Panda Express

So I just got off work and I was starving after sitting in 2 hours or LA traffic and I called in to see when They were closing and I wasn’t going to make I was running 15 mins late but the Manager David was kind enough to take my order over the phone and let me come in to pick it up. Totally made my day! If that isn’t going above and beyond for your customers idk what is. Excellent customer service! Hannah was very helpful as well and nice. Thank you so much!!!

Great food! Maria and the gang are very friendly and always on point. Clean establishment and always a great pick for quick to go orders.

Food is always great, But i usually stay away unless I’m absolutely craving it. While the staff is nice, the environment is clean… they REALLY give small portions! Every time i’ve been here my bowl is so empty, i always end up feeling cheated. If i’m going to spend extra money on «premium items» At least give me a good portion. Last time i got 5 small pieces of their walnut shrimp and the like 5 pieces of broccoli. I saved on some calories i guess but definitely not worth the 8 dollars you spend here, when 5 dollars will get you twice as much just a block over.

Hmmm. I ordered brown rice and Kung pao chicken… just wondering why the chicken was relatively colder in temperature than the rice. You expect steaming, fresh, hot food from these places. Yep, I hope I do not get sick! Ohh and they were out of hot sauces… Not sure who is running this operation, but they should revisit their food handling license. just saying… as I was reading other reviews it seems like several people had experienced having cold, dry food here. I won’t be back… there are plenty of other places to go for lunch.

We always enjoy our Panda Express dinners from this location. Clean, well maintained, friendly staff! Food is fresh, and selection is nicely laid out. We always take out, but the dining area looks very clean and comfortable.
Back again this weekend!

I wish this would have been here when I worked down the street. I’ve stopped here at random times when doing errands in the area. Maybe a dozen times since it opened.
Honestly it has never been a 5 star visit. At the same time I’ve never had a horrible experience there.
The location is always clean. The problem always is the quality of the food. To be more specific, the age of the food.
If the food is fresh, it’s great. If you hit them at the wrong time, your kung pao chicken will be kung pao peanuts with a hint of chicken. If you have favorites, go look at it before you ask for a specific item.
That said, today at 5ish, the food was fresh and good. The kung pao chicken had lots of chicken! So I’m giving them 4 stars.

Food was cold and dried out. They forgot part of my order yet charged me for it. Kind of a blessing in disguise I suppose since it wasn’t good at all. Egg rolls were over cooked.

Gotta love coming here to grab some orange chicken, fried rice and veggie rolls! I love how the staff always greet me with a cheerful hello and a big smile! The establishment is extremely clean. I come in here often and have always received great service.

Food was not fresh, eating utensils were not provided and no soy sauce provided. Will NEVER be back to this location.

While I love the food, I just watched the manager (name is Nohemi) drop a pen into the fried rice and pick it out with her bare hands and no gloves then keep serving people the food, including the fried rice. Probably the most unsanitary thing I’ve even witnessed in my life. Will not be coming back

In my opinion, this has got to be one of the best locations this chained store has to offer! The customer service and food I received were in, beyond belief, the best I’ve ever had out of all the panda’s I’ve been to. The cashier, Angela, helped me so willingly with what I should get for lunch today by offering a number of recommendations. An extra plus to her hearty smile and awesome personality to kickstart my day. Anyways, the spectacular combo she came up for me was excellent; I couldn’t have asked for anything better! I decided to get the famous orange chicken, fried rice, chow mein, and steamed veggies, which went along with one another SO well! Huge thanks to the cashier and everyone for this grand experience :) Coming back VERY soon.

Writing this as I eat. Food is what you expect from panda and I regretfully say that’s all that’s pleasant about this restaurant. The service is what really stands out to me enough to write this review. In need of some serious customer service training. The staff here is beyond rude and clearly dislikes their work. Customers are an inconvenience to maria. Forget asking for a suggestion on their items. There are plenty of Panda Express restaurants. Skip this one.

Good quick service. Place was very nice and clean. Nearby Costco as well. Easy parking no long lines. Standard Panda Express place. Actually went here for a friends fundraiser.

I was iffy coming here cause I saw the reviews weren’t too great but honestly, I had no issues at all coming here. This place looks super clean, good service and good food. What more could you want?

Seriously, if you walk into this Panda and the Manager Edwin is the one serving the food, just leave. I got my favorite Honey Walnut Shrimp, it’s at the last of the shrimp and Edwin gives me barely enough of broken up outer portions of shrimp to cover the bottom of the to go box, with about one scoop of scrimp left that he could have given me, but he didn’t. Seriously?! I paid an extra $ 1.25 for me to have less than 3 bites worth of crappy old Honey Walnut Shrimp?! Not again.
The Green Bean Chicken Breast was great! The Orange Chicken was undercooked however, I bit into some of the meat and it was still red and the outer portion wasn’t crunchy at all. I won’t be back anytime soon.

I have been in this location many times, Food is fresh but costomer service is super slow it takes for ever!

I like to go to Panda Express for some western chinese food. The meats are fresh and they have always been willing to replenish the trays when there is just little left over BUT you have to ask them to cook a fresh batch otherwise they’ll give you the old stuff that’s left over. My gripe is always the portion sizes — really, REALLY SMALL. The majority of PE’s are very stingy about giving out portions… must be corporate policy — SUCKS since I could’ve come more often given it’s close to work, but for that reason I don’t.

When I’m on the road working, there’s nothing better than getting exactly what I want when I’m hungry. Panda Express may be very standard and cookie cutter, but that’s what makes them great! When I’m hungry for a meal that doesn’t consist of a patty between two buns, I usually make a run to the Panda Express. My usual is chow mien with a side of a spicy kung pow chicken, tender teriyaki chicken, and fried crispy shrimp. Everything is consistently good tasting at every location, in every city. There’s nothing more disappointing than having a bad meal when I’m hungry. The frustration is compounded when it’s at the end of a long work day far from home.
There’s nothing out of the ordinary to mention at this location. The staff is friendly, and the facility is clean.

Haven’t had panda in a while, but came here for the free surf & turf promo they had! However in the past when I used to come here back in the college days before I became healthy, the food was pretty good. I love that when you walk in they ask what would you like to sample. Service was fast & friendly when I recently came in and since the samurai surf & turf was in high demand since it was completely free, they were making fresh batches quickly. I was lucky to get a small container of the fresh batch and they don’t skimp on the shrimp surprisingly yay! Overall I like this panda cause they don’t skimp on portions. I also highly recommend the orange chicken and the samurai surf & turf here. It’s not too salty or drenched in sauce
