Great donut shop. Great service. Always greeted when coming in. I recommend their croissants. My favorite one is the hot link and cream cheese croissant.

I was in Selma for business and stumbled upon this little gem. The FRESHEST sandwiches and friendliest service that you can get! There’s only two women there and they’re the sweetest. I just feel really bad because each time we came in, they would be swamped due to lack of staff and we would come in a mob whenever we did come in. And if it wasn’t us, then there’s other people who came. Especially worse on a Friday since a lot of the high school staff nearby go there so make sure to call in your orders! You can never go wrong with the combo sandwich deal which comes with a drink, chips, and … A DONUT!!! And all for such a good price. Literally a steal! I have come back several times but I just feel bad that one is always cranking out sandwiches nonstop while the other one is ringing up costumers the whole time because they get that busy. Maybe it’s time to invest in another person to help?
Highlight of The Bear’s Den: freshest ingredients (the greenest avocados, bean sprouts… which are never carried by restaurants because of how quickly they spoil) and friendliest staff… the younger lady knows all her regulars, greets them, and converses with them. I love that small business hospitality!

If the items on the menu were not already GREAT, the customer service is by far is the best in town hands down. Went in this morning looking for 2 dozen of their delicious cookies for an office potluck. For those of you who have had them know they are Huge & scrumptious! They didn’t have that many made so you know what happened next… They offered to bake 2 dozen 3 varieties fresh and have them ready by 11:30. They were and delicious!!! Huge hit for those who have never had them and for those of us who’ve had, well you know;)

I’ve lived in Selma but I’ve never really gone here but my siblings recently took me here and I love this place. I tried a cronut here for the first time and it was delicious! This morning I got an iced coffee and a cronut. The cronut was delicious and fresh and the iced coffee was even better. It was freshly brewed and an awesome way to start my morning.

THE best donuts AND the sweetest lady. I go here to buy donuts as a reward for my students. The lady even lets you order the night before to pick them up before the 7:00am Rush hour. Even when they’re busy, they are THE nicest people!

Donuts are best statewide. Ask anyone who has been here. Donuts are light (even cake donuts) delicate and always decorated beautifully — sugar pearls are a nice touch. Sandwiches are bountiful, fresh and a great deal. Meal comes with a drink, donut, sandwich, and soda. Croissants make great sandwich breads. Wonderful. Brunch is incredible too with croissants filled with a myriad of creative foods. Great assortment of breakfast options. Stop in and meet Melinda — she’ll make it a great visit

Great, fresh and reasonable pricing.
This donut business is always packed with vehicles and people dining inside, it had a great buzz and the items speak for itself.
The bread is fresh but quickly you will realize the quote, «early bird gets the early worm» saying kicks in when half of the pastries in the glass it’s gone even tho the bread was cooked recently.
I was bummed about the Strawberry-​Cream Danish was completely gone. I will return for that Danish and hopefully that day will be my day.
Service is great, all smiles and thanks you comes along way when establishing a business, and felt welcoming. They have other items for sell but next time I will take more photos, I was in a hurry because they was a line of people behind me.

Melinda is a pastry master. She’s always bringing out something fresh and tasty. I’ve never had a bad donut, danish, or cookie. I stopped in today for a sandwich to go but had to have one while I waited as well. It’s finger licking good. My sandwich was filled with so much flavor. The service was spectacular, as usual. They know lots of people by name which makes it welcoming. Overall just a great place to grab something on the go, or as I did today chow on something great inside.

My favorite donut shop in Selma, never a nasty donut ever came out of this place. I drop in for a quick breakfast stuffed croissant or Danish or a handcrafted sandwich on an awesome home made buttery croissant’s for lunch. Service is excellent you’ll get treated like family.

This is my absolute favorite place to go for a doughnut in Selma! They just remodeled the place after 20+ years of the same interior. The women that work here are always very friendly and sweet. I’ve been going here since I was a kid and I’m always happy to stop by on my way to school to get a fresh doughnut and coffee! I highly recommend the chocolate doughnuts!
