I hired Superior Exteriors to refinish my deck and the siding on my house. Both were weathered and in need of refinishing. Richard, the owner, came out surveyed the job and then sent his crew leader to follow up. They provided an estimate a week or so later and after we signed the contract the work started with in a week.
The weather was dodgy all month with lots of rain. The crew did not try to squeeze the job in or risk working when the weather was a risk. When it rained, they came later in the morning to let it dry. When it rained two days in a row, they waited two days to let it dry out again. They did everything that we agreed and the workers, along with Richard, were courteous and respectful.

The owner is a jerk, wouldn’t do business with them ever.

I just called Richard Wall, the owner of Superior Exterior because my downspouts have vertical leaks about 4 inches long, my gutters are still leaking and one of the gutters was installed incorrectly (tilted the wrong way). He told me he had an IMPORTANT CALL and would get back to me.
Superior Exteriors installed windows in my house, did my entire room for a 3,000 sq. ft. 3 story home including my garage and MY CALL IS NOT IMPORTANT. I have had nothing but problems with the gutters since they were installed. Richard wanted to charge me $ 500 to correct the gutter that is tilting the wrong way. Imperial Roofers who did not install the gutter, gave me a quote of $ 250 to correct what Superior Exteriors did wrong.

They did a horrendous job when they replaced the roof of our home which was built in the 1920s. They failed to install any eave ventilation so that the attic did not vent correctly. We ended up with severe ice dams.
The owner Richard Wall told us that «ridge vents are so effective you don’t need lower ventilation.» We learned the hard way that is just not true.
They also messed up the roof line when they installed the ridge vent so that the ridge was curved rather than straight. The roof looked awful.
Part of the problem was they they just subcontracted the work to another firm and then failed to supervise them.
The workers left my roof partially complete for THREE days while they took another job. Richard Wall did not stay on top of my job at all — I was the one to tell him his workers didn’t show up.
Their bad job was one of the reasons we quit restoring the house and sold it as a tear-​down.

My wife and I desperately needed new windows but had no clue what to look for and no idea how to find the best value. A friend of ours had some tuckpointing and windows done on their old house by Superior Exteriors and they were very happy with the restoration. Our friend gave us the owner’s direct number, so we made an appointment. The owner was there promptly the next day. He brought three window samples and demonstrated the good, better, best in UV protection and energy efficiency. We were able to make an informed choice that made sense for our budget. Within days the windows were measured and then a few weeks later they were installed. The crew was professional, clean, and easy to work with. We came away feeling that we had added value and comfort control to our house, and most importantly, that we had made a good investment. With the help of Superior Exteriors and their experienced crew, it all came together. I give them an enthusiastic recommendation and encourage any homeowner to feel confident that they will get a great job done at a fair price from SE. I’m a very happy customer and plan on consulting them for my next projects.

Superior Exteriors was hired to do some work on our condo building this past winter to repair the roof and leaking parrapit wall. According to our building management, they chose Superior Exteriors because their estimate was the most reasonable and the owner came out himself to assess the repairs. The work was completed in a neat and timely fashion and the owner even came by several times while the job was being done to check the progress. I have since referred this company to co-​workers and friends… I highly recommend Superior Exteriors!
