Dr Lewinson is the best! My family has been going to lake optical for many years and I am very thankful for his knowledge about eyes! We the the choices of glasses and he finds the best contacts for our eyes. It is an excellent office and everyone is so friendly and helpful.

Having just left Dr. Lewinson’s office, I have to concur with the first review. In making the appointment, the office staff confirmed my coverage and called me back shortly. The office is clean and neat. I was greeted promptly and with courtesy. I was seen by the doctor on time. His exam was very thorough. The doctor as well as staff were friendly and professional. The doctor spent a great deal of time tweeking my lenses to find the best vision option for me. He also spent ample time examining helping me choose a frame. I really can’t relate to the comment made by the 2nd reviewer since my complete glasses were under $ 300. I will go back again and have already set up appointments to bring in my children.

Many praises for the excellent care my daughter received from Lake Optical today! Dr. Lewinson is wonderful ~ the staff and office very professional! Great selection of frames and SUPER helpful figuring out insurance benefits! We are new to the area and so happy to have found a great eye doctor right here in Fox Lake! I highly recommend Dr. Lewinson and Lake Optical!
