They are turning customers into employees. They will no longer even collect your money!!! They make the customers do that now! I have just two words for them… Salvation Army!

I’ve only been to this place twice but I’m in love! I’m a college student who just moved to Orange County a while ago. Back home there aren’t any thrift stores that even compare to this place!!! There is so much stuff and it’s all pretty good quality. Of course you have to search around, but the two times I’ve gone, I’ve found treasures. And the staff is always friendly. I will be coming back frequently!

Wow this place is huge. And filled. It is in an old grocery store filled with second hand clothes and straight from the merchant clothes. Also linens each on iTs own hangar in its clearly labeled area. Knick knacks, shoes, purses, and more. The people are nice. My 17 year old niece and I spent about $ 70 on about 11 pieces, mostly shirts with prices from $ 2.99 to $ 9.99 for a jacket.
Bring your own bag here. They do not provide without a cost.
Clean, neatly organized. Everything labeled clearly and hung on quality hangers. You really want to shop here.

I happened to come in here and was pleasantly surprised to see thing organized and easy to find. I purchased some vases to make flower arrangements. Perfect!

I really like coming here. The store is so big so you have so many wonderful selections. Great place to come shop for anything vintage.

Very clean and well organized. Books are 2 – 3 times as much than at Goodwill or Salvation but they are very organized and makes it easy to find by genre. Also the books might be a better quality than those mentioned above. They had a pretty decent jewelry collection and I will be back to further explore.

I come here all the time ! I didn’t realize they have a Unilocal!Seriously every worker I’ve met here are super nice and seem to enjoy working ! I am a huge huge thrift shopper and I believe in purchasing previously lived items at the loved price ! Everything here is clean and organized ! I find the best costumes for Halloween and when you donate to them, you get 10−30% off on your hero card ! Which is the best! Great cause and a discount on items that are already super adorable! I’ve found so many brand names here ! Barely used and in wearable condition ! You wouldn’t even know what items in my closet are thrift or new ! I love this place !

I have never really been a fan of thrift stores because they are disorganized and full of junk but Savers is surprisingly really organized and clean. Of course they have some junk as well but I have found some like new and brand new clothing there. My wife said they have a lot of name brands and she just loves it there.
This place is huge too. It’s as big as a supermarket. My wife and I like it so much we stop there once a week to check out what they have. They always have new stuff.

I. Love. Savers. All Savers from here to Arizona, and other places if they exist elsewhere.
Due to the outrageous prices clothing stores charge these days, I nearly exclusively shop at thrift stores, and Savers is a godsend. Their clothes are not only organized by type, but by size AND color. So many thrift stores just throw all their clothes onto the same «women’s rack» and that’s that. It’s wonderful to actually shop and find exactly what you’re looking for in a matter of minutes– no more sifting through piles and piles to find absolutely nothing!
Their shoes are also organized by type and size, their books by genre, and their knick-​knacks by type (kitchen/​frames/​seasonal, etc.)
Anytime I see a Savers I go in, and you should too.

I love this savers, the employees are great and so friendly, I have a service dog and everyone knows him, I feel safe in savers the manager Matt is awesone, Elaine is great, like Donna, great place to shop.
Store is always clean.

Awesome sizes store with great prices. They have a wonderful selection of everything. The store is huge and clean! I ended up with over 20 books and lots of kids clothes love it. Plentiful parking and easy to find. Wednesday is student and military discount day. I’ll be coming back at least once a month

C’mon guys. Do you really think that the people pricing the stuff here have a say in doing it? Think! They’re probably being TOLD to price things at certain prices. Don’t blame them. They’re probably just doing what they’re told. Besides, it’s like this with almost ALL companies: Do what you’re told or get fired.
Having said that, go around the high prices by donating stuff to get coupons. Or sign up for their special card to go to their sales. Sheesh.
That’s how I shop there! SO much good stuff when you know it’s getting discounted ;) Love this place.

This place is rad. They have slot of cool things but I found a lot of the items a bit over priced. does anyone know if they have a ½ off day?

I do like the way they organize things and the prices are very good! The prices are super good when they have sales or special events! I got a pair of shorts for $ 2 cuz it was labor day! Enjoy…

When this place first opened the prices were great now you feel like you’re getting dragged out into a dark alley and mugged of all your cash.
For instance the box set for Full House retails for $ 63 on amazon, their price point was $ 44. Wow I feel like I’m getting a great discount $ 20 less for something used, not really though. In the past you to see something like this for $ 15 tops and that was a deal and that was the price that you should be paying for something at a second hand store.
National Geographic magazines $ 0.25 a copy, oh wait these copies from the forties and fifties are separate from the rest of them for $ 4.99 per copy, what kind of rip off artists are these guys? You’re supposed to be a charity so people can buy stuff for a low price and flip it on eBay and you’re making it really hard for me to make a living now selling stuff on the side.

I’m not sure why this store is called a «charity» or «thrift» store.
After some research online, I’ve come to find out that Savers and the company that owns it donates 1% of an item sales price towards the charity that they are «sponsoring.» Target donates 5% of it’s earnings towards charity… This has become such an issue that some local governments have taken action to call out Savers to protect the public.
Pricing of items — all items are overpriced. Every single time I’ve come to this store I have seen things priced over the retail cost.
As for the staff… I am almost positive this company gets the majority, if not all of their workers, from government public service programs (for free) as they are a «charity» shop. To be honest, I have never encountered more rude, aloof, and unhelpful people in my life. The workers walk around like zombies from The Walking Dead… ALL questions are met with disdain. The only redeeming quality of this place is when one of the «managers» forces a zombie to get on the loudspeaker and tell you how many «treasures» the undead has found and to come find them in a horrific blue light special scenario.
Yeah its a big store… which only reinforces that fact that you are paying money for used donated items to some rich family that owns a conglomerate system of «thrift charity» stores nationwide.
Go to one of the MANY REAL thrift charity stores in Orange County instead of this fake conglomerate and make the world a better place.

Super expensive, sometimes more than you would pay in the normal stores. This company has been misleading people for years. They have over 4000 call centers employees on minimum wages calling people for donation. They are super greeting, also if you buy an electronic that doesn’t work they will not give your money back they only exchange with with in 7 days if you have receipts, if you don’t, they will not accept not even exchange. .
I heard a customer complain of everything been too expensive, the cashier became very defense and started to tell lies after lies. Like: we buy our donation, prices are high because we don’t get much donation, and etc. I advise anyone not to support them, they are a very very greedy money hungry so called thrift store, they get everything for for, but wants to sell for almost the same price as regular store and sometimes even more.

I shop here because they are very organized and have a great selection. I don’t buy a lot because compared to other «thrift» stores, they are very overpriced on a lot of items. They have the nerve to put a used candle, with the wick completely lost in the many-​times-​melted candle, at $ 7.99. Are you out of your mothereffing mind? That’s the price of a brand new candle at Walmart. They have used candles the size of 99 Cent candles from the 99 Cent Only store for $ 2.99 and up. I’m like… pass. Who needs a burnt out M&M candle anyhow?
Anyway, because I do come back to this store, I give it 3 stars. I’ve found some handy items here for my daughter’s modeling projects, but other than that, I can go to quite a few different stores and buy what I need brand-​new for equal or lesser value.
Yesterday, I was just there to buy books, and the cashiers were slow AF, so I left my cart and went home without my books. The small-​talk is what kills me… stop talking to your customers about what’s cute, oh that’s not a bad price, what’s this for, if you want to donate to the Epilepsy foundation… We hear the Epilepsy thing come on the radio and see the signs all over the place. Get the line moving, People… forreal.

Prices are sort of on the high side (I saw D & G canvas tote bags priced $ 49.99), and can somebody tell me how a thrift store that sells donated goods gets away with charging regular retail sales tax? I was shocked to see that on my receipt.
Every week a different colored tag is half off. I bought a ton of stuff and only one item had the green colored half off tag.
The store is huge, clean, no out of control screaming kids running around and the sales help was super nice and helpful. I had no idea that if you bring in bags of goods to donate you get 30 percent off coupons for your next purchase. You also need to sign up for their email list and they will send you notices of their future sales.
At check out I received three or four 30 percent off cards to be used for future purchases but they have to be used before May 1^st. You need to spend «x» amount of money to receive the cards.
The good: they will do exchanges in seven days. I bought a cookbook that I already have so I’m going to exchange it for something else.
Well, I am obviously going to return here… to exchange my book and to use the 30 percent off cards I have. The proceeds here go to some medical charity but I’m not sure I’m on board with supporting a thrift store that charges sales tax on used items. I may have to return to my old standby, that crowded, filthy Goodwill on 19^th Street in Costa Mesa, even if Goodwill is THE most greedy «charity» on Gods green earth.

THIS PLACE IS HUGE! That is exactly what she said! Goodness, I could get lost in here. I don’t so much go for the clothes, I more so go for the homegoods department and stuff like that. Held myself back from buying anything in that department but they did have some good stuff.
I came on a mission to buy a friend some baby clothes. Goodness, they have some really cute, gently worn, some not worn at all, baby clothes. Perfect for a mom starting out. I got 4 outfits for $ 3. Cant beat that if you tried! Well, maybe you could but everything I bought still had the «Carters» original purchasing tag on it. Crazy!
Also, this place smells great! I mean seriously, I’ve never walked into a thrift store that smells so good. This place is huge, well organized, clean as a whistle, and very bright.
