I have been coming here for a year and I still love my monthly facials with Lynne. My skin is looking great and she always takes care of me. New options for microdermabrasion and oxygen facials, yay! Plus, I just started coming to Kim for massage and love her! She uses great pressure and has a wonderful touch. She’s as sweet as can be. Recommend you upgrade for the hot stone massage! It’s heavenly and all your knots and sore muscles will be gone in no time :) Love this spa!

The facial I got was very mediocre. Got a living social deal for a signature facial. So I called and made an appointment, lady who answered the phone was very nice and accommodating and scheduled me in right away. The place was very easy to find and there was plenty of parking inside the plaza. I was taken into one of the rooms and got cozy under the covers. The bed sheets were not exactly clean but I’m not too picky with that. The lady providing the service was very nice. However, she did try to sell me on a couple extra services which I turned down. The facial itself was not very good, the towel was used over and over again, rinsed in cold water and so old that the material was super hard and scratched my skin. The products used was also of lower quality as the next day my face was very oersted, slightly red and blotchy. I did enjoy the head massage, shoulder massage and the arm massage at the beginning. The price is very competitive but it just wasn’t up to normal standards.

This spa does not have anyone with a license or certification for anything… and if they do it should be revoked. I don’t say these things lightly as I am a huge supporter of small businesses. Went in for a facial and massage package and I left with broken capillaries and broken skin on my forehead and cheek. The facial started out with the owner, who was very nice, trying to up-sell me on a microdermabrasion and various other services for an additional $ 10 – 40 each. I have had many extractions with my facials and never had I had anyone apply that much pressure on my cheek that my contact started to lift from my eye! Different women came in and out of the room and it was confusing as to who was actually doing what. I had a bad feeling when I was walking to the massage room that my face was a bit more«tender» than usual. When I got into the massage room a woman entered the room after I was already faced down. Even in the dark I could see her horrible feet in sandals as she huffed and puffed with every movement. The massage I received here was what you would get at one of those $ 20 «foot massage» places… only difference here was that you stripped down for it. She rubbed(NOT massaged) my head for a good 20 mins out of the 1 hour… when I flipped over and saw her I realized why. She was at least 70 and hype could see the severe arthritis in her hand. She never massaged me at any point. She rubbed and pushed on my body not in any sort of order or unified pressure. I felt terrible as it felt like having my grandmother massage me, which felt disrespectful and sad that I had paid for this horrible experience and the fact that she was working through her horrible joint issues. I will never return here. I pray that the broken skin on my cheek and forehead will heal with minimal or no scarring :(I recommend you not go here. I honestly think they are on the brink of being shut down for the non-certified techs that are working here as employees.
