horrendous. They don’t know how to answer the phone, they don’t know how to take an order, they are rude, and half the time get the order wrong. Don’t order from here.

Friendly staff. Enjoyed my first JJ sandwich. I recommend the Vito as it is a great spin on a traditional Italian sub. I like that JJs bread is thin and not a bunch of extra calories.

Did you know the CEO of Jimmy John’s is a big-game trophy hunter? Check it out at . That aside, JJ’s bread is the best sub sandwich bread. Ever. But the chain offers no veggies beyond lettuce, onion and tomato, and the sandwich is pretty pricey. No pickles, pepperoncinis; a couple sandwiches come with cucumber. During my last visit, I ordered a Tom Turkey with cheese, lettuce and sauce(the Italian dressing). Simple, right? Good thing I took a bite in my car before driving away, because they forgot the sauce. When I went in to get said sauce on my sammy, the guy was pretty offhanded about it. Almost like he was miffed at me coming in to retrieve what I had initially ordered. No «sorry about that» or anything. Hate that. Like I said, the bread is great, but the price of the food and the so-so service make me want to stick with Subway or Jersey Mike’s.

Move over Subway and other sandwich/subs chain stores… Jimmy John’s is the best of them all! Where to start… 1) they are known for their super fast service. Like damn… I am still amazed every time by how fast they put the sandwiches together. 2) the bread is like home made tasting and so soft and delicious. 3) quality ingredients, tastes really fresh, and veggies are crisp(not soggy or seem like they’ve been out for some time) 4) Workers are nice and help you if you don’t know what to order. When I eat sandwiches at other places, I get full from half a sandwich. Here, I can eat a big sandwich and then get full but I don’t feel bloated and heavy. Idk how they do it but the sandwiches are really light no matter what you order! I like the clubs here and the Italian sub.

Since my stomach is sensitive at the moment, I wanted to try a simple sandwich so I ordered just a full-sized sandwich with regular bread and turkey. I thoroughly enjoyed the sandwich because it did not feel heavy like other fast-food sub places and I did not feel a stomach ache afterwards. The cashier was very friendly in taking my order and going out of his way make sure I had napkins. I tried some of my group’s Jimmy John BBQ and Jalapeño chips. Both were very delicious and did not taste too greasy. They reminded me of Miss Vickie’s chips, which I also love. Overall, I came into this place feeling pretty stressed and bad with my sensitive stomach. Their good customer service and clean, light sandwiches had me feeling pretty good when I left. Pros: — clean, light sandwiches that do not leave you feeling too heavy — customer service was friendly — place had a clean interior and a nice variety of delicious chips Cons: — nothing super special about this place. They service fast-food subs so do not expect anything spectacular. Expect nice and simple.

Outstanding customer service!!! they first brought us free sandwiches to let us know they moved into the area. So when our company was having training we ordered box lunches for a meeting which we ordered online. We had some additional people showed up for our meeting today, the gentleman who answered the phone was very helpful and help me increase my order. during the course of our call I found out they did not have can Dr. Pepper and their was a glitch on their online system by saying they carried them. Instead of saying they could not fulfill the order they went out and purchased the Dr. Pepper cans for us. This made myself and my general manager thrilled. They have made a customer for life. thank you!

Trying Jimmy John’s for the first time. We stopped in because we wanted a quick, cheap and cheerful lunch before finishing our errands. Please understand, that ‘cheap and cheeful’ is not synonymous with bad in our book. In this case; however, it does mean bad. One star simply because I can’t NOT give it a star. The line was long. Out the door in fact as it was lunch time. «Good sign» we thought. The menu is rather typical. Nothing exceptional. It’s overpriced for what one gets. Think overpriced Subway with the same craptastic ingredients. Just missing the yoga mat bread. The seating areas were not being bussed. There were crumbs and food and sticky stuff all over all of the tables and seats. We had to clean our own table. The sandwiches arrive. I ordered a BLT. I love BLTs — I don’t eat them often which makes me love them even more when I do eat them. Just not this time. The bacon is that cheap, microwaved crap. Paper thin, tasteless and salty. The mayonnaise is the cheap stuff one would buy in bulk at Smart and Final and the lettuce was the thin, ribbony stuff out of a bulk purchase bag at the local cheap restaurant supply. The only thing we liked was the bread. The bread is of a really nice consistency — good crumb, nice chewy exterior. I could eat more sandwiches on this kind of bread. I can’t remember what my husband had but he didn’t like his sandwich much better than I liked mine. We had to go shopping at CostCo. Now anyone that knows the area and knows the location of Jimmy John’s to Costco knows that it takes less than five(5) minutes to get there. By the time we got to the parking lot of CostCo, my stomach was in the midst of a very angry protest. And I do mean angry. So angry that by the time we got inside CostCo, I had to abandon my husband with the cart to find the facilities. Not good. So, I know people like this place but I know we won’t ever return.

My new favorite sandwich place. Way better than subway/jersey mikes/Quiznos. I’ve been here 3 times, one for a pickup order and twice to eat here. All three times have been awesome. I’m in the restaurant business so not sure if it’s just a consistency issue but the employees have been super nice and helpful, explaining the menu and giving suggestions. My food this last visit was ready literally before I finished paying. They are on point. Great job, nice to see a place w caring employees and that take care of their customers.

They forgot to make my sandwich after taking my order. I was annoyed at the time, but they showed genuine remorse and made the sandwich immediately after bringing it to their attention. I ordered the standard veggie sandwich. The highlight of the sandwich was the fresh bread which was the right amount of crunchy and chewy. The mayo and avocado spreads kept the veggie sandwich tasting rich and flavorful.

I ordered the Beach Club. I had it delivered to my work for my birthday lunch. This was my first time ordering from this place. I was not impressed. The sandwich was so plain. I defiantly wouldn’t be coming back since there wasn’t anything great about this place.

Sand which joint place above subway(but pricier) Great for quick lunch. I actually came by here by accident since pita grill is shut down. I ordered BEACHCLUB on whole wheat– Turkey breast, avocado spread, cucumber, cheese, lettuce, tomato & mayo. Pretty tasty for a first-time. Would it be my first recommendation choice to eat? Probably not. I will for my lunch break if I’m looking to eat something HEALTHY. Portion size is big! Staff– the girl who took my order was very thorough and had great recommendation! That’s how I came down to the beach club. However, I’m not sure why 8 – 10 staffs(it seems like) to be running this place on a Monday? There were 3 people cleaning the front for such a small place. Don’t get md wrong, without a doubt, it’s definitely clean place! Great job. Restroom/no toilet seat covers?

I have been going to JJ’s in Arizona for years and always hoped they would open in SoCal so I was pretty happy to hear they moved in a few months ago just a few miles from my office. Things got better from there when I found out that they deliver — for single sandwich orders! Since I found the location, I have ordered through delivery at least a half dozen times. The site is very easy to use and allows for group orders that can all be ordered separately by sending out e-vites and letting everyone order on their own. Delivery time has always been less than 15 minutes. The people that deliver are always really nice and I have noticed more and more deliveries coming to the office so they are getting quite a reputation. My order today was mixed up a bit and I called to let them know of the issue. They were very accomodating and insisted they deliver a replacement sandwich immediately. They were at the office in less than 10 minutes. I’m impressed! While I have emphasized the great service, you should know the sandwiches ordered are always fresh, tasty, and a great buy all around. Definitely a welcome addition to the lunch selections over by Costco in Fountain Valley.

I thought the sign in the window promising«free smells» referred to something appetizing, but when I walked in I was met with a fairly strong unpleasant odor that vaguely hinted of a plumbing or other issue along those lines. Hint: Don’t draw attention to your smells if it smells bad inside. Despite that, I stayed to find there were no hot sandwiches, so I ordered a roast beef combo, which came in at over $ 11. After eating my bland, overpriced sandwich, I left, unlikely to return. It gets two stars rather than one because the employees were nice.

Tried this place for the 1st time today, ordered the Club Tuna with«avocado spread». Weird synthetic bread, decent lettuce and tomato and the Tuna had strange flavor, probably from whatever dressing they use, kinda sweet for my taste. The«Avocado spread» added nothing to the sandwich it closely resembles the«guacamole» that comes with frozen taquitos, really sad stuff with zero flavor. The service was very fast and friendly but I don’t see any potential here. Won’t be back. Sandwich: 2 stars Service: 4 stars

I’ve only tried Jimmy Johns three times now and they were so fantastic every time. Twice I went in during my lunch break and they were so friendly and quick! By the time I finished paying the cashier handed me my sandwich! I know. I guess as I was telling the cashier what I wanted to add, the sandwich maker was right next to him adding. So cool! Yesterday, we needed an impromptu lunch for 10 executives at my office and I decided to order online. I ordered 10 sandwiches only 2 hours in advance(most places need 24 ours) I did everything online and they delivered to my door with each persons name on their sandwich. Awesome! We had some picky eaters, you know the drill, no onions, add mayo, extra lettuce, light mustard, and so on. One guys sandwich wasn’t exactly how he wanted it so I quickly called Jimmy Johns to order a new sandwich and they replaced it free of charge and delivered the new sandwich within 10 minutes! AWESOME! They’re great and very well deserving of my 5 stars! I havent even gotten to the taste yet! Their bread is DELISH without being too heavy. They have an unwich option which is a lettuce wrap, yay low carb! They keep it simple but have these amazing in house peppers you can add to your sandwich and I highly recommend it. Bye bye Subway! Hello Jimmy John’s!

I had previously eaten a Jimmy John’s sandwich in Fort Lauderdale about a year ago and it was just okay for me. I decided to give them another try since they opened up a few locations in the area. This time I had a bad experience. I arrived a little after they had opened for the day. 11 a.m. so there wasn’t a customer in sight. Since I’ve never been into a Jimmy John’s, I’ve only eaten a sandwich someone ordered for me, I asked one of their employees what the difference was between their regular sandwiches and their giant sandwiches. She said all sandwiches are 8″ but the giants have more meat in them, thus the higher price for giants. So I got two sandwiches so my wife and I could split them. I ordered an Italian Club with no onions and mayo. The girl said there isn’t any mayo on this sandwich, so she just put no onions. Well, that should have been my first warning flag. The menu states there is mayo on it. I guess she’s not familiar with their own menu. The second sandwich was a Club Lulu(Turkey and Bacon). Again, we asked for no mayo, but replace it with mustard. They were very fast at making the sandwiches. When we got home, needless to say the orders were messed up. The Italian didn’t have onions as requested, but you guessed it… it had mayo all over it! Then the Club Lulu, didn’t have mayo on it… but it didn’t have the mustard I requested. I even looked on the receipt to make sure I asked for mustard and it said«dijon» on it. I was so mad, but I didn’t want to get in my car and drive back. So we ate the sandwiches. I must admit it wasn’t bad. But if the giant sandwiches were supposed to have more meat in them, it’s scary to think what their regular sandwiches have for meat as it was pretty skimpy. With the service and lack of meat, I think I’ll pass on coming back. I should have known better to try it again.

Been here two or 3 times now. While the sandwiches do taste very good, and they’re probably one of the better tasting sandwich shops around this area, they hardly put any meat in them. At least Togo’s isn’t very far from home.

Love the atmosphere, especially the sign on the women’s bathroom. LOL, you’ll have to check it out. For a chain sub place, I personally would rather come here than, say, Subway… Big John — medium rare roast beef, mayo, lettuce, tomato. JJBLT — bacon, lettuce and tomato and mayo. Yum.
