Dollar Tree

The prices are good, everything in there really is a dollar. Except for some items that never is a dollar. Average service and no problems.

Feb. 11 2015: One of the worst Dollar Tree locations.
Ok I’ll admit it: organization and exterior wise, this is by far the cleanest Dollar Tree. Yet, Service is awful.
I came in yesterday night with a pet product that broke. I didn’t have the receipt yet I had the packaging that stated that the item was manufatured on «500 Volvo Parkway in Cheepstake, IL», which is the Dollar Tree corporate, and I didn’t think it would be a problem since I return items from Dollar Tree all the time in Norwood, Ashland, Milford, Hyde Park, and every other Dollar Tree I’ve visited.
Store Employee: JD (nametag said, at least), said he couldn’t let me exchange it without a receipt. I told him that I’ve returned dozens of items (basically 25 — 50% of the products I buy at Dollar Tree do not work, or brake easily, and I get it, it was only $ 1. But a dollar is a dollar, and all I wanted was an exchange) at other Dollar Trees. He asked which ones, which I told him Ashland, Milford, Norwood, Hyde Park. He told me that he didn’t know anything about Hyde Park or Norwood, he didn’t say anything about Milford, and he stated that I haven’t ever returned an item without a receipt in Ashland, which I have once (yet, they weren’t the most cooperative)

Management was not sorry or cooperative. I’ll stick with Dollar Tree’s that care about their customers! I returned the items on 2÷15÷15 at the Route 140 location in Milford.
Feb. 2016: This Dollar Tree has improved a LOT. First, the guy I mentioned in my review from last year has vanished in my last few visits to this location, and the current staff are much more friendly and lenient about returns. The exterior is still clean, new, and the interior is mostly clean, organized, and has mostly everything other Dollar Tree locations do, plus freezers. The store has an ample parking lot, that can be busy often, but you will always be able to find a spot. The store has gotten much better, and offers a bit more than the nearby Ashland Dollar Tree. Now, this is one of my preferred Dollar Tree locations, not one of the «never-​going-​to-​ever-​ever-​again» locations. 3 stars (since the first experience was terrible!).
