Domino’s Pizza

So I ordered online for the first time. I mean to click more sauce… somehow I clicked no sauce. Oops. Got the pizza, not my cup of tea. I like sauce. Was terrible. I thought they messed up… I looked online and saw that I messed up. I called to see how they could fix it. I would have gave the pizza back… one without sauce is not even worth eating to me. LOL
The manager replaced both my pizzas free of charge with the extra sauce. My only beef with this was they were not able to print a receipt for the transaction so I could have left an extra «tip» to pay for the pizzas. I didn’t have much cash. So I left what I had. But I won’t forget the deed at all. They just keep surprising me here at this location.

Just got the wrong order but didn’t realize until I got home. They made false promise about making things right and didn’t come through when I arrived.

I will no longer order from Dominos due to the fact that their CC payment system is a stolen identity nightmare waiting to happen. They don’t need the security code on the back of a card. All you need is CC number and Zip, not all 3.

I have lived in the area several years, and have eaten at the other nearby pizzerias. By far this is the best one in the area. The food is always quickly prepared and delivered, and is always correct, consistent, and delicious. I couldn’t be more pleased with the customer service and the food I have ordered time and time again. Even recently, we ordered other pizzas (guiltily) to try their TV hype and whatnot. The other guys don’t get it right! I highly recommend this store!

The new sandwich line is awesome! The «Italian» is a sweet reminder of the «Grinders» I grew up eating in New England! YUMMMMMY!

Was very frustrated because their Pizza Tracker (for online ordering) said our order was «ready to pickup». We left the house 3 minutes later, and drove for 5 minutes in the snow (so as to not inconvenience a delivery driver). After we arrived, I was told our order was NOT ready and it would be in a few minutes. We waited for 10 minutes before our order was ready… that’s a total of, at the very least, about 18 minutes after the online order page said it was «ready to pickup».
Even more annoying, when we arrived home, I put off eating so I could immediately give some feedback that they say they want on their service. Just before I could finish my comment, the site booted me. My wife said it was because it had been an hour since the order had been put in. I came here ( Unilocal) to leave a comment SOMEWHERE so that my frustration could be known to SOMEONE, since I could not leave it on their feedback.
After waiting for 10 minutes for a pizza that their site said was «ready to pickup» 18 minutes earlier, they neglected to offer parmesan cheese or red pepper packets, and I was so ready to get out of there that I forgot to ask.
Otherwise, the pizza was good and the kids at the counter were friendly.

Pizza is good and so is the service however, anytime I order extra dipping sauces (which I pay extra for) they don’t bring them.

This Domino’s location is great. Always friendly. Arrives quickly. Always gets to the house hot and fresh. Order always correct. Good value for the price. Highly recommend!

Pizzas are well ok, the veggies need to be fresher. The crust is good but don’t order a deep dish pizza, they had to deliver me a new one twice because they burnt the hell out of the crust. Having worked at a pizza joint in high school it’s not that hard but you have to train your employes about oven temps and cooking times and certain pizza. They are fast on delivery which is great!!! I’ve heard several times people don’t like working for them because the managers aren’t always so great and a great place treats their employees just as great as they do their customers. Overall I use them because they are fast. The prices need to go down.

Food is fast food quality. It always arrives hot and quick to my home. People are pleasant and I always get what I order. No bells and whistles here but it’s about the only place that delivers and works in a pinch.

Good service, bad pizza

Pleasant young folks that are super speedy. I like knowing exactly what will arrive & can count on consistent pies!
