Worst customer service. No help and they leave you waiting on the scale. They don’t care if you bring Scrap your scrap here. Trust me go elsewhere

I have now been here 3 times got scrapping things and every time is a fast, painless and pleasant experience. The staff is very helpful and polite. After the first time there the owner recognizes me when I come in to scrap what I have. Great guys that run a great business.

Framingham Salvage is a busy place but the service and fairness make the wait well worth it.

Don’t know if Unilocal is the best place to review them but the guys who are running Framingham Salvage are a bunch of thieves. I brought almost a ton of heavy steel down there and dropped it off. When I went to collect my cash they told me I didn’t have enough weight to be considered for payment. There was about $ 200 worth of metal. He knew how hard it would be for me to reload all the steel and that he could take my payment and put it in his pocket. I’ve spoken to other people who have gone down there and been told they won’t pay them but they will take stuff off of their hands for them. Others have been ripped off like I was. They only do this to people they don’t know. If you want a good place to scrap metal go to Allied in Walpole, Ma. They will pay you top dollar for everything including car batteries.
