Hostess sat us down with very few customers in and asked if we wanted anything to drink which I told her to give us a few minutes. Finally I got up and approached the only waitress who I noticed was the only one for this shift. She took our order after asking us if we were ready!!! Really!!! Well we never got our drinks and my granddaughters and I along with another customer ended up at Macdonald to eat. I’m giving them a 1 star because there isn’t a 0 rating…

I’ve had nothing but slow, poor service here but last night was enough to prompt this. After a fun school event with the family, we decided to take the kids to eat dinner. Being it was late, Denny’s seemed like an obvious choice. After standing at the register for almost TENMINUTES waiting to be seated, we finally left and ate elsewhere!!! It was not busy by any means, and we were not even acknowledged or approached by any staff. Our other visits were lackluster, as the food is never cooked properly or flavorful.

Was definitely impressed with this Denny’s! Where promptly greeted by Daniel who said he would be right with us. There was a large party and maybe five other tables and appeared to be only one server; we thought maybe we would leave because we figured it would take forget to get our food. Just then Daniel seats us and asks if he can start us off with drinks, he was friendly and smelled great. We got our order of club sandwich, pancakes, and a French toast meal. I must say that I do tend to get grossed out by diner and fast food restaurants; just figuring everything is greasy and not the most sanitary. Not at all here; everything was clean and fresh tasting. And although Daniel was busy and handling the entire restaurant our service was great. Being in the restaurant business myself I was impressed with this Denny’s; not only was the food solid but I so appreciated the professional customer service.

We came in for breakfast at 9:30am. We watched those who came in after us receive their food, finish, and leave. Only after serving the other table did our waitress come over to tell us that the ticket was«re-routed» aka she forgot to enter it. Time is now 10:20am. Mind you she hadn’t refilled any of our drinks during the 50 minutes-of course, now she refills them. We continue to wait now it’s 10:45am, we call the manager over as he makes his round and explain our wait. He apologizes and still we wait 10 more minutes. Time check 10:55am. Our food finally arrives, we eat and our check arrives. Yes, a check arrived. After another conversation with the manager we received 15% and $ 10 off. I hope that’s enough to keep us silent. Oh wait, no it’s not.

Where do I even begin… Now it’s Dennys so I don’t expect too much but I except better than we had. Upon entering we were greeted and told to go sit in a specific booth. Hostess/waitress did not walk us over to the booth. A minute later we were given menus and told that the other waitress would take our drink order. Fast forward to almost 10 – 15 mins later and we were finally asked what we would like to drink. We were brought our waters and then our waitress disappeared again. Took about another 15 minutes to place our order. Our order: club sandwich with fries and a super bird with no tomatoe and fries. We also added dinner salads and asked for them to be served prior to our entrees. Add another 15 minutes. Out waitress comes over and states«Oh we are out of cherry tomatoes, do you still want your salads» seriously? Yes! They are just tomatoes. So we said yes. Another 5 – 10 mins go by and I sat and watched her bring all the salad ingredients from the walk in to the counter to make our two salads. Seriously… So what? Hoping we didn’t want the salads if you told me you were out of tomatoes? Anyways… Add another 15 – 20 minutes… Still waiting for our entrees… What are we at… Forever later? Waitress comes to our table and states«sorry it is taking so long, cook was making the club sandwich with turkey so he needed to remake it.» My husband and I looked at each other and I stated… Well doesn’t the club have turkey on it? Waitress states, while looking at my husband, even though I was the one who ordered the club«Yeah but you said you didn’t want turkey on it you wanted ham.» My husband stated no I ordered the super bird without tomatoe. She continued to state no you didn’t want turkey on the club. OK. Seriously we both were like wtf at this point. I stated no I want turkey I ordered the club. Waitress left and our orders are up at the window. She brings our food over and what do you know… She hands me a club sandwich, no turkey, only ham. She tells me Oh well the cook already threw out the sandwich with turkey so you can have this one and I’ll give you a discount or something. I told her I don’t eat ham and she proceeded to tell me well then you would have to wait and I can remake it I guess. You guess? Um I never even ordered it with ham in the first place. I looked at my husband and told him we were leaving. We still had about a two hour drive home and had already spent nearly an entire hour waiting for nothing. They were not busy. There were three parties in the restaurant. One party had gotten there after us and already had their entire order 10 mins before our order was even attempted. Guess when you aren’t regulars at Dennys you get poor service. I wouldn’t have cared and probably would have eaten the sandwich if our waitress had just apologized and admitted she messed up… Not given me the sandwich and told me to eat it even though it was not what I ordered. I’m sorry but it should not take over an hour to get a salad and toasted sandwich. And if it does… I would hope I would actually get the sandwich I ordered, not the one you made up. Slow service. Poor customer service. And if you are not a regular don’t even bother going here. They won’t be attentive to you. Please get some training for time management and customer service.

Just went in today and ordered a meal for my grandpa and cousin and myself. I got two Baja burger quesdilla and a vegetable soup and salad for«take out» and didn’t bother to check my items there. Once I got home I noticed I had no crackers for soup, the soup was in a small container and only partially filled and the partially filled container of soup consisted of only small amounts of meat and vegetables. No napkins, ketchup for some reason was in the bag and the chips were cold? Once I seen I called only to have the manager offer a merely 10% discount when I had a 20% discount from winning the wheel when dennys had its grand opening here and all he wanted to do was give that. Not even the opportunity to replace the uneaten meal. The worst I signed up for Unilocal and made this.

My office is two miles up the road from Denny’s. I had a lot of work I needed to get done and wanted to leave the office for a few hours so that I could get through the work I needed. Normally I do this at the Starbucks across the street, but this time I was a little hungry and I’ve enjoyed working out of other Denny’s locations several times. When I got there they were fairly dead. I told them I had some work I needed to accomplish and asked if they could seat me in the section that was empty so that it was a little quieter and put me at a table with power for my laptop. They declined to seat me in the section that was quieter because it was«closed» and said that they didn’t have any tables on the open side that had power. A waitress told me one of her tables had power and so she seated me there(no power). I understand that they are a restaurant, not office space so I accepted that despite the fact that I’ve never encountered problems with accommodation at an location in the several times I’ve been. At this point they still could have received of 4 or 5 star review from me. I heard two waitresses gossiping about getting black out drunk and dropping a few eff bombs and I chalked that up to a new business and not having removed the bad hires yet. I get it, I’ve had to let go of employees I liked in interviews before. They took my order and the food came out rather quickly but yet somehow it was still cold, as soon as I was finished she out the receipt on the table and asked if she could cash me out before she left for the day. It was presented almost as if she wanted the tip before she left, after I took care of the bill I continued to work for the next hour and a half, not once was my drink refilled. The whole experience made me feel as though I was a burden to them and I will not be going back for some time. At some point I will, because I believe that everyone deserves a second chance. When that time comes if they have improved I will most certainly post another review or alter my current one. I hope they can figure it out.

Just built and on the smaller size. Food is up to par for a Dennys so you will always know what to get. My one complaint it is really cold in here as if the Windows have a major air leak.

My family and I just visited this Denny’s this past weekend, 12÷07÷14. It was a great experience! Great food, great service, great atmosphere! If you’re looking for a tasty, well-priced, easy place for a meal, this is the place to go!

Service is slow, slow, slow! This location has been open 2 months and the servers have yet to figure out the computer system. We waited 15 minutes before a waitress came to out table much less take our drink orders, there were only 3 other parties there with us. Food was regular Denny’s quality. The poor rating is for the rediculously slow service.
