Subway

This is by far the WORST Subway I’ve been to. This one dark hispanic lady wad super stingy when putting the steak on my steak/​egg sandwich. She only puts a quarter meat on my sandwich and when I politely asked her if she can put a bit more, she tells me there will be extra charge! Cmon! They just lost me as a customer! I’ll be going to other subways!

I came on Tuesday for national sandwich day and I knew that it was going to be busy. There were a couple people ahead of us and it was totally fine, until my coworker and I got to the front. I’ve never experienced such rude employees. They rushed me through the whole thing and when I came to cash out, the cashier rolled his eyes at me when I told him that I wanted to do the buy one get one and he continued to lecture me about the words I said because I accidentally said «combo». I will never come back because these employees are super rude. The only reason why it’s a star is because the sandwiches were okay.

I’ve been here today for lunch and I really don’t like the way the worker treated customer like me with the rude face (pissed off) when I showed the coupon Buy one get one free, seem like that worker name Teresa doesn’t like «FREE stuff. Excuse me, the coupon from Subway company and you have to accept it what so ever.
I love subway and never have nay problems with other subway locations at all. Only this one. NEVER GO HERE TO EAT AGAIN !!!

Been coming to this place for the last few months as I just started a job across the street at Sam’s Club. The food is fresh and the staff is always smiling and make sure that they get my order right. Last week the guys at the shop even help me change a tire when they noticed I need help outside.

Went in to get a few subs. The ladies who helped us were very sweet even though we were the last customers of the day. Thanks ladies!

I eat here once a week and the service is always excellent and food is fresh, but they never have jalapeño and cheese bread for the 4^th time in a row. I always eat between 5 and 6 pm …. prime time! please have a better selection. .thanks

I work close to this one so I come here primarily for lunch. Sometimes the order is made exactly as I’ve requested, but more often than not there are some mistakes. I’ve even given a type written order and things would be missing. I’ve learned to ask for my sandwich double toasted so it is somewhat warm.
They are a little slow when making sandwiches which annoys me and sometimes they might overcharge so make sure you catch them charging you for the right sandwich.
I’ve had better Subway sandwiches.

Mario helped me this afternoon on my lunch break. Very friendly and had a nice conversation with him while he made my sub. A little disappointed in the price increase, but the experience with Mario made it a 5 star experience.

I like getting cookies from this Subway. Just by luck, I always am able to get the raspberry cheesecake ones! Yumo
Sandwich artists are pretty cool here too. They haven’t messed up my 6inch sweet onion teriyaki extra cheese, avocados, and sriracha sammiches yet!

My needs are not much. In regards to sandwiches. LOL So, it’s difficult to mess up my order. The bread and Ingredients are fresh. Some employees don’t seem to want to be there… But, they don’t take it out on the customer.

I’ve been going here for two years now and I must say this is the absolute best staff you can put toogether! About a year and a half ago I was 6 months pregnant and I didnt eat all day it was already two o’clock my grandma had passed away days before so I was very emotional pregnant and dealing with a loss so I went to eat and my card got declined! So I called my bank and they had held my check and wouldnt release money for me to eat so I sat down and cried and when I was sitting there one of the workers out of the goodness of her heart and with HER OWN money bought me lunch! I was so grateful and touched she did that!
genuinely good people thats exactly what we need in the world! The owner should be proud to have such a great staff! Glad to come back.
(If the manager reads this shes the Asian girl, im SO sorry for classifying her as this but I dont know her name.)

Went today– They don’t honor the rainy day special advertised by corporate that all CA subways are to honor– Also I had 2 people ahead of me and Miss Saggy Pants girl just made my sandwich around them making me squeeze past the other customers… felt inappropriate… I do not recommend this one… Not to mention the mustard sandwich… bitter!

I work within walking distance of this Subway and frequently have lunch here on my break. The man who I believe is the manager is super friendly and offers great service. The location is always clean and there is always someone that greets you when you walk in. within 3 seconds.
There are a few different people that work here off and on but for the most part it is a great Subway and I have never had any issues with my order. The produce is always fresh when I go, the staff always friendly, the chips and drinks always stocked and the bread always hot and ready to go. I think only once was the bread I wanted out, but big deal, it’s probably popular.
I will say that the staff sometimes talks loudly about inappropriate for work topics when I do occasionally eat inside, but who cares. really? They are probably students working thru high school or college and just working for some extra cash. They aren’t cussing or anything just chatting and gossipping.

It’s subway who needs a review, there all the same. I do notice like other reviewers the employee’s don’t put a smile on, I think that is just a Subway issue not this particular store.

Another Subway FAIL. I know that being a «sandwich artist» was not what you aspired to be as a young child… but its not like I’m even asking you to smile. I’d just prefer that you’re not rude. The girl in the morning… who claims she’s the manager… is about is rude as it gets… and generally the employees that are here the rest of the day look and act absolutely miserable.
If everything else is ok, I can usually ignore less than mediocre service, but the service here isn’t even less than mediocre… it’s borderline belligerent. Instead of Subway Sandwiches they should call this place Hostile Sandwiches from People Who Can’t Stand You.

Came here on a sunday for breakfast. Yes, they now serve breakfast starting at 7am until 11pm. Why not?
Omelet style sandwiches. They offer all their selections of breads and english muffin, regular egg or just plain white, and their entire array of toppings and sauces. Pretty dirt cheap for a breakfast sandwich of 6inches amounting to about $ 2.75. You can feel a little bit healthier choosing this breakfast route minus the carb load bread. Oh, they also have this new omega 3 bread that has seeds and grains on the breadtop which reminds me of bird feed.

I usually love subway because of it’s «healty» food.
This Subway, particularly isn’t very nice. The workers there are always like «hmph» attitude. Seriously, I asked them to take off a ¹⁄₃ of the meat because they put too much (i don’t like to eat too much meat). Then i wanted all the veggies to be put in. The girl worker there has a really strong accent and talks softly so it’s hard to hear what she’s trying to say. She puts in the TINIEST amount of veggies and food. For example, she puts in one row of mustard, when normally workers put in like 2 or 3 rows. and then she puts in 4 cut up pieces of bell pepper when there should be like a handful (about 15). I asked her to put more bell pepper, she looks up, gives me a look, then puts in 3 more pieces of bell pepper. although i wanted more veggies, i didn’t ask for more since i didn’t want to get an attitude-​filled look again.
noo thanks. i’m not coming back here. i’ll drive a bit further if i have to and go to the one by Big Lots. at least the worker there (from a week ago) was super nice.

I agree with the previous commenter about the mood of the employees – they do not look happy.
Today I stopped by to pick up a Veggie Delight sandwich. Most, I thought all Subway locations, add extra cheese to the Veggie Delight at no charge. (After all, the Veggie Delight is the same price a few other sandwiches, but doesn’t include meat.) This store, however, insisted that if I wanted the extra cheese, I’d have to pay extra. No thanks!
The sandwich itself was okay. The bread was on the dry side and the lettuce a bit limp. I’ve certainly had better Subway sandwiches.
BTW, i have since emailed Subway corporate to find out if the complimentary extra cheese is up to the franchise or if it is a corporate directive. I’ve not heard back, however.

why do the workers usually look so depressed/​unfriendly? (esp the manager/​indian guy)

This is a tiny, tiny Subway tucked into a small strip mall near the bowling alley. Blink and you’ll miss it. It’s right near my work so I go here often to pick up lunch. Never had a bad experience here. Once, they were out of the apple slices in the front fridge and the owner brought me some from the back even though they were super busy. so that’s cool. They also have the light Minute Maid lemonade in their soda machine, woo!
This place gets really busy around lunchtime but other times it’s empty.
