I walked into this Chase location to close 3 of my 4 accounts. As soon as I told them that we were closing accounts, the service completely changed. There wasn’t much customer service at that location anyways but this was horrible! Not once did he say thanks for your years of membership or please don’t go. Just «here’s the money that’s in your account» and peace out. We are so glad that we switched banks! And the attitude of this guy at this location proves my choice was correct.

Wish I could give it ZERO stars! Only one teller?! Get your shit together Chase!!! Waited over 15 minutes for them NOT to let me deposit CASH into my friends account?!
Wtf?! I’m glad I don’t bank with them! Never heard of such a thing. They want to make people open accounts! Nope!

I went in and asked for a payoff amount of my Business Overdraft Protection. The teller gave me an amount. I asked if that was the payoff amount and the teller said yes. I wrote the check for that amount and days later we went back online to check something else and noticed that the overdraft had a balance on it. I went back into the branch to inquiry about the balance and the Branch Manager told me that the balance is my responsibility. I moved my accounts from Chase several years ago, due to this exact same thing. The people there are not trained properly! My suggestion, go somewhere else for your banking!

Had one of the best services at a bank ever,
I walked in, wanted to make a withdrawal, and once I had my withdrawal slip, started walking slowly to the register. I’ve never been to this particular Chase before, but, no matter. A young gentleman with glasses greeted me with a big smile, asked if I was ready, and more or less escorted me to a teller that could help me. Very polite, very professional. Big smiles everywhere, too. I’m pretty sure I didn’t have a bogey coming out of my nose, so this guy definitely was putting A+ service.
Will be back if I’m in the area. Nice big public parking lot, so you’ll find parking. It’s right on the corner, on the more northern portion of Costco.

Nice people and quick service. Their are these two bankers name Omer and Alex they are very helpful to you. They will try to get your problem fix and help you out any way they can.
Every time I walk in all the employes make feel like I am not a anther customer but part of JPmorgan family. I special like how Omer and Alex work has team and help those that walk through those doors.
Omer and Alex will go out of their way to help and make you feel comfortable has you making finical decisions regarding households or saving for Raines days.

I have the best experience at this location. I’ve always had courteous and knowledgable employees help me with my banking needs. JPMorgan Chase is a large company and its hard to manage that many locations sometimes but Chase has greatly made vast improvements in their customer service. I feel confident in leaving my money here and great to know I always have a friendly face when I need something.

I’ve been a Chase customer for YEARS and I’ve always been very pleased, this location was no different! came here for a quick transaction and was greeted very quickly, helped quickly and everyone wished me a good evening upon departure AND I even came in right when they were closing too and I was a bit afraid they would be annoyed with me but nope! smiles all around, thanks guys!

I have always heard about Chase being a semi-​new and upcoming bank and when I went in to open a new account they treated me so great and helped me with all the questions that I had. Definitely recommend this specfic branch. Very helpful staff.

I love chase. But, I really hate going to this one.
Why???
Well, there was 2 people ahead of me in line while I was patiently waiting. A short Asian guy pulled me out of line and told me that it would be fast if I would just follow him to his desk and he would help me process my transaction. Anyway, the 2 people that were ahead of me were long gone and I was still sitting at his desk waiting for my cash withdrawal. And during this time he was asking me a million questions! So annoying. UGHHH the reason why I gave this place two stars is because the other bank tellers are nice. However, avoid the ones that pull you out of line!!!
