Complete Auto Spa

Got the Complete Car Wash package for a 2016 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Went during my lunch break and wasn’t too crowded so I got my car faster than expected. They took their time cleaning the interior and exterior, although I did find a few dirt spots since my car is white but nothing big. Free wifi and comfortable waiting area.

This is a great place for a nice quick wash. They also offer detailing services just make sure you go 2 hours before they close as detailing services usually take that amount of time to complete. Cashiers are nice. They offer free coffee and have a tv in the waiting room. Ultimate wash is the best bang for your buck. Would recommend this place to friends and family. I would say 4 out of 5 times they do an amazing job here and there they may miss a spot just make sure you check your car when they hand it to you. If they happen to miss a spot they will clean it for you

Not cheap, but my ride looked great for $ 13. No spots, no streaks. Just clean.

I am so sad to be writing this review. I was so upset with how my car came out because my car was not TOTALLY clean. I must admit, it was clean but not $ 30 worth clean. I was recommended here by my uncle who has been coming here since I was a kid, so I realized he must be coming back for a reason.
It was my first time, my car was super dirty, I just chose the ultimate one to give my car a break from all of the gunk and dirt and dried up water. The ultimate wash was $ 25 and $ 5 extra for wax. I waited for about half an hour until the guy was finished with my car.
i walked around my car to examine and I pointed out 5 things on my car and took out leaves MYSELF. Shouldn’t you be the one doing that for me because, you know, I am paying $ 30 for my car to be shiny and spotless… How disappointed I am. I really wanted this spot to be the main spot to get my car cleaned, but I guess not. I’m not sure if my expectations were high because I never spent so much on a car wash, but hey… $ 30 is a lot. I cannot get over how lame my car came out after what I paid and tipped. Won’t be coming back.

The crew at auto spa do an amazing job cleaning up my car. I bring it in dusty and dirty because the gardeners blow all the dirt and leaves onto my car. The inside of my car has grass and turf residue because I play soccer. Yeah it gets smelly in there when I forget to get my soccer bag out with all the sweaty clothes. Once the crew here is done with my car… You wouldn’t believe my car was as dirty as I described it. Super clean and smelling so good!

Good place to wash your car. Massage chairs for $ 1, some snacks, drinks, and some games to pass the time while waiting. I always come here for car washes.

Horrible service. I pull up in my dark blue 2007 Chevy 2500HD truck on 06÷06÷15 around 2 – 4 p.m. It had some light mud on it. As I get out the service writer (a small guy) looks over the truck and then comes back to me and stares at me… doesn’t say anything. I tell him I want the «turbo wash» which is 13.95 for trucks and SUV’s. He then asks me «well do you want us to get the dirt off» I say «well isn’t that included in the car wash». He says «no we can’t do that, but for 20 $ we can»…
So because my truck is dirtier than others they refuse to wash it for the base price. I always come here and have had decent service but after this I will not be returning and I will be passing along the information as well.

Hand car wash with complete inside cleaning, vacuum, car scent AND tire dressing for $ 14: cannot be beaten. Excellent and quick service every time.

Not the greatest wash
They do their best but since they don’t use an air hose to aid with drying the car, you drive off and water will start flowing out if the side mirrors or any other crevice. They’re not consistent with vacuuming thoroughly. Sometimes the carpet is really clean, sometimes it looks as if they didn’t even try.
If you want a fast, mediocre wash, then try this place.

They do a quick and good job of washing your car. Remember not to leave valuables in the vehicle, they even post that disclaimer.
There are some dirty chairs outside outside while you wait for your car to be cleaned. You get a pick of a car scent. Of the few times I have been here, they seem to do a good job with keeping the car vacuumed on the inside and washed on the outside.
They would get a higher rating if the site was not as dirty.

This place is great good service honest etc. I’ve never had anything but first class service. My car always looks great after even the basic wash. They quick kind and through!

I used to come here a lot before I moved away. Since I’ve been gone, they’ve raised the prices! I get it… people have to make a living, but it’s a noticeable jump for me since I come back every few months.
Aside from the price, this place is quick and they do a pretty good job. They consistently miss the front passenger side dash though when cleaning the interior of my car! I would only come back because of the proximity to my parent’s place when I’m in town.

I drive all the way here from Irvine. Definitely worth it! Good prices and great service! I suggest you come here during the week to get the best prices and service! Thank you Complete Auto Spa!

BEWARE!!! They steal anything valuable you have in your car, especially cash that was stashed away!!! DO NOT GO HERE THEY ARE CROOKS!!!

$ 38 for 4 Hand washes. Its a no brainer!

Two reasons why I like this Car Wash.
1. It is near my house. I rather not go too far for a car wash, especially in a DIRTY car.
2. It fast and friendly staffs.
You should definitely give this place a try if you are nearby.
