Great lunch spot. Huge cocktail and mock tail list, open table reservations, friendly service, spicy fries and I had a great Italian panini. Definitely where I’ll go from now on when around Patriots place.

I been to this restaurant so many times that it never disappoints. The pizza is great, the atmosphere is great, it’s casual but yet elegant. The waitresses are friendly, get your order right away and prompt. Definitely my first choice of restaurant to go to when I visit patriot place.

Hands down one of the best pizzas I ever had in my life! The sauce was perfect and the pizza itself tasted fresh. The sauce to cheese ratio was spot on. I didn’t try anything else as we were there for lunch but it was definitely worth the money. They provided to go boxes for the pizza which I brought back to the hotel to eat later. Our waitress was friendly and made the experience even better. We will be back when we visit Gillette Stadium!

Meh. Atmosphere is misleading, it’s better than the food. Menu said .5 lb burger, it was hardly Stop & Shop sized. Red & oozing blood is not medium. Was missing the lettuce & tomato, server had to go back and retrieve it. Payed $ 15 for the privilege. Chicken panini was OK, can get better at Panera for less. Should have gone to 5 Guys for the burger and fries and Capriotti’s for the panini.

Delicious thin crusted gourmet pizza. Service was quite chaotic and appetizers were below average. Visited Tavolino before a New England Patriots Thursday evening game. The restaurant is in Patriots Plaza, which is part of the massive stadium complex. As expected, there was a wait. But the wait was two staged. There was a line outside just to get into the restaurant, only to be put on another wait list. All in all, we waited an acceptable hour. The staff was quite flustered and there was little to no organization in dealing with the flow. We finally sat down and with game time one hour away. We thought we were fine. We quickly ordered appetizers of chicken wings, steamed PEI Mussels, and the main event, a chicken parm pizza. The apps came out quick. But their temp was just warm at best. The wings were overcooked and the mussels rather bland. But we were really there for the pizza. We waited and waited. Game time was approaching. Others around us who sat down after us were served, had eaten, and left for the game. We finally had to ask the waitress about the pizza. We waited some more. Finally the pizza came out. It was very tasty. But with 15 minutes to kickoff, and a 5 minute walk, we had to wolf it down and could not truly enjoy it. What a shame. Our server did take $ 4 off our bill for the delay, which was a nice gesture. I don’t blame the server as she was terrific. The process was the problem.

Wonderful restaurant and they always go out of their way to make sure you have a pleasant dining experience. Our waiter Tom was throughly entertaining, knowledgeable about the menu and very efficient as we were trying to make a movie showing. Will keep going back over and over again.

Went with a group of 6 people and ordered the calamari and margarita pizza as appetizers. They were ok but nothing special. Everyone who ordered a pasta dish was very disappointed and we’re hoping for a better Italian dinner. I ordered the pistachio crusted salmon which was very good. Not sure if they had an off night. They were running out of good, no tomatoes and no broccoli.

This quattro formaggi pizza to go was suuuch a let down. No sauce of any kind– and i didnt even expect a red sauce, but something a bit thicker than what i got for $ 19 would have been better. It was hard(not crispy, just hard. The only redeeming quality was that the cheese was salty so that was fine.

This place is a favorite of ours. We get a pizza and an app and is plenty for us. The drinks are good especially out on the patio.

Nice dining atmosphere, good service. The drinks were ok and the food was fine. We both had pasta. I had a hard time finding a ‘normal’ pizza on the menu and I’m not an adventurous eater, so I stuck with pasta. The only issue was that about half way through our meal we started noticing quite a few fruit flies around our table… makes you wonder…

Great Restaurant. Food is always great and service top notch. Tom and Alan are the best. Liz is the top of the line waiter, really good people. Prices are a little high, but they make up for price with the best people and service. TRYIT

This would be a 4 – 5 star review if our waitress wasn’t so horrible. Food was great, we got to Gorgonzola and grape pizza and it was delicious. However, our waitress was legitimately the rudest I’ve ever had in any restaurant. She basically never spoke to us. She took our food order and never came back except to plop down our check and then pick it up with not a word. My mother and I were like wtf did we do something to this lady? Maybe she was having a bad day, but she left a really bad impression.

Had dinner here on Saturday for the first time. Overall I was impressed. I loved the ambience. I’d like to mention the wine menu first. I LOVE restaurants that don’t have ridiculous markups on their bottle prices. Some of the higher end bottles(e.g., Silver Oak Napa Valley and Joseph Phelps Insignia) were the same price as you’d find in the liquor store. For by-the-glass, they give you a glass with a small carafe on the side. Many of the choices were under $ 10. Both my girlfriend and our friend enjoyed their meals; however, my steak was completely messed up. They have a $ 288oz filet mignon on the menu, which seems like a bargain. Like other reviewers have said, they completely overcook it. In my case, my medium rare was between medium well and well done. It was also served with both sides wrong. I didn’t want to be a pain so I didn’t complain. Our waitress was a sweetheart and made some recommendations for cocktails. I will definitely be back, although I will stick to pizza and pasta.

Not a happy customer at all. To sum it up, I ordered filet… med rare, it came out well done. They brought me a new one, it was still breathing… They wanted to bring me something else or put it back in, but by this time everyone was well past finished and I passed. This was also my birthday celebration dinner. Oh well… Won’t go back there

I’ve eaten at Tavolino before. The food was decent, although I was unimpressed with the calamari. I don’t know how my second time would have been. My brother-in-law made a reservation several days ago for tonight, to take my mother-in-law to dinner for her birthday. He received a notification tonight, hours before the reservation time, that the restaurant was holding a drunk driving awareness night, and thus would not be serving any alcohol. While I’m sure this is a good event for a good cause, letting us sit on the reservation for days without this notification is awful customer service. We were left scrambling for a reservation for a medium-sized party on a Friday night, with little enough notice that most similar restaurants were already booked up. If you’re significantly changing your menu, you should notify customers when they book, rather than ambushing them the day of.

I have had pizza here with the kids. It’s tasty. We like to sit outside during the summertime and eat here. I just visited last week and there was a 20 minute wait but they text you when your table is ready so you can shop around while waiting. I got a salad. I forget the exact name but it had apples, goat cheese and figs. It was mighty tasty. My friend got a gluten free sausage pizza. She said it was really good for gluten free. They have a decent gluten free menu too. Our server was prompt and friendly. Parking can be tough during weekends and school vacations. You may have to stalk someone for their spot.

4 stars for excellent, solicitous service during lunch hour and above average food. Party of 4 shared 2 large pizzas(more than enough) and an appetizer of chicken wings. We had the Florentine steak and the Tuscan sausage(we liked the sausage one better). Wings were good, not particularly memorable.

food’s ok. service… lackluster. server was polite though. walked in on a weekday lunch time; friend had arrived 10 min before me and was already complaining when i sat down. something about them running out of lemonade at midday, rendering a couple drinks unavailable at peak meal time. also we were seated right at the mouth of the restroom hallway(despite empty tables elsewhere), so the occasional flushes provided nice acoustics for our lunch… and passing men yanking their pants as our visual. Lol we were waiting a few minutes after being ready to order, before our waitress approached our table. our drinks, both non-alcoholic, came with this tall and slender reversed triangular-shaped glass with some ice in it, meaning we probably got 8 oz. of liquid max — that’s $ 5/pop. oh well. ordered a calamari appetizer and a steak Florentine pizza to share. app came out quite quickly(coincidental reject?), but the presentation was… that of a 5-year-old home chef. and the pizza took a while… at least 20 min after app had arrived. it was not THAT busy in there, was it? we also wanted our steak medium/medium well, but it came out somewhat pink inside… which i really prefer if not for this thing in my belly, but that’s not what we ordered. also not really expecting the preparation to be a seared steak sliced into«chunks» then scattered unevenly onto a pizza… had to move the pieces while cutting, and inadvertently dropped a couple before they made it into my mouth. my precious undercooked streak! other than that, an ok meal, if a bit on the pricey side. also not understanding why 1⁄3 larger of a pizza would almost cost double on some varieties. ex: our pie was marked at $ 13.99 for 12″ and $ 23.99 for 16″. could’ve ordered two instead!

After shopping at Patriot Place, I stopped at Tavolino Express(order at the counter section) and ordered a 12″ Sicilian Vegetable Pizza($ 10.95 plus tax) for carryout. The pizza was ready to go in under 15 minutes. Wow! The Sicilian Vegetable Pizza was spot on with great fresh flavors topped with basil roasted garlic parmesan cream & pesto, artichokes, oven cured tomatoes, capers and kalamata olives. The thin pizza crust was light and crisp on the outside and a soft texture inside. I enjoyed several slices as I was driving back to NH. The pizza was almost gone by the time I arrived home. I will be back again for dinner!
