DON’T SHOP AT THIS STORE. Worst service I have ever received at a furniture store. Took 2 trips out here and never got a straight answer on when an item we were interested in was on sale until since we had to go home to make sure it fit our space ok, then went back and was told that it was on sale until the following week, only to be told again that the price could not be applied and would get a call back when she figured it out. She also told us she would be checking the stock. Didn’t get a call back for 4 days, only to call back and talk to the so called manager Bruce who told us that «sorry you probably didn’t get a call back from my sales associate cause it’s not in stock». I asked him to confirm and also let me know when it would be in stock, but he said the same thing, «it’s probably 8 – 12 weeks out and probably not in stock. Again, I asked him to check on it, not assume and got the same monotone answer. I asked to speak to the owner and was told I could not do that. I could not believe this. I don’t think the sales associate or owner really want to sell anything or are playing some kind of game. Here I am willing to throw down $ 2600 in furniture and don’t even deserve a proper answer. Do yourself a favor and go to the Wykes furniture around the corner, I actually like buying from people who treat you with respect and don’t give you an attitude!

Bought furniture from them just recently. Very happy with the products that delivered to me. I bought from them before and they have very good customer servoce. Bruce, the owner is very polite and understands what the customer wants. He also keeps his word on when it comes in. I bought 4 office chairs, 8 bar stools, and a mattress. It came the week after! Wow! I dont know why these other people are complaining about quality, but that’s the whole point of replacing furniture… They dont last forever… Anyways, I recommend coming to this place to find affordable furniture

Young woman buying real furniture for first time. Came here on recommendation of a family member. Also went to Ikea nearby afterwards and saw what they had to offer. Ended up buying everything from here due to better quality, great design and actual service instead of «figure it out yourself.» I wasn’t born with any sense of design. I need help.
Salesman was Bruce. He asked for dimensions of my living room and made me draw out the doors, etc. Then he designed a layout that I hadn’t thought of — putting the chaise floating instead of against the wall. It worked very well. For each piece, he showed me a variety of options on the floor and in catalogs, taking care to find right size for my small living room, and colors that match my floor. On my own I would’ve figured all this out in … never.
Delivery was on time. Assembly was quick and professional. They even put up with me having a last minute change in the mattress type, and returning to their showroom to test mattresses at 9am on Saturday right before delivery. Thanks guys!

DO NOT BUY FURNITURE HERE!!!
I am an advid Unilocaler and I have not written a review on Unilocal ever before, but I am more than compelled to write this one!
Strike 1 — Bought 4 stools here from a catalogue that shows the stools to be a grey color, when they were delivered they came darker almost black! On top of that it was 2 months late! and the quality was not quite up to par too. Not really what we ordered but we settled for it. The lesson here was to see the item first prior to making the purchase.
Strike 2 — We were interested in a Bed frame and headboard. Bruce (avoid this guy on all counts!) indicated that he would get some in and hold one for us. He said that once it’s in we can come by and look at it to make sure we like it prior to paying for it. This order came in 3 months late and asked if it is coming in at all, Bruce indicated that they don’t make this bed anymore as there is a structural recall. ok.
The following week we get this call and he said it’s coming in and they fixed the bed — no more recall… Really? So I told him to hold one for me so I can look at it prior to paying for it, AS AGREED. Bruce said they can’t do that and it’s the store policy that they don’t have you look at it as it won’t arrive in the showroom. I said I can drive to the holding warehouse to view it. He indicated that they don’t do that. So basically — you have to buy blind again — NO WAY BRUCE BOY. He even tried to deny that he didn’t say we can see it prior to buying it. Then why even hold it for us? He should’ve sold it to someone who makes a deposit on it… Bruce boy!
Strike 3 — unmatching stories, unethical selling tactics, inconsistent store policies, bad customer service. Whatever the worse furniture store in OC is, THIS IS EVEN WORSE!
STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE AND LEARN FROM MY WASTED TIME AND MONEY!

Contrary to opinions below, I actually had a decent customer experience here. Furniture here is cheap – but be cautious. Here you certainly get what you pay for. Don’t expect anything you buy here to last more than a year without it all falling apart. May seem too good to be true pricing, and it is.

Husband bought 2 white chairs for my daughters and the girls didn’t like them.
Within 20 hours we returned them knowing they SALES FINAL — but we went back to purchase 2 bed sets and use the $ 200 for the chairs towards that.
Good business practice is keeping the customer happy right? NOOOO
NO reasoning — instead when I said I am going to buy 2 bedsets and spend $ 1500.00
They were rude, so I said I was going to write a Unilocal review. They proceeded to call the police !! FOR WRITING A Unilocal REVIEW !!

Don’t waste your time with bad attitudes and zero customer service !!

I was out shopping today for a table for my office. I walked in I noticed a woman standing off to the side. She did not acknowledge me at all so I figured she was a customer. As I walked by she made eye contact so I smiled and said hello– she not only ignored me but she turned around so I was now looking at her back. I browsed the store– saw a man in the back near the counter who also ignored me.
I realized the woman in the front did actually work here so I walked up to her and asked her if she had a business card. She said mmhmm and walked away so I followed. She handed me her card and I asked her if she had a catalog or a website that I could look at. She told me everything they have is on display. I said ok– I saw a table up front that I may be interested in if it could be ordered in another color. She told me with extreme attitude «I told you everything we have is on display. I can’t help you.» Wow– ok. Excuse me for trying to give you my business. I should have figured you were a witch when it took every ounce of energy you had to acknowledge my presence.

I just received my new bedroom set from VoBros and its amazing! We are decorating our new home, and stopped by this place on my way home from work for a browse. I didn’t see a single piece that I didn’t like. The staff was very friendly and I liked they didn’t follow me around the store being pushy for a sale. I knew instantly when I saw my new bedroom set that it was perfect for us. The price was great, as was the price on all their items. I ordered it, paid a 50% deposit, and it was delivered, assembled on site, and installed within a short time.
I would recommend VoBros the anyone. The service, quality, and prices were all great!

Just purchase bar stools and sofa set and I love it! The quality is nice, price was very reasonable, delivery was timely.

Usually when we go into a furniture store we walk around the whole store pointing out a couple things we like. At Vobros, everywhere we looked we were like «check this! No. check this!»
