Garcias Custom Embroidery

Needed to embroider my son’s name on a toss pillow and Kathie came up with a beautiful and a child friendly design! Loved the fast and friendly service!

We have been working with Kathie on getting shirts embroidered for my job and she has been nothing but amazing. She is very kind, and has been such a joy to work with. She is very thorough with her work and has done such a good job of making sure we are satisfied with our shirts. Our company will definitely be using her again!

I needed to get a one off design on a zip up hoodie and called a few places in the area. If they didn’t have a minimum of a certain amount of orders then they had a ridiculous set up fee. I called Kathie and she was an absolute dream to work with. Not only was she more than pleasant on the phone but very patient and accommodating. I was very specific in what I needed and she delivered a product that exceeded my expectations. I called her on Monday and picked up the finished product Friday and she charged me less than what was quoted. I would highly recommend her and will be a returning customer.

My daughter’s first birthday was coming up, and I wanted to give out beach towels with custom embroidery to the guests at the party. I searched for the right embroidery service company for a week or so, and when I met Kathie, the owner of Garcia Custom Embroidery, I decided right away to work with her for two reasons — the price was half of what was quoted by another company, and Kathie showed me what exactly the embroidery would look like setting the right expectation.
A week later, when we were about to pick up the beach towels, I was a bit nervous about the possible poor quality of work due to the lower price. But I was completely wrong! The embroidery was of an excellent quality! Also, Kathie chose a different color for each beach towel of a unique design, and each beach towel boasted a unique, and beautiful embroidery! I could not ask for more.
The custom embroidered beach towels were a hit at the party. People at the party loved them! I thank Kathie very much!!!

She has competitive pricing, she responds to emails and phone calls in a very timely manner, she is always very helpful and she provides a beautiful finished quality product! We had used a large franchise embroiderer in the past and we much prefer Garcias Custom Embroidery.
