Selma, CA
This place is often missed or forgotten about because of the location, but it’s a must. I’ve been getting my pan Mexicano for ages here now. Nothing compares to Gallardo’s bakery. The bread/​sweet bread is so so good and cures the hardest sweet tooth craving. I have broken diets to this place and it’s been worth it every time. Try the crème basket, empanada de chavacano, stars, cuernos actually just try anything. I’m almost certain you will not be disappointed!
