I’ve been going to this hair salon for few years and I never disappointed when I walk out. They are very attentive and make sure you get the look you are looking for, unlike some other places I’ve been to that are cheaper so the price of the service go along. I definitely RECOMMENDED this place to everyone :)

Great Hair salon, have been coming for awhile now to get my make up and hair done always very happy with the results!

Ashlen is really nice and great with hair I’ve been coming here for a while, and she always does a great job, with hair cuts and hair color!

The 1^st time I went to Ashlyn was almost ten years ago. She’s the best stylist I’ve gone to & I’ve been to plenty! My hair was jet black & put blonde highlights in it the same day. no stripping, no coming back every month. literally the same day. I went back black, myself. just dying my roots over & over for over 5 yrs, went to Ashlyn & she got it into beautiful highlights & eventually ombré within a month. I’m going back to her next week because I know she’s the only 1 I’ve gone to that gives instant results, she’s fast, she’s not pushy, she gives you exactly what you want & I’m so happy she’s still here!!! & btw, $ 7 for a bang cut isn’t ridiculous. Top end salons would chop off more then your bangs, charge you triple then expect more than $ 7 just as a tip!

Long overdue update (lol since my review in 2009).
Ashlyn is still my go-​to hairstylist. Trustworthy, dependable and reliable after all these years. I would not go to anyone else with my hair (unless she’s out of town, but if she has your cell number, she’ll text her vacation schedule ahead of time so you can schedule a appt before she leaves).
Her prices have gone up — but they are still competitive compared to the other salons in the area. She does a great job and takes her time with her work — does not feel or look rushed, so you always walk out looking great and feeling like she did a great job on you.
I typically go here for my usual haircut — which Ashlyn remembers exactly how I like to get it done. I’ve had my hair highlighted by her before — she did a great job with that one too.
Appointments are definitely recommended.
Parking is ample — up front and in a private lot.

Ashlyn is amazing! I used to get my hair cut down the street at Allure and they were good and I was happy until my Mom mentioned this place to me. I was pretty content with Allure and didn’t really want to move salons, but between work and school getting a haircut can be pretty touch sometimes. So I called Ashlyn and it was so easy to squeeze in an EARLY sunday morning appointment. What i love about ashlyn is that she is SO flexible. She’ll really go that extra mile to make her customers happy!
I have incredibly long and somewhat thick hair that’s just a mess to cut. Ashlyn does a great job on my hair and always makes sure that what I want is what she does. I tell her I want 3 inches off and she shows me what 3 inches is and what she will cut. There is no MISCOMMUNICATION EVER on what will be done with my hair. I ask for tucklable side bangs and they are delivered. I ask for layers and boom layers! I think that’s a strong suit about Ashlyn — she makes sure what I want is delivered, not like most hair stylists who when you ask for a trim cut hal your hair off!
Her female hair cuts are on average about $ 35. She uses quality hair products and pays a lot of individual attention to each customer. When she is cutting your hair she is focused and not trying 3 different things to 3 different customers!

I’ve been going to Excel for many years. Ashlyn is a wonderful hair stylist. She always manages to make me look 10 years younger! How great is thar!

Ashlyn is an excellent hair stylist and makeup artist! Her prices are also very reasonable. I’d highly recommend her for weddings and/​or other special events.
