This place is my go to after being in the field or deployed and want a good greasy burger and cheese curds. If they served quality Angus burgers they would be a power house burger joint

Not much to say. Loved it! Being from the Midwest, we have these all over Wisconsin and Minnesota. Appreciate they are out in CO now!

What an amazing disappointment. Mom had said this place was great and had a yummy put roast dinner, so when I came to visit her we had to try it. First the service was terrible. We placed or order with a young lady who would have rather been anywhere else. I had a question and was given shrugged shoulders as my answer. We then waited 25 minutes for our dinners which had actually been taken to another table. Second, food was cold and came without gravy for the pot roast and potatoes. We asked to have this fixed and 10 minutes later received our exact same plates back. Still cold and no gravy. Neither one of us ate and my poor mom was so embarrassed. If the Culver family only knew. What a shame for something you pay for.

So when we first moved to Colorado, we would always pass by Culvers to get to our house and on the sign they have up it said«butter burger» and my husband and I thought«ewww that sounds disgusting» just literally thinking about a «butter burger». Wasn’t really sure what it really was and all but never really wanted to try it either. I’m not really a big fan of fast food burgers like McDonald’s or Burger King so I thought this place was gonna be the same. So a year and some months passed and there was a commercial for Culver’s and I actually saw how they made their burger and how it was actually made of real ground beef. So one day I decided to try their butter burger and YUM!!! It was soooooo delish! I could not believe I never tried it before! I didn’t really like their other sandwiches like the one with sour kraut in it? Yuck. But I also tried their orange and cream swirl! And it was amazing! It’s not too sweet which I like so much!

The kids meal is enough for an adult. Gets me back there at least twice a month. Always had good service.

Lunch 3−26−15 THEGOOD : deep fried cheese curds THEBAD : the burger was pretty greasy THELOWDOWN : I got the Culver bacon deluxe with deep fried cheese curds! The burger was good, but greasy, like an oil slick on my hand… It was probably the combination of the bacon and the burger. While I didn’t get dessert, by the look of the menu it looks like it would be delicious.

REDFLAG!!! REDFLAG!!! REDFLAG!!! REDFLAG!!! REDFLAG!!! REDFLAG!!! I was made extremely sick within an hour of eating at this location. Had to drive back to Vail over 2.5 hours and had to stop and vomit 4 times on the way after eating their Walleye dinner. Called and spoke to the OWNER of the store them next morning and was given nothing but reasons it could not have been from his food. After telling him I only wanted my money back as I prefer not to pay for food that I immediately expel during a road trip(there are fewer things that suck more than vomiting while riding in a car.) I was told he would take my number and only call me back if there were other cases. I gave him the option of simply giving me my money back and calling it a day or I would call corporate offices and write negative reviews. He did not seem to care and became ruder and ruder, telling me simply do whatever you want, you are not getting your money back. I am an adult with a bank account so I have no need to make stories like this up over a below average $ 30 meal, but was basically treated as though I was making it up or it could not have happened there. I have no idea what he had to gain by standing his ground, but I have rarely seen such a lack of professionalism and customer service. I am not sure about many things in life, but I am sure that I was made sick by the food at this restaurant. DONOTEATHERE!

Really enjoyed this place the first 6 months or so they were open. Fell in love with their bitter burgers and cheese curds and their super friendly staff. Last 3 trips were a bummer. Burgers had a McDonald like sliminess, lettuce was wilted and no one was smiling. Hopefully they can figure out what’s going on and get it fixed!

I’m actually pretty surprised with this Culvers! The food was good, the place is very clean… The only downfall was some of the workers, hence the 4 stars. There were a few that were great and engaging, but unfortunately most could have cared less that there were any customers there… They were all just sitting/leaning on the counters next to the registers– talking about things that probably shouldn’t be talked about in a ‘professional’ setting, laughing loud, yelling at each other, etc. Finally, what looked like a manager came up and told them to get back to work. Overall the food was good and the place was well maintained and clean… Maybe just inform staff not to talk about their personal business/relations(with inappropriate terminology) on the clock or within earshot of small kids.

Culver’s is a regional thing so hype is based on Midwest nostalgia. Burgers are generally bland and all ice-cream is «frozen custard» by definition(read the recipe) albeit their’s is fairly pleasant enough, I find 60% of the time it’s curdled due to the boiling temp of our altitude is lower. This makes for an unsmooth consistency. Mediocre. Cheese curds are obviously a pre-frozen affair and are meh. Slightly overpriced. Service is above average for a fast-food joint. Overall bland and unimpressive. Only fans from the origin region will bias it favorably.

Great food, great service! They are like so many of the Culvers I have gone to, friendly, pretty quick, and if there is an issue with their dee, they are quick to correct it and make things right.

Nut sure what is better a crappy burger from Del Taco or this thing they call a burger. I think the taco place did it better for a better price. To be honest, I came here because there was a hype. I liked the Wisconsin cheese curds, even though they tasted frozen and the ice cream was delicious. There are your two stars right there. The service was poor, I asked to buy a loyalty card, which gets you goodies the more you spend, and the girl told me they ran out. I highly doubt it cause I was on the drive thru and I’m sure they were trying to hurry me along. Secondly, the burger was«puny» like they used mini cows the size of schnauzers, but they’re cattle. Flavorless and greasy, great for a hangover but not to satisfy an appetite. The prices were also very wrong. For a better tasting crappy burger at del taco, I paid almost $ 8 for a double cheese burger with bacon, very disappointed when I got hometo enjoy my meal. They wrapped it in a box like I was about to uncover gold when instead I got a piece of cardboard. When the prices drop and the franchise steps up their game on the quality of burger they put out, I’ll come back but until then, I will only order ice cream when it’s hot and Wisconsin cheese curds(besides tasting frozen, they were pretty good to dip in marinara and ranch)

Just went to Culver’s and ordered three concrete mixers. One was a strawberry, one was a chocolate mixer with M&Ms and a vanilla mixer with M&Ms. Instead of M&Ms on the vanilla and chocolate mixers they put Oreo cookies. I don’t know where the communication broke but they need pay attention. So Culver’s, here is my rating.

Wow, wow, wow! When you go here, you know that you are going to have a great experience. Always immaculately clean. Super friendly. Ice cream is fantastic! Like the to-the-table delivery. High-quality food. Nice menu variety. Kids meals come with a prize ticket(when you get 10, you can trade in for a very nice prize like a full-size soccer ball), and a ticket for a free scoop of ice cream.(What a hit for the kids!) A really great place to take the kids for lunch or an ice cream treat! They offer a military discount too – and generally ask if you are military, just in case, to be sure you get the best deal possible. They have free wi-fi, comfy seats, and tv’s going with the games if you want to watch.(Sound is turned down though so it does not interrupt the dining atmosphere.) Can’t say enough about how much we all enjoy Culver’s, and this location in particular!

We rarely eat fast food but when we do this is where we go. The food is tasty. The service is always fast and very friendly and very attentive for a fast food place. Don’t leave without trying the frozen custard. So many options to choose from and you get a lot of custard for the price. The medium size is too much for me so I just stick with the small, it’s just right.

Our visit was very good. The restaurant was busy but we didn’t have to wait very long to order and our food was brought to us in a timely manner. Very satisfied with the service. We have been to this location many times and always get good service.

Culvers is a great quick place to eat that it doesn’t lack flavor or character. very reasonable pricing and many many many options with not only its burgers but many sides as well. i had the mushroom and swiss burger and it was LOADED with mushrooms and swiss! LOADED to the max, i mean it was freakin amazing! the cheese curds were pretty awesome as weell, they are from a one family farm that they work with. i think thats pretty awesome. They have frozen custard for dessert and they have a wide range of it as well. i didn’t get any because my meal stuffed me good, but my brother said it was ‘rich and chocolaty’ hahaI would love to give 5 stars because they even bring your food to the table you are sitting at. the one reason i can’t give 5 stars is the mashed potatoes and gravy, something about it wasn’t right for me. can’t exactly put my finger on it.

Have just returned from my 5 min. trip to Culvers, with what I thought was Fish & Chips… which I adore. On the sign it mentioned coleslaw with the menu… I had none. I was told to order an extra side, so I chose fries. Really, extra order? They were cold when I got home and overcooked also not seasoned, not even a little. The fish was great but the tartar sauce is all Majo and bland and why would I want a roll and butter along with all those carbs? Would I spend another $ 10.00 for 2 pieces of fish and unremarkable sides? NOWAY. I’ll go to McDonalds where I get the BEST fries ever and take a fish-sandwich and pay less than $ 6.00 and know what to expect and get it!!! Sorry Culver’s I was major disappointed… but the service is wonderful… now teach them how to cook!!! Customer 59.
