We love their pizza, and the service has always been first rate. We’re not much into their other menu items, however. But the pizza is outstanding.

I don’t know what’s going on at this location lately, but their service and quality has gone down the drain. The last few times I’ve ordered, the pizza is undercooked. We’re talking raw dough. This last time I ordered, I requested«Well done» on the pizza. Still raw in the middle. The garlic knots taste like they’ve been sitting out. My boneless wings are cold in the middle. Oh, and if you order by credit card, you can’t tip when the driver gets there. They *force* you to tip beforehand or with cash. Bad business practice!

Ordered delivery… Two half salads are supposed to come with three garlic knots each. Didn’t receive a single knot. Not very good Customer service. Poor checking of orders to fullfil their promise/descriptions of their on line menus. Won’t order here ever again since they decided to RIPMEOFF!

We ate at the Fountain location last night and I must say something has changed. The pizza was not good, the crust seemed off and not that good back east taste they used to have. I will not eat there again, not worth it in my view. Management what did you change in the way you are now making your pizzas change it back!

NEGATIVESTARS. I hate that you have to give at least 1 to review a place. The most piss poor customer service. Figured we’d give this location a chance because we’ve had a good experience at the one near Manitou Springs. Wrong. Believe the Unilocal reviews. Just had the most irritating experience trying to order delivery because they apparently don’t have very good phones and can’t hear. I have always worked and also managed in a hospitality/customer service industry and the way the driver who failed at her attempt to take the order and manager Jessica handled our call was SO unprofessional. By the end of it, I commented that we would rather not have the driver who took the call deliver the pizza because she was RUDE and unprofessional and Jessica took that as a threat against her driver. Why? Because in addition to this Unilocal review, she’d receive the feedback face to face? Fine. Safety first I guess but give me a break. How about teach your employees some(phone) etiquette. The driver had to ask multiple times what our address was, then when she got that she asked once what we wanted and without addressing me, handed the phone off to her manager while saying she’s been asking what I want 3 times. Wtf. Jessica assured me her employee was not intending to be rude but she TOTALLY was. Anyway, moral of the story is if you can’t even keep your phones in working order and your employees professional-I’m going to assume you have no business making a decent pizza. The other reviews for this location seem to support that assumption and I’m glad we decided to cancel the order. You’d think borriello bros would thrive in an area with so few pizza deliver options. Wrong!

The food is not that great. The alfredo sauce has the taste and texture of one that comes out of a box. The pizza crust is so-so. Not really thin enough. Not really crispy enough. The salads are so-so and always look like they were tossed in the box. The calzones are not that good because they don’t apply the toppings evenly. You’ll have one corner where you have a great big stack of pepperoni, and then nothing in the middle. I ordered from Boriello Brothers on several occasions, mostly because it’s convenient for delivery.(The only other pizza place that delivers to my address is Dominos. The delivery drivers are unfriendly, unhelpful, and clearly don’t care. Orders are often late(~1 out of 3 orders). And I don’t mean 5 minutes late. I mean 30 – 45 minutes late. The three(3) times this happened to me, I pointed it out to the drivers, only one of whom even offered an apology. The other one(yes, it was the same driver both times) said: «Well, I can’t deliver the food until they give it to me.» That he offered this pathetic explanation to me on two different occasions many weeks apart, I can assume that: 1) He is so often late with his deliveries that he has his excuse memorized; 2) He doesn’t care at all about customer service. Of the 3 times my order was significantly late, on two occasions, I called the Fountain restaurant. The first time, I was irritated, but I let it slide, despite the driver’s pathetic excuse. The second time, today, the manager offered no apology and stated that he would call the driver and then call me back. He never called me back. Then, after the driver offered his pathetic excuse – again – I called the manager back. Still no apology. No customer service. Nothing. At which time I told them that I’d never order from them again and they can screw themselves. Boriello Brothers SUCKS. The food isn’t good. Being 30 – 45 minutes late is totally unacceptable, especially without at least an «I’m sorry for the delay.» And the management sucks. There is no customer service. Skip Boriello Brothers. Order from Dominos. At least they deliver on time.

By far THE worst pizza I’ve ever ordered. Crust tasted just like a large tortilla and it was soggy and soft. Frozen pizza would’ve been better. Save yourself $ 40 and order from somewhere else.

Hoping the pizza will save this experience! Black specks of I don’t know what in my fountain drink so the girl I spoke w says, «let me see if i can do that» when I asked to replace my fountain drinks w a 2 liter that, by the way, is 50¢ cheaper than 2 cups of soda and there was BLACKSPECKS in my SODA! order was wrong, no paper towels in the men’s room and let’s get with the times and put some baby changing stations in the restrooms. Pizza has arrived and its just not that good! I won’t return.

I’ve tried a few of these locations and the only ones I like at Fort Carson and this one. Sure the guys inside aren’t super outgoing or sweet but they weren’t terribly rude. Pizza was great. Crispy thin crust and the flavor was strong(but I also put garlic powder and herbs on it so that may have helped). Order online for specials and, based in other reviews, carry out for better quality.

Not bad, but not great. They offer specials online so that’s how we order. Pizzas are massive and not to greasy.

Prices are high. No «wow» factor. Just an average pizza and wing experience with above average prices.

Ok so I have been rough in this place in the past. What can I say I take my pizza serious. The last few times pizza had been delivered hot and fresh. Just plz keep up the good work guys.

We’ve ordered from here twice and the wings are great but both time our pizza was cold. Highly disappointing, but damn it still tastes good. Just wish when my pizza is delivered it’s hot. The wings however, really hot and crispy when delivered, flavors are good and a decent amount of meat on the bones. I’d recommend but I’d say go pick your order up for hot pizza.

Normally we are very happy with their pizza and order from them about once a month. Tonight we ordered our usual Italian flag pizza picked it up and drove the 15 minutes home excited to eat. By the time we got home the pizza was cold! Like need to put in the microwave and warm up cold. I guess we should have paid more attention to how warm the box was when we picked it up but usually when I pay $ 18 for a pizza I assume it’s fresh. We ate it(as we were starving and not about to drive back) but it was such a disappointment! Called to tell them about my experience and he offered me a 10% discount on the next pizza, what an insult!

I will never go here again! My husband called in an order for two pizzas while we were shopping at Walmart so we could pick it up on the way home. The guy on the phone didn’t tell him how much it would be so we assumed it was the usual«2 for $ 22» deal. We went to pick it up and it was $ 33! My husband questioned why it was so much this time and he was rudely informed that you can only get it for that price if you order it online or with your smartphone. Then my husband asked if there was any way we could get it for $ 22 this time because we didn’t know and the jerk behind the counter says«No. It’s $ 33. Do you want it or not??» Sadly we paid the $ 33 for the two pizzas and that will be the last time we buy their food. The quality of the pizza there has really gone down in the last two years and then to charge us that much was the last straw!

We’re new to town and haven’t tried any delivery places yet, so this is our first! All the pizzas sound great, but we tried to go light with a salad, wings and a calzone. The sweet chili wings were nice, sweet, and had a slightly spicy flavor that was just what I needed. The calzone was fried and tasty, stuffed with ham, pineapple and cheese! Sadly, the antipasto salad was just lettuce, a large slab of sliced ham, cheese and artichoke bits. It had one 16th of a tomato slice and 3 tiny slivers of roasted red pepper, 4 half-slices of salami and 1.5 black olives, halved. It would have been worth it with at least half a tomato and some more red pepper. All the ham just made it salty and unpleasant. It came with Newman’s Own Balsamic dressing which kinda helped. The bad part really was the price. It was $ 42.50! We didn’t notice the pizza deals until it was too late.

New York City pizza at its best!(Yes New York City!) If you want that thick cake stuff go to Old Chicago’s! I love this pizza! I love the sauce, the thinness and the size of the slices. This is the only pizza that I have cravings for in C.S. Now im not a fan of their appetizers. The mozzarella sticks, garlic knots and wings don’t do it for me. I’m sure they are just trying to compete with other franchises in the area. I have tried them all because I enjoyed the pizza so much, I was hoping that everything was just as great too, but blah! They also have Hero’s and calzones which I haven’t tried. For me the pizza is cant miss! The shop is New York themed, with Yankee pics and maps of the city on the walls. I have never dined in the store(I’m a take-out dude), but they have two TV’s that are always on sport channels. I have never had a problem with long waits that other reviews note. You can also order online!

Great pizza that is pretty comparable to NY style but they need to work on their lame sauce. It had absolutely no flavor to it – cmon throw in some garlic, oregano, red pepper flakes – something! Besides that, crust is good and they offer some interesting combinations on their pizzas. We carried out the other night and they offer coupons in the Entertainment book for a free pepperoni pizza with any specialty pizza. Looks like they have a good lunch special as well!

This is better than average NY style pizza, with a very nice tasting crust. It’s pretty generic looking inside, with white tables and fading NYC posters and fountain drinks. They don’t serve strombolis here, which I think would be a great addition to the menu. BTW, as my photo proves, contrary to the one star review here, there are 40 pepperoni slices per 18 inch pizza. Pictures don’t lie.
