Ticketmaster

ALL I can say is thank god for ACE tickets! Ticketmaster didnt even have any representatives to answer the phone yesterday I called for 7 straight hours to book handicapped seats! What a joke! Word of advice ticketmaster hire more ppl to answer the phones! I will never try to use them again! Ace tickets and stubhub are the way to go!

I am currently on hold with them right now. It’s been a while now. I have just spoken to a rep because I need a refund as promised by a venue company but that fell through so I had to call in. The rep has been very rude and has told me «I can’t just snap my fingers and make that happen for you» amongst other things that are downright irresponsible.

Would not let me use paper tickets — credit card used as tickets. I fell ill while pregnant and could not transfer the tickets in my husbands name — had I known 5 days in advance they would have done something — who the heck can predict becoming ill? Was on phone hour plus transferred numerous times by incompetent employees.

Horrible. I’ve been on hold for 15 plus minutes. Bought tix was offered a rebate. Signed up.
Never got the rebate and now just trying to cancel my «ticket master account» so they won’t charge me monthly.
Pain in the ass. Horrible customer service.

Better yet, have someone hack your ticketmaster account, transfer the tickets… And Ticketmaster will do nothing. I had requested the tickets be sent by mail to my CC billing address, but ticketmaster customer disservice, says one they are transferred there is nothing they can do, even though I purchased the tickets and provided all the billing information… they just told me, Too bad.
Dispute with my CC company, but really wanted the tickets…

Saw Rosie last night at Wilbur. Bought tickets from Ticketmaster. She was great. Disappointed in turnout but it was a cold night. She looks great. Now about the tickets. Are you kidding me the tickets were no were near the seating chart on Ticketmaster. I asked the women sitting behind us which one bought the tickets and f was it from Ticketmaster and I told her the tickets were so far different from the seating chart she began to laugh, she was just thinking and talking about it with her friend. The seats were in the first balcony, 4 rows up, two seats in, to the left of the stage. The seats on the chart were on the floor, on the end, directly in front of a bar, to the right of the stage. Show was good and the venue was perfect size. But would have been totally pissed if the venue was larger like a Broadway Theater. So I suggest before buying to check other web sites for the correct seating chart.

Is it possible to give 0 stars? How is it legal for ticketbasterd to take half the tickets and resell them on their sister website for 5x the price?

I didn’t realize I could review Ticketmaster. That being said, go burn in Hell Ticketmaster. Your bullshit fees literally double the price of any ticket I wish to purchase. Your somehow legal monopoly on ticket sales forces me to use you. If you were a person I would curb stomp you.
