Love coming here i always come with more than i expected lol! This location is kinda hidden. On saturdays they’re open til 4pm! Staff is really friendly and i love their selections on nail polishes

It’s my first time to an Cosmoprof. Everyone seems so nice there, especially Olga! She was knowledgable and helped me sign up for a membership. I couldn’t ask for a better first experience at a store. The store is hidden and it’s exclusively for members only so I guess it makes sense that it’s kinda hidden and not displayed out for the public.

Products are great service is horrible they see you stand there and take other customers before you. Not a great experience customer service wise

Even though I live in San Pedro, I always go out of my way to come to this Cosmoprof location. The employees are always super helpful and this location is always pristinely clean and everything is very easy to find here.

The BEST cosmoprof out of all, i have been to many different locations due to the many businesses that it used to have. I love only the FV location, lots of inventories, the staff always remind me of any special monthly promos, service is excellent, the ladies are very hard-​working, sharp, fast, and friendly. Don’t even shop any where else, i have tried due to my busy schedule but always come home to FV.

A lot of products and supplies available but the works here a pretty prejudice. I understand ethnically diverse people aren’t the best to work with since there is a language barrier. In my experience at both locations I’ve been to this one and the Lake Forest one, the workers are the least friendly when it comes to people ethnic minorities. They don’t take the time to help out or help find products people need. They would walk away or just say look at the tags.
I don’t understand why you would treat people with lesser service just because they don’t speak English well. The majority of your clients are minorities and would like to be your customers. Why hire people who make the customers shopping experience uncomfortable. I’ve called corporate to complain once.
There was a time at the Lake Forest location the manager there assigned a worker to watch my mom and monitor what she was doing. Accusing her of stealing follow her step by step and didn’t even offer to help out. I addressed the situation and all they told me was that they have their reasons. My mom never didn’t anything and she is a regular customer.
With this location I find it irritating how the workers are super friendly to people who speak English well and stray away from people who don’t. Especially this work named DeeDee. I over heard her tell my mom to just look at the tags when my mom asked her if there was any moose on sale today and walked away. This is not the kind of service I expect in any situation.
I’m very disappointed with these stores and sad that they don’t do anything to fix these issues. Let see how you feel to be miss treated just because you a different. I understand why they get good reviews because the workers here only help people who are not minorities.

The WORST service ever. Didnt know anything about the product acted very annoyed when we asked for anything… Haggling my sister for needing to use the restroom. Hovered over us the whole time acting like we were trying to shop lift, but again didnt know anything about the product so why ask if we need help… TRASHIEST experience of my life will NEVER be returning!

Came here on sunday. And it was crowded. I don’t understand the other review about service. Honestly ive been to 3 other cosmoprof and this location is the only one tjat provided me excellent service. Mandy was great amd because of her I will definitely be back to. this location.

I like this Cosmoprof, the employees are nice and very helpful. There are always good deals.

There is definitely an abundance of products. But the service here was very poor. The Sales Associates were not there to help.
