I bought a refurbished clothes dryer from Larry’s 7 years ago. I paid less than $ 300 for it. He delivered it that day, installed it, and carted away the old dryer for no charge. Now, 7 years later, the dryer still runs great. I’d buy from him again in a heartbeat.
Also, every year, I buy all my outside flowers, mulch, etc. from Larry’s. The service is much more personal than those big box stores, and I’m happy to give my business to a local retailer rather than those other stores.
The store might not be the cleanest and most brightly lit, but you’ll never get better service.

I went here on the recommendation of two friends, who were happy with their refrigerator purchases from Larry’s. The place was scary-​looking – quite down-​at-​the-​heels. I almost did not go in. It smelled very musty inside, and it had an extremely poor selection. I did not look at the refrigerators, but there were only three gas dryers, two of which looked like they were from the 1970s. Larry himself waited on me, and encouraged my interest in the third one. He blandly lied to my face about its age, telling me it was only 3 to 4 years old. I took down the model number, looked it up online and discovered it was at least 17 years old!
