I’m writing this for the owners sake. I honestly wasn’t going to put anything, then I thought if this was my franchise location I’d like to know. If the store closes at 10:00 then that’s when the production of food should stop. I pulled in the drive thru @ 9:42pm at this time I proceeded to order 3 items they were out of. Ok, so I thought to myself it’s the end of the night. Then the fourth item I ordered I heard a man tell the woman that was taking my order to have me pull to up to the window. When I got up there they said they’re done cooking for the night and closing at 10:00 pm. Well, one part of me though ok I’m not for wasting food, and another part of me said it would of been much better if they just turned their closed sign on and I wouldn’t of bothered stopping here in the first place.

The only KFC that I go to in my area. The staff that work here always have a smile on their face and I always leave with one on mine. Thank you guys!!!

Great service and the food tastes great as well. However, the extra crispy breast appeared large, but it has more skin than meat. The strips are on the small side as well. The locked restrooms were not convenient as one needed to get the key, although there a security camera.

Good old KFC. Nice, courteous, fast service. Good AC levels. And of course, tasty cookies and good food. Great place to stop by. Clean bathroom. Clean tables and chairs. Excellent! Good parking lot in the back and parking in front. Plenty of spaces to park your car at and they have a thirst quenching iced tea.(sweetened and an unsweetened one). Quick and convenient. Pleasant place to chat with a pal.

This is sad to write. I used to love KFC but this particular place is a very poor representation of the product and the advertising. The place was dirty, i mean DIRTY! The gal behind the counter was rude and a huge bad attitude. It also looked like she ate too much of the chicken, as her t shirt barely covered her ample belly. I dont mean to be rude, but KFC you need to tear this place down and build one the represents your good food

No. Just no. My dad was craving fried chicken so I went out to get him some. What a terrible choice to come here. It took them 15 minutes to get my food while I waited at the window. Mind you, I had already paid so I wasn’t going to just leave. It was a good thing the radio was playing really good mashups or else I would have been raging by the time I got my food. However, when I got the food, the chick gave me attitude for asking for more than 2 packets of ketchup. Sigh. I will fuel my dad’s fried chicken cravings at Popeyes on Harbor from now on.

Quick pickup! Bucket of chickens for the game! Once in a while, I do crave for KFC, the crispy fried chicken wings with hot sauce. Yum yet greasy. Like I said, once in a great while. We were meeting up with some friends and we made a quick stop to pick up finger food. It wasn’t a bad idea. We were in and out less than 6 mins. The boys were grubbing and I was cheering on Denver!

Stopped here before heading to the Orange County Fairgrounds. If you like KFC this place is no different(food-wise) then any other KFC, where they do it right. what I mean by doing it right is that the chicken was not greasy and the sides were good to go. I rarely, if ever, posted a review of a fast food place, but felt I needed to so as to give props to the cashier taking our order. I wish I would have noted the gentleman’s name(40ish Hispanic male). He was very friendly and patient while we decided what we wanted. After we gave our individual orders he pointed out a family deal /special that provided almost twice as much food for about the same price; and it covered what we were each wanting! We told him we were going to the Fair and he provided us with extra utensils and packaging that allowed us to store it in our cooler. Thanks!

The food was not good at all. I got hot wings & they were soft & cold wings the cole slaw had a funny taste to them… But the young lady that was working drive thru was wonderful & patient, I cant remember her name but i was there on 6⁄25 about 6:30pm…she deserves a raise… excellent customer svc…

I love the Colonel… however, this location is very lacking. We ordered the special that comes with a cake… but no cake so they gave us an extra large order of mac and cheese… not the same. Then they did not have any ranch. They also did not give us any plates. Will probably come back since it’s the local KFC unless we go further. So this review is basically about the service and not the food.

Getting into the drive thru here is a bit awkward… I had the 4 Honey BBQ Stackers for $ 3 on Saturday, and WOAH — they were SO good. I definitely will be back for them. My favorite used to be the hot wings… but adding the sauce myself, and it not really being a buffalo sauce… I kind of got over them fast. The sauce burned too much and just wasnt like a real wing… in my opinion. Drive thru people are always pretty friendly :)

Not going to this KFC ever again!!! The man that took my order, seems like he had an attitude while taking my order and he was being a smart-ass with me. I don’t tolerate with these kind of people. While at work, you should always be on your best behavior and be polite with your customers, especially dealing with customers, like, myself. I wasn’t being rude or anything. Just trying to order some food. Not to mention, he got my order wrong too. I got something i didn’t order and what i ordered i didn’t get. Not happy with that either. Next time, i’m going to another KFC and it’s right down the street from this one.

A group of us ate here one day for lunch. It’s right across the street from work. The place was dirty, hot and smelly. The group of us all had some kind of sick feeling that night after work. We haven’t been back to this place since.

this KFC has to be one of the worst stores ever! on a consistent basis there are too few workers working there and none of them are american or white. they can never get your order right and they tend to take forever to get you your food. if you plan on going here, be prepared for a long wait for your food…

Original Review(one star): Okay, it’s KFC. Most of us know what to expect. To be fair, we’ve never found a time when the chicken is guaranteed to be fresh… but occasionally we’ll take our chances. We should have gone to Popeye’s tonight. After much debating and arguing and crying and apologizing and the rest of the usual daily dinner decision-making process, we agreed on KFC. First we went to the one nearest us, but after sitting at the lit-up ordering menu and getting no response, we drove up to the window and there was a sign saying they were closing early for«internal installations». Whatever, couldn’t you put that on the loudspeaker so we weren’t sitting there yelling at nobody like idiots? ANYWAY…the next closest KFC on Brookhurst, by the El Pollo Loco, is NAS-TAY. We don’t go there anymore. So after a GPS search, we discovered this one down the street. The D/T OPEN sign was lit up, and there was much rejoicing! We managed to get to the loudspeaker after nearly being creamed by a crazy car full o’ teenagers at the next-door Alerto’s, and placed our order. We wanted wings, and leftovers(me love cold chicken), so we ordered a 16 pc bucket, substituing wings for thighs, and 6 biscuits. Dude confirms our special order. When we pull up, he’s all chatting away with his bud, so my husband confirms the order AGAIN to be sure that he wasn’t too distracted. Dude affirms, 16 piece bucket, wings instead of thighs, 6 biscuits. We pay – $ 27?! – and drive off with our paper bucket of love. $ 21 for the bucket, $ 1.60 for the substitution, $ 3 for the biscuits, $ 2 tax. When we get home, fetch paper plates and napkins and settle in for a delicious chicken orgy, and pop the top… Stage 1: Denial. Those can’t be thighs! They’re malformed breasts! Check the rest! Stage 2: Anger. Eight thighs, no wings. Goddamn bastards! They cheated us! We got charged for the substitution! Furthermore, the thighs were extra greasy, like they dropped them in the oil again just before packaging them up… seriously gross. Stage 3: Bargaining. I called them to see about replacing it, and Dude said they were out of chicken. So I ask about a refund; Dude says if we come back tomorrow he’ll give us some wings. Yeah, right. How much you want to bet he won’t be there tomorrow, even if we wanted to barge in and look like assholes? We ended up throwing almost all of it away, all the greasy thighs, 3 of the breasts, a drumstick or two. Disgusting. And we were overcharged for that shit. Stage 4: Depression. :((((((((( Stage 5: Acceptance. KFC sucks. I haven’t found one around here that has dependably fresh chicken or good service. The Colonel is shedding one lonely tear tonight. EDIT: Stage 6: Gastrointestinal distress. Bastards. — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — – Second Edit: After our experiences, we used the feedback form on the KFC website to complaint. Today, we got a call from the location manager – not corporate, but the actual location we had complained about. I’m not very happy that they have the name, phone number, and possibly address of local complainers. Manager asked some questions about what had been wrong and then offered us free chicken if we came back in. Of course, we would have to go back, give them our name, and then what? Is there a list of problem customers somewhere? Rolling our eyes, we agreed, not planning on taking them up on the offer. The manager called back a few minutes later and asked us to contact Corporate and tell them we had worked it out. The only way we’re going to do that, my husband said, is if we get a full refund, because we’re not interested in more chicken. After some finangling it was worked out that we’d get a refund from Manager’s Brother, who was at the 7 – 11 on Fairview and Wilson. Okay. We took our receipt and Manager’s Brother gave us back our money, no questions asked. I guess Manager had called and told him to expect us. Because of the refund, even though it wasn’t initially offered and only later under duress of Corporate smackdown, I am giving back one more star. I still think that I am rather unimpressed with the service altogether, but it was made right in the end. At this point I could not ask for more.

i know. kfc? what’s there to really review about. their crispy chicken and their instant potatoes?. well, this place has the best service. I’ve never really had a problem at this place. It’s right next to the Alerto’s which is a major plus. It can be crowded at lunch hour though, lots of highschoolers run around here. Order the Chicken Littles, best shit evvvaaar :]
