This Starbucks is a joke. We ordered online and watched everyone in line get their drinks before us. One girl was yelling to her coworker about all the things they were out of. They started telling the girl in front of me about how they didn’t have the ingredients to my order-the tea part of my tea order. Every other Starbucks I’ve been to, I’ve been wow-by their customer service. At least this is the exception-the awful, awful exception.

This location used to be pretty good. But in about the last year, it’s really took a dive to one star… seems turn over for employees here is common. Today, I made the mistake of pulling into the drive-thru… 33 minutes later I received my drink. I asked the young lady at the DT window if they were short staffed and she looked at me as if I had a unicorn horn growing from my forehead. I told her it took 33 minutes to get through the DT… she handed me my drink, and didn’t even say thank you for coming, or sorry about the wait. I started to pull out and stopped, and asked to speak with the manager… the young lady said«you want the manager»? I said yes… she walked to a group of 3 or 4 other employees standing in a circle, and a young man approached the DT window and said yes, how can I help you? I said are you the manager? He responded, no, she’s on vacation… I now looked at him as if he had a unicorn horn, and pulled off. He then dove into a series of smart ass remarks. I returned them with my remark of departure… Unbelievably horrible service and an even more unbelievably long wait for a crap cup of expensive Joe. I will not return to this location ever again; and at one point I used to go here every day.

This is, by far, one of the worst Starbucks I’ve been to. The service is terrible and the restrooms are filthy. There is a drive-through line of 10 cars not moving; so I parked. There are two employees just standing behind the counter talking, doing nothing. The other employee is doing everything; by herself. This place needs new management. I’m passing by and going to another next time.

Worst drive thru for Starbucks I have been to. currently it’s 9:15am and showed up at 845am with only 5 cars in front of me. Only reason I’ve stood in like this long is because I’m blocked in.

No matter what time of day and no matter if there are a million or zero cars in the store or in the drive thru this Starbucks TAKESFOREVERAND A DAY. The workers are very slow and seldom get an order correct. If I were you I would drive the extra ten minutes to another one because it will save a lot of time and frustration.

Wow this place is horrible !! Pull thru at about 10 am on a Saturday morning and they are out of pumpkin scones !! Hello Fowler Starbucks as you have been told a million times, it can’t be that hard to keep products in stock. This is Fall and people like pumpkin scones. Grrrrr

I go to a lot of Starbucks and this a lot more recently. Most Starbucks are usually the same, but this one is consistently dirty; Dirty bathrooms, dirty floors, sticky countertops, and staff talking/joking loudly and being rude to other customers. There are many people who stop by this location and particularly today some people from Sweden. Its embarrassing that this dirty Starbucks is representative of this small town.

We waited 7 minutes to order drinks. There was only one person ahead of us and he only ordered two drinks. The person at the register looked new, but she wasn’t the only one working, someone could have helped her. 7 minutes to wait to order a drink… I don’t think people realize how long that is ITS A REALLYREALLYLONGTIME. I was ready to pull my hair out, hop behind the counter and make my own drink. This location is gross… honestly I have stopped here a few times on my way to northern California and it is always dirty, it doesn’t seem like management is concerned about cleanliness of the store at all. The bathrooms are disgusting… if I wasn’t dying for a coffee or peeing in my pants I would keep driving to the next location.

Horrible service!!! Just left here, it was 925 pm when we walked in, waited 25 min for two iced venti caramel macchiatos! Their were 4 employees & it seemed as if none of them had any desire to provide any type of customer service! After waiting 10 mins, we were told our drinks had to be remade because the shots didn’t look right for the first set of drinks! We stopped here on our way to Sacramento out of convenience, I do NOT recommend anyone stopping here.

Been here quite a few times traveling on the 99. It’s turned into the dirtiest Starbucks I’ve ever been to. It didn’t used to be like that! Bathrooms are gross. The floors are dirty inside. No trash can outside. Sad? An absolute last resort, if that. Somebody needs to come in and clean this place up. I feel bad for those people going through the drive through who don’t know what it’s like inside.

Probably the best Starbucks I have been to. I typically have to go to the one in Reedley, but it is always nice when I can come get coffee here. It just seems like they use more coffee and less sugars/syrups here. I love the vanilla latte, it’s sweet and has the perfect amount of coffee.

Worst starbucks I have ever been to. I have been to some bad starbucks in the bay area, but this one takes the win for the worst. I only stop here because it’s the only starbucks around before I get to work. Let’s start this off why this place sucks. The customer service sucks bad, and the manager doesn’t care. As a matter of fact she is a major part of it. I have seen her stand in line order 4 drinks for her and her friends, not paying a dime, then stand there at the counter and chit chat with the employees while people are waiting in line. The other employees seem to have no experience in customer service, they make people wait while the joke around with each other before taking your order. The drinks they make are crap, always out of stuff(reflects there crappy management), and they lie about what they are out of when you can easily see it for yourself behind them. If you are looking to stop here don’t wait another 30 – 45 min and go to one in fresno or visalia. This place needs to have all the employees fired! Someone needs to talk to the district manager to put a stop to this crappy starbucks.

This place seriously needs some help.:( This store is off the 99 in CA. We were traveling home from Shaver Lake on Memorial Day, and while there were a good number of people there it was not nearly as busy as most stores — maybe 8 ahead of us. We ordered a venti caramel macchiato, warm croissant, and a mini caramel ribbon crunch. The wait gave us some time to use the restroom. Earlier in our trip, at another SB, I was thinking how nice it is that SB is all over because they have become the new restroom stop for travelers — much nicer and cleaner than most gas stations, which were the common stop in the past. When I walked in to THIS restroom, I had to rethink that. The bathroom was a disgusting mess. Yes, this is a stop right off the freeway with a lot of people coming through to use the restroom — but so are all the other SB we stopped at along our 800 mile round-trip — and those managed to be kept clean. The wait for the croissant and hot drink were reasonable, though I was a little surprised at the drink spills down the side of my cup and the fact our croissant bag was tossed on the wet counter where several different drinks had previously been spilled and not cleaned up. The bag was dry, which was a relief. I picked up both and stepped back to wait. The mini took a LONG time. I watched as the frazzled gal behind the counter finally made our mini, then started another frap while ours sat there as she finished the other. Finally she put them both on the pick up counter and threw a couple of straws onto that wet mess and quickly went back to work. The straw was completely soaked on the bottom; not something I wanted to use so had to get another(and what a drama THAT turned into with another customer! Sheesh.). Hope management can work out the kinks — I don’t think this is what SB has in mind for its brand.

This was the worst service I have ever received at a Starbucks. The cashier was too busy flirting with a customer in front of me to bother taking my order or even acknowledge the fact I was in line waiting. After giving up waiting inside, I put my kids back in the car to try the drivethru. I waited at the drive thru window with no other cars in front of me and hoped for a quick exit, however 5 minutes after paying I still had not received my single cup of coffee. When I finally received it I was told it had been accidently placed on the counter for inside customers. When I expressed my frustration the young man just stared at me blankly through the window expressing no apology. I thought the nightmare was over after driving away only to find out they made my simple drink wrong but I didn’t dare turn back to deal with their atrocious customer service again. I will never return to this Starbucks again. I’m appalled.

This Starbucks is our favorite stop when we drive to and from Southern California. It looks like a pretty nice one with a nice outdoor seating area with easy on off freeway access. I have always liked this store. Today not so much. The place was dirty. They need to clean this place up! The bathroom was terrible. There was bits of paper towels on the filthy floor. I don’t know when it was cleared last. Even the paper towels were put in haphazardly in the dispenser. When a place serves food and its dirty… run don’t come back!

I like coming to this Starbucks because it’s the last night of civilization before i head to work. Most times they are not so busy. The Starbucks, sad to say they have lost their main goal of making a perfect order and chais he latte with extra pump of chai. However I wanted to go a different route with a ginger soda with a blueberry scone. I did nothing for me. Worst drink i have recevied and i wanted to jump out of my car. Starbucks first came my area when they actually care about the drinks that they were making and not just throwing them together as fast as they can.

I haven’t been to this store in quite awhile. I grew up in Fowler and I used to come here all the time to study. There was always plenty of room to sit and lay out my books. I never felt that sitting there for 6 hours was taking up tables for other people, there was always plenty of room. Not sure what happened with the bathrooms because I don’t remember them ever being a problem, but in light of some of the reviews on for his business location, I guess it has become a problem. As more and more businesses have popped up in Fowler, conveniently off the 99, I think more and more people stop off to use the restroom. Agreed that the people who work there should keep it up, since that’s their job, but who knows what walks of life walk into there from the freeway. People that work here are generally friendly. The parking lot if pretty small, so morning rush can be a pain.
