So let’s just start out by saying I was over charged $ 7 from the menu price. I asked to get ceviche to go & ended up paying $ 16 for a medium size drink cup.

This place is horrible!!! I don’t suggest it at all. So to begin with, it was a really hot day and when we went inside there was a bunch of fans but it was so hot in there! After we got sited ourselves are waiter came like 20 minutes after !! When she came she looked like she was in her pjs. So after we ordered our food we waited about 15 minutes and our food did not come. When it came my family had started eating and there was no flavor in our food. I got a margarita and I got a cherry on top and it was horrible!!! When I got my check it was some expensive!!! We ordered about 5 plates and in total it was $ 109! To sum it up, if you like spending a lot of money on nasty food this restaurant is the place for you. If you like epic flavor just skip this restaurant !!!

They’re food is delicious. Service was horrible, I recently went in and waitress took my order for drink and never returned for about 40 minutes until I went up to her and demanded for my check and until then is when they wanted to take my order. Very upset, I was really craving ceviche.

Absolutely phenomenal seafood! I’m very discriminate with my mariscos and this place hit the mark. You get consome as a starter. Must visit!

The food its okay but the service is bad, I ask for lemons to three different waitress and I was never ask if i need it anything. Let me tell you if you feel like getting drunk at 5pm this is the place to do it since they have not restriction for alcohol, there was a group of guy drinking since I don’t know what time but they were all drunk one of them pass out.

I love how clean it is. They make my favorite empanadas made from shrimp! Yum! I also enjoy eating a mixed seafood coctel. Staff is always friendly.

Worse restaurant in town! Their taco Tuesday is bad! No selection! Only chicken, asada & chorizo. It takes forever to get the waitress to bring you drinks and they have the worse attitude(maybe not toward guys or drunk people). Waited over 15 minutes to get the tacos on the table after they messed up the order! The waitress are just bitches! They think ure eating for free or something! NOT A GOODFAMILYPLACE. Nothing like Super Antojitos! Will not recommend it! Will not come back!

Their empanadas de camaron are super delicious. They make the best green salsa and micheladas.

Awesome food! So this place seems very authentic and I’d say caters to mostly the Hispanic crowd. I was able to make my way thru the menu which is in Spanish and any questions I had were answered by the cute waitresses. I had shrimp enchiladas which were amazing and date has the 7 mares which a seafood soup or stew which was also really good. Looking forward to coming back to try some more dishes!

The women there are very beautiful BUT the food is too darn expensive. I’ve had better sea food for a much cheaper price.

Taco tuesday has $ 1 street tacos. I tried the chicken and carne asada. This is basically just corn tortillas with meat and some onions and cilantro on top. I also tried one of their specialties: shrimp empanadas. They had a unique taste to them. They were crispy yet soft and filled with cooked shrimp. Taste wise it was just ok and didn’t WOW me. The shrimp empanadas are $ 12.99 for 6. I felt this place was just A-OK.

We came here for the 1st time. Had heard it was good from a few people. We had to try it. The service was quick & friendly. There was things on the menu we had no idea what they were the bad translated from Spanish to English made it harder to try & figure it out. We ordered a shrimp cocktail, chicken tacos, shrimp taco & Ensenada style fish taco. Everything we order hard no flavor. Except for the chicken tacos that were really good & the hot green salsa made them taste even better. I will not hurry back anytime soon. Unless it Taco Tuesday for the chi

I give them 5 stars for their micheladas and their shrimp empanadas. They are the only reason why I come. I’ve tried some other things but I didn’t like anything else. I did try some shrimp quesadillas actually now that I think of it and they were good. They were shrimp quesadillas al governador. Like I said, micheladas are mostly the reason why I drive so far. They’re my top 2 in Santa Ana. My #1 place for micheladas is Mariscos Hector on Main St in Santa Ana.

Place is awesome if you want to drink and listen to music. Food is not that great though. If they fixed the food I would give them a five star rating. Wish at least they would fix their salsa !

I solely come here for the Pescado Sarandeado, which specialty dish from my family’s home state, Nayarit/Jalisco., which this restaurant is based off of. It’s rather rare dish dish to come by outside out of Mexico, and it’s especially rarer for someone to actually do it right! I love this place for serving something that brings back some old sentiment.
The fish itself is of the oily variety, fat = flavor, and all they do is lightly season it, butterfly it, and grill it on both sides. The only thing left to do is tear it apart with a tortilla add little bit of grilled onions, some their green salsa(HOT) and your given the tasting experience one could have on the shores of Puerto Vallarta. Just to give you a heads up, they give you a whole fish per order, and this thing is rather large. So unless you have a large stomach, it’s best to share. AND call ahead, it takes 30 minutes to prepare! So to get the full experience order this with a Michelada and pick ever bone clean. Just don’t forget to try the face(it’s the best part)!

My gosh, I have heard about this hidden gem for a while and I finally got the chace to try it out when my inlaws invited us. The molcajete is amazing probably the best thing to get. The shrimp empanadas are really good and so were their fish & shrimp tacos and my shrimp a la diabla. This will be a regular place for me!

The shrimp empanadas are really good albeit a lil small. Easily the best thing i tried. I could probably eat a half dozen of them and be happy. The marlin taco was just alright. More like a marlin quesadilla than anything else. I liked the flavor of the fish, but would have preferred less cheese. Avoid the shrimp enchiladas. They came smothered and covered in an extremely thick, rich and creamy white sauce that was not good. Heart attack city! Service is pretty slow but the food does come out piping hot. Could care less for the ambiance. The juke box is constantly blasting Mexican music and this was in addition to the live musicians already going table to table. Free chips and salsa is a plus. Be forewarned, the green salsa is super spicy!

One of my favs! It’s nice and big so finding a good seat is not hard. Service is usually very good, and there’s one waitress who provides the eye candy if you’re going there to drink with friends(the other one is kinda frumpy) I’ve always gotten one of the shrimp entrees, either the diabla or garlic, either one is a no lose decision. And they’re reasonably priced at about $ 11-$ 12 a plate. Comes with chips and salsa of course, but also the portions are big, and the carrots and cucumbers are delicious. Only draw back is that there is usually a long wait for the food, but that maybe just the price to pay for freshness. Also they need to turn down the juke box, it will explode to life without any warning, it’s a downer if you’re talking with friends.
