I would like to say that Zenia is a phenomenal nutritional coach. I live about an hour away from the gym so I am not able to workout at her facility, but she was able to give me a good diet to follow that has made a major improvement in my life. Thanks Z. Appreciate your help.

First day of Bootcamp I was extremely hesitant because I didn’t know what I was getting myself into. But after the first day I got a greater understanding that everyone in the Bootcamp was reaching towards the same goal, to get fit. The atmosphere is upbeat and positive, you go at your own pace, and build yourself to greater. I have been a Bootcamp client now for almost 6 months and I love it! Sam and Zenia are great, the nutrition help that they give is another plus for me. For those hesitant, don’t be! The group personal trainings are awesome and no one judges!

Great experience here. I was hesitant about coming & intimidated initially, but I definitely do not regret my decision to give this boot camp a shot. I have been coming for about a month, and have learned so much about good form, new workouts, etc. The trainers have pushed my limits,(in a good way of course) and have been very encouraging. I have much more energy & feel much healthier by coming here daily. I recommend this to anyone wanting to get healthy.

I went to Fit Body Boot Camp in Fountain Valley tonight for the first time. I am so glad that I did! I love group workouts and this ranks at the top of my list for experiences. Everyone was supportive and welcoming and the workout was perfectly challenging. I am looking forward to going back on Thursday for more strength conditioning. Sam and Zenia are great and I am so happy I picked up the phone and called. You should try it if you need a little push to help you make your fitness goals or if you just want to have more fun when you workout!

These guys are dedicated and supportive not to mention creative in motivating their clients. Always a high energy environment with lots of friendly people attending the classes. Sam is great at thinking up ways to make it fun to stay in shape. They also have many resources to help with maintaining your fitness and ways to become more healthy through diet, etc. Zenia’s Cookbook is awesome! I definitely recommend getting in there and checking it out!

I absolutely LOVE this place and I’ve been coming here for almost 2 years! One of the only gyms that fits perfectly with my schedule! Sam and Zenia are great trainers always encouraging me and pushing me to my limit! I look forward to attending class because of the intimate setting and family feel that I get from the gym. I have struggled to find a workout that is convenient and effective and this is it! Sam is a great motivator and I like the preplanned format of the workouts — it only takes 45 minutes but I always feel like I get a good workout

This post is far overdue! The owners were great, facility is clean, everyone is inviting, the owners(Sam and Zenia) really wants everyone to achieve their goals. The nutritional help I received helped me gain a better outlook on eating VS dieting and not to mention they have some incredible liquid egg whites that I have been able to pick up from Zenia. If I hadn’t moved out of the area I would definitely be there daily. Missing FV Fit Body Boot camp but I will definitely make a way to get those egg whites when I can… Let me not forget to mention… they are greatly involved in the community and that speaks volumes to me and their reputation. Good job Sam and Zenia!!!

If you are looking for a great full body workout that is affordable, along with receiving education on a healthy meal plan, this is the place to go! It’s a combination of cardio and strength training. The trainers are amazing and will sit down with you one on one to discuss your goals. I’ve also had past injuries that made me reluctant to join but the trainers discussed alternative exercises that have helped me continue my fitness and reach my goals. Both Zenia and Sam are the owners and are very friendly, full of energy, and will make you feel comfortable in discussing your goals. I highly recommend this place.

One thing I can say about this location and the owners is that they care about the well being of their members! Their decision making has the fitness goals of the members in their best interest. Definitely a camp I would recommend if you want to feel conformable in your surroundings whether you are a beginner, intermediate or advanced. Keep up the great work guys!

I’ve been going to Fit Body Boot Camp since July 2014. Since joining, I’ve become the most toned I’ve ever been, and the most motivated. The culture of this boot camp is welcoming and all inclusive; each member of the gym is treated with the same one on one attention, and kept on track to obtain fitness goals pre-determined by my consultation last year. I highly recommend giving this location a try! One of my favorite attributes of this gym is the price! I’m extremely used to paying upwards of $ 200 monthly for memberships in Orange County. This program is extremely affordable, and of great value!

This Fit Body gym is GREAT! After the first day working out, I was so sore that I had to take a day to recover. I wasn’t expecting to sweat so crazy. It was a good burn like my fat was crying itself out of my body. LOL. I was back again the next day; this time more prepared and determined! Sam and Zenia are great motivating the group with the workout exercises. They are very attentive and helpful with each of their students. Sam leads the classes while Zenia gives personal one on one health counseling and assists Sam during classes. 3 days of the week was spent on strength training while the other 3 days were more speed based. Exercises got easier once I got the hang of it. It isn’t easy as it looks. The equipment and the space is new and kept in very good condition. I believe they have multiple classes during the day(2 in the morning and 2 after work). There are 2 classes during the weekend. It can get hot at times due to the high intensity training. Everybody there was friendly and supportive. I HIGHLY recommend this bootcamp.

I joined this boot camp about 3 months ago and I’m very happy with my results. I’m definitely in much better shape than when I started. I’ve lost inches, weight and more importantly body fat percentage. I really like the format of this boot camp compared to the others I’ve attended. Two days a week are«metabolic» days where you do a lot of exercises for 30 seconds at a time. The other two days are«strength» days where you do three exercises for 10 minutes before moving on to the next station. There is also a Saturday workout that is metabolic. It’s surprisingly well attended for an 8am class. For folks intimidated by the word«boot camp» who think it’s going to be like a scene from Full Metal Jacket, it’s nothing like that. Sam is a good trainer with a good attitude. He never yells or screams, he encourages instead. All in all, I’d recommend this boot camp to anyone interested in getting in shape.
