Elements3 Yoga

I cannot say enough good things about this studio. It’s unlike any other yoga studio I’ve been to, and I’ve tried a few. They offer several different types of yoga, and all of the teachers are amazing. Taoist is my favorite, but I also love flow and kundalini. I have noticed a considerable decrease in my anxiety and stress levels, and I am all around happier when I go. They also offer some amazing workshops. I’ve gone to a couple taught by Andrew. He is an incredible teacher with so much knowledge. The crystal bowl mediations are so wonderful too! I rave about this place to anyone who is willing to listen to me. It is worth every last penny. Your mind and body will thank you.

Elements 3 is my first experience with yoga. I’ve struggled for years with lower back pain but refused to stop exercising. Before, my routine consisted of cross-​fit and boxing; both activities which are high impact and pain-​inducing (for me) as I tried to force strength into my core at the expense of my back. I’d see small gains wiped out by pulls, strains, and injuries. I’m so pleased to say that I have FINALLY found a sustainable work-​out in yoga! Elements 3 yoga emphasizes working WITH your body… building on and being grateful for what you can do. If before I was waging war on my body, then now I am working towards peace. Elements 3 has a welcoming, friendly, and funny staff. Each instructor offers a unique flavor to every class.

Elements is not like any other yoga studio I’ve been to– and I have tried many in the area. I have finally found a yoga studio I can call home!
First and foremost I love the staff. Everyone is wonderful, talented, friendly and encouraging. They are so passionate about what they do and really care about working with you in your practice– keeping you safe and helping you grow to be stronger and more mindful. They also share their experiences, songs, mantras and touch to make each time special.
Now for the classes… there are such great options for everyone and you feel comfortable no matter what your level. What I love most are that the classes are beautifully planned to offer an opportunity to learn something new each time. Whether it be a breathing exercise or a new pose– you always feel like there’s a new experience waiting for you. It keeps things exciting, fun and really gives you an opportunity to expand your abilities in your yoga practice. The teachers also take the time to explain why you’re doing a pose, how to safely get into a pose or the variation options as you gain experience so you can see what poses you can work towards.
Overall, I love the warmth of the studio. It is full of positivity, great energy and great people!

I was looking for a non heated yoga studio in the natick framingham area and found elements yoga. So far I’ve taken yin and flow yoga and love it. Yin was new to me and I loved the instructor, the vibe, energy, and how good I felt afterwards. It was more of a meditative form of yoga.
The studio is nice and there is plenty of parking since they share a parking lot with the Edgell Rd building businesses. There was no changing room which surprised me since I’m used to dedicated changing rooms in yoga studios. It’s not too inconvenient though because there are bathrooms.
I’d recommend this yoga studio to anyone looking for non heated yoga.

Recently started taking yoga classes, and I’m glad I chose elements3 as my yoga studio. Classes are great. Instructors are amazing as well. Great for all levels. Encouraged to go at your own pace, and different poses can be modified for more advanced «yogis». the studio has two different rooms and both are always clean. I would highly recommend this place for anyone interested; new or experienced. You will not be disappointed !!

I just went to Elements for the first time this week and I had the best time. I’ve been to a lot of yoga studios (because I’ve moved a lot) and some of them are better than others. This one is great! If I’m paying for a class I want to make sure I’m doing the work correctly and they were great (my teacher’s name was Laura) about making sure I was positioned correctly without saying I was doing something wrong. I loved the energy of the teacher and the class. I met the owner, Andrew, after the class and he was equally as pleasant and threw in a free aerial yoga trial class with my unlimited month that I purchased. Looking forward to going again & trying aerial.

The studio is beautiful, the people are incredibly nice (and it’s clear they know what they’re doing), they offer a good range of class styles and a great schedule (including a few weeknight classes for those of us who don’t get out of work at 5), and prices are great. Of the half-​dozen or so studios I’ve tried in MetroWest, Elements3 is at the top of the list.
The only «bad» thing is the fact that the instructors are very easy on the eyes. (Which obviously has nothing to do with the quality of their instruction or knowledge, but it doesn’t hurt.) I actually use that as an opportunity to deepen my practice, challenging myself to stay focused within… :)

A small and supportive studio with excellent, caring instructors. A place to improve your practice! Each instructor has different strengths and focus and it makes for fun interesting, and challenging classes. Many suggestions for how to improve or modify postures and a generally relaxed and happy vibe here.

I recently moved to the metro west from Boston and was surprised at the limited yoga options. I’m so happy I found Elements3. Excellent teachers of the same caliber as the best studios in Boston and Cambridge.

The instructor is great! The studio is nice as well; a warm, comforting place.

I’ve been practicing yoga on and off for years but never with any consistency. Elements3 just opened near my house and I’ve got to say it’s the first time I’ve actually felt connected to a yoga practice/​studio. I’m 23 weeks pregnant and Andrew and Stephanie have been great about giving me accommodations for poses. The studio is clean, comfortable and friendly.

I recently decided to give yoga another try (I went to several classes about a year ago, but didn’t stick with it, and always felt out of place there). But, after struggling with multiple sports injuries over the course of the last year due to muscle tightness, I know that yoga is the way I’m going to improve my flexibility and strength, and prevent future injuries. Elements 3 is a new studio right down the street from my house, near Framingham State, and conveniently located off Route 9. The prices are reasonable (first class is only $ 5, and they have a Groupon deal too to get you started), and all of the instructors have been great so far! I’m still just starting out, but I’ve taken classes with Andrew, Stephanie, and Spencer, and they have all been different but amazing. This is a supportive, caring, and anxiety-​free environment that I would recommend for anyone that is new to yoga.

Great local studio with several wonderful instructors. The instructors are great at helping newbies like me get deeper into the poses. I highly recommend for beginners and advance yogis! Your core will be sore and your body relaxed ;)
