The employee that works at this Subway, by the name of GRACIALA was so rude to my kids and myself. We are a local to this store, at 9985 Ellis Ave, Unit 5, Fountain Valley, Store #3265. We paid for a combo for $ 6.25, but she still charged us $ 1.10 for a bag of chip. She also add on a few other items that we did not request for, and she charged us for those. My bill’s total was $ 19.55. I asked her why she is charging me the extra items and the bag of chip, she replied, «that’s how the computer is» she also rushed to put the bread into the oven, without asking us if we want turkey or ham, etc. I had to ask her 4 times to add cheese because she wanted to toast the turkey and bread without adding the cheese. It’s a long story… I hope the manager there would call me. Her name is Eva, I think. I couldn’t hear what she said when I asked for her manager’s name.

Awesome customer service the clerk lady who helped me I think her name was Janet recommends on what to choose as a breakfast sandwich she recommended the egg white black forest ham and cheese and not regretting it sandwich is the bomb! Thanks I’ll be coming here if I’m around the area

The women working here have pretty good customer service skills, but definitely need some work. A man walked out after buying some gift cards, cashier laughed and said, «Pendejo», probably guessing that no one would care or no what she said. He looked like he gave her some grief over the transaction, so that didn’t bother me. The girl making my sandwich was pretty cut and dry, just wanted to get through her shift and that’s it; which I can understand. The cashier was nice. So no real complaints about this visit, but probably shouldn’t talk crap on a customer in front of other customers and try to be a little warmer.

The ladies move slow, the costumer service is really bad… Only come here because its the only closest subway… the lady charged me extra for bottles drinks since their soda machine was dispensing flat sodas… That was after i asked to switch since their wasn’t any notice…

2 stars mostly because of the way it’s run here. I think the standards in this particular franchise could be better. The bread wasn’t as fresh as I expected and they started putting away the fuse iced tea early. I actually wanted some but couldn’t have any. It was about 8PM. Staff were ok. Didn’t seem enthusiastic to be there or about the customers. They were patient with one of my kids who was difficult to get an order from so I did appreciate that. Overall it was just ok, they need improvement. The sandwiches were good(filling was bread should be fresher) only bc it’s subway and generally the same with every store.

I had a coupon for $ 5 off a Subway sandwich so I tried the Philly Cheesesteak sandwich. Big mistake! The worst cheesesteak i’ve ever had. The meat was low quality and barely fit for human consumption. The bread was dry and the sandwich was bland. Spend a few more bucks and get a real sandwich at Meatheadz, Philly’s Best or Jersey Mikes.

I’m unsure why this location has low rating. I visited this location to grab a sandwich for lunch. Only one employee was working the front area upon entry and was serving another customer. I was promptly informed that I would be helped momentarily. I ordered my usual chicken footlong, order was processed very quickly, I paid and was on my way! Restaurant was clean. No problems. Thank you subway!

I don’t know why people gave this subway location a low rating. I come here on a weekly basis and everyone has been friendly. I have never had a problem with any of the workers and my food has always been great. I would say to the people that weren’t to fond of this location that they should give it another try. What I like about this location is that you never have to wait forever so that is definitely a plus for me due to how busy I am. I would recommend this location :)

Mean staff red flag Both ladies working on Thursday night were miserable hard Hispanic lady rises her voice for no reason asking what do you wont while your already telling her. When ask nicely for toppings she would lie and say it is already on when we both know it wasn’t. The sandwich’s ended up being(paper paper) thin without my toppings and not worth the money or going back. Also they were telling other people that the toaster was off two hours before close tome. Honestly i feel the workers are deliberately trying to sabotage the business at this location out of anger. Read other peoples encounters others are having slimier experiences. If a manager would like to talk i would love to call out the workers for free and give some friendly business advice :)

Considering this Flu season is in full swing, this is wrong ! I was in this Subway location a couple weeks ago around 2pm. I ordered a sandwich.toasted. The girl helping me was hispanic, in her early 20s. She put on gloves, made my sandwich and put it in the oven to be toasted. Whle waiting and still wearing the gloves, she took out her cell phone and made a call. She then gave the phone to a man sitting at a table. He talked for a minute then handed her the cell phone back. She put it in her pocket and then took my sandwich out using the same dirty gloves after sharing a cell phone with someone. I would have complained but I did not see anyone who looked old enough to be a manager. I later called the store and after a couple rings, someone picked up the phone and hung up. Well, I guess they dont care about cleanliness or customer service. I will not be returning to this Subway.

By far THE worst subway I have ever been to. Geez, is it just me or is Subway trying to steal the award for employing the dumbest employees? I am writing this review because I just received some very crappy and unethical service. For my visit just minutes ago, I was helped by a heavy set girl who had piercings on her lip and face. This«she-male» apparently is the same beast that gave some of the other Unilocalers a hard time(from reading the previous reviews). I ordered the special Subway was running for the month of September, which was $ 2 for a 6 inch Cold Cut Trio plus $ 1 for double meat. Do the math and this should be $ 3 total. Well. when I got to the register to pay, she pretended to punch random numbers on the register and quoted me a total of $ 4.58. I politely said, «What a minute, I just asked you if you had the $ 2 special and you said ‘yes’, so with me doubling the meat, that should be $ 3, right?» She said, «Well, this is the price my register came up, with so your total is $ 4.58.» At that point, I asked to speak to her manager and she said she was in charge. I figured at that point, it was no use dealing with uneducated idiots so I cut my losses and left, pissed off!!! This will definitely be my last visit ever to this location.

Yesterday I went to Subway and as I was walking in, a customer was walking out. I noticed she had dropped her $ 20 bill. If I was a thief, I would have picked it up and put it in my pocket. However, I told the employee(a heavy set chick with a piercing in her eyebrow) that the customer just dropped her money. There was a male employee with spiked piercing earlobe stretchers who laughed and said, «Fuck it, she’s leaving.» The lady hadn’t even started her truck yet which was parked right outside the front door! The heavy-set employee with an eyebrow piercing put the $ 20 bill in her pocket and said, «Oh well, she’s gone now. She’s stupid.» Really? Where’s the honesty? This is the TRASHIEST behavior ever. The HONEST thing to do would have been, «Ma’am, you dropped your money.» Yet, they pocketed her money and she will probably still be a customer of Subway. FYI, it was NOT Chelly who said this. Chelly actually said, «The customer hasn’t left yet.» Chelly actually looked a little embarrassed, yet didn’t say anything. Now, I know where I won’t be eating! Apparently, from other peoples’ reviews, this Subway LACKS integrity, and hired dishonest, thieving employees who think their customers are«stupid.»

Alright, well subway is subway as far as food quality goes. I give this place a 1 star because of the staff. Most of the time the staff is rude. They always tend to want to close early(they close at 9:30 pm) and often stop letting people dine in around 9. Bad Service and poor attitude of their workers. It’s time for a management and employee change.
