My husband surprised me with some yummy cupcakes! I love that the strawberry and chocolate caramel have a filling but was slightly disappointed that the red velvet did not, I was expecting a cream cheese filling but it wasn’t there. The frosting was a tad bit on the sweet side but I have a big sweet tooth so it was ok in my book. I would go back!

Love trying their new flavors. Always fresh soft cupcakes. Bacon cupcake was deeeeeeelicious. Key lime pie also on top of the list. Great place. Closest thing around without having to travel to fresno or visalia.

Worth the drive for these sweet treats. And worth breaking your diet for. My hubby and I split a triple chocolate and a lemon blackberry. Both were moist and so yummy. The chocolate was a chocolate lovers delight. The lemon blackberry was like biting into a spring morning. The owners are great fun to chat with while you drool over which treat to indulge in. Go. Now. You won’t regret it.

I l love this place! The cupcakes are moist and the frosting is so delicious! The variety of cupcakes are so good! Overall, really delicious cupcakes! Each bite of cupcake is like a bite of pure happiness!
When it comes to custom cakes Aimee’s Vanilla Bean Bakery never disappoints, i’m always amazed on how good it comes out. Just recently I ordered a custom cake for my siblings and honestly both times it came amazing, they both loved it! I fully trust this place for anymore future custom cake orders!
Aimee the owner is really nice and very good at what she does!

What a treat it was coming into this bakery! I had a lemon blackberry cupcake which was good my boyfriend had an almond joy cupcake which was the bomb! Overall the cupcakes were full of flavor, fresh and can’t beat the price. Definitely a gem in Selma.

Soft, fresh and everything right about cakes.
For a month now I been going once a week to this place for couple cupcakes and I am hooked. So many flavors and new ones daily, there’s always one for everybody out there.
Aimee is a very nice, genuine person who I trusted to make my daughter’s birthday cake on the 11/​15/​2014 and it came out perfect and right on time.
It all started with the little cupcakes that she made and from there I decided to put her skills to the test and she succeeded. I got a three-​tier cake that consisted of: Cookies & Cream, Reese’s Pieces, and Strawberry Cheesecake. Nothing but positive reviews at the party and I referred her to anybody that asked.
Thanks Aimee, we will do more business in time.
