Great dealership with staff that are always there to help you! Cameron was my salesperson and he did a great job at explaining all the features and helping me choose. He gave the extra mile to help us. 10/10 experience.

My Dad purchased his new Kia sedan from them in 2014. May of 2015 we needed a new car, and with a new baby I wanted a safe small SUV. I receive a discount from Ford through my employer and the sales rep at Kia agreed to match it, no questions asked. He even did not try to sell me a single add-​on. He knew our budget and worked well to stay in that range. I was really grateful for the no BS experience. Buying a car stinks since it’s stressful, expensive and usually means dealing with slimy sales guys. I would certainly recommend them to anyone looking for a Kia or a new car. I love my Sportage.

Terrible service dept. They work out of a trailer with service levels that match the white trash nature of trailers. I made a 90k mile service appointment online and they would not service the car for the price offered online. They were «having trouble» with the new online reservation system. The unhelpful rep said the price online was not real. They would only change oil and rotate tires for the price I was quoted online. I said I just bought new tires and don’t need them rotated. He finally offered an oil change for $ 35 and it would «only» take 45 min… I should have known better than to come to the dealership for service. Stay away

I’ve seen the service dept out at lunch at a local bar drinking — more than once. Don’t trust any 5 star ratings as the owners pay people to give them good ratings.

5 stars and I didn’t even end up buying by car here! I emailed the dealerships for a price after a horrifying experience at York Kia in Medford. Tony responded to me promptly and immediately started to work with me in order to match my Medford offer and find a way to work with me over the phone so I didn’t have to drive to Framingham twice.
Something about this place, you can just tell they will take care of you. I ended up buying a car at a dealership closer to home for no other reason than it was a little bit closer and they had the exact color combination I wanted. I would absolutely go back if I was ever in the area.

Great service Department, I have been bring my Cars to get them serviced for a number of years and it only has to be fixed once, because they get it right so far everytime.

Bought my first car there. Everything went smooth, no problems at all, meaning they deserve a positive review. No red carpet and no champagne, but let’s be honest I was buying a cheap used car there, and felt they treated me just like any other customer. I say that in a good way.
Being my first car ever I had lots of questions but they were patient and explained everything I asked.

These guys are always awesome! Really excellent customer service. I don’t have a Kia but I bring in my car for minor work and fix-​it things and they’ve always been fast and wonderful to work with.

I am cross-​posting my review of Midway Motors body shop as it is under the Lev Kia business moniker.
I have not purchased any cars there (it is a Kia/​Isuzu dealership), so I cannot speak of that side of the business. However, back in 2003 my insurance company listed them as a body shop they work with so I chose them as they were local to me. To my great delight, they did an outstanding job on one of my vehicles that had been in an accident and needed some work. Ever since I have used them for all my vehicle body/​paint needs and they have always delivered exceptional results. One thing I have noticed is that they do work on a lot of high end cars like Mercedes, BMW, Lexus, etc and I have witnessed some of their finished work. I am usually very good at spotting body and paint interventions, but their work has been indistinguishable from new. Faded paint matching, blending, lack of paint defects — the guys at Midway Motors are very good at what they do.
Overall, strongly recommend for any body and paint work regardless of if you have a Kia or a Benz.

At the risk of blowing up my new spot:
1. they offer an LA style wash & vacuum for $ 21. FINALLY I have found a place that will actually wash my dog damn car for me
2. Oil changes are normal prices as well. Sweet!
3. They were really super cool, and didn’t try to sell me services I didn’t need or couldn’t afford. They were thorough, patient and ready to discuss the details of my car, the Phantom, in an intelligent way that helped me make tough choices.
I’ll be back!

This is the second time I’ve taken my mom there to purchase a car.
VERY pleasant experience both times.
Great sales — no pressure and no hidden stuff.
Tony was our sales guy both times and Gerry the finance manager was great to deal with.
I took my mom there because she didn’t want to go alone (she’s a widow), but seriously, I would feel fine sending anyone there without a companion! They are great, honest and just good people.

My car goes in for regular maintenance and repair. The best thing about the place is WARREN — he is amazing!!! He is the best service manager I’ve ever came across. Even luxury car dealerships aren’t as lucky as Lev Kia to have high class professionals for working for them.

I got a call from the dealership prior to pick up.
They didn’t need to but they rewrote the sale to reflect a BETTER rebate for March.
This saved me another $ 500, so $ 1000 rebate?

We found ourselves in the market for a car this past month, and immediately knew we would return to Lev Kia after having a fantastic experience there in 2011. We worked with Phil Ohanian again this time (as well as in 2011) and can honestly say he is the reason we returned to Lev without even visiting any other dealerships. He treats you like a friend immediately, puts out a good and fair price the FIRST time, doesn’t hound you for a sale, and is just a genuinely nice guy that you can’t believe is actually a car salesman! After completing our agreement on a 2014 Sedona minivan for me, I sent my husband back the next day to negotiate turning in his leased 2011 Sol a few months early and getting into a 2014 Sorento SUV. He found one on the lot he thought he was happy with, and so we were planning on taking delivery of both vehicles a few days later, when my husband decided that, because he spends so much time in his vehicle every day, he really wanted an optional package that they didn’t have on any of the Sorento’s on the lot in a color he wanted. I went back the following day (third day in a row!) and talked with Phil and Burt (sales manager) about doing a locate for the Sorento with the optional package my husband was looking for, in one of the colors he wanted. They quickly found one that was acceptable and had it arrive at the dealership in time to still do delivery on both cars as planned that week! All of these car buying discussions were conducted with two kids under three years old in tow, mind you, so the fact that we were able to do all of the negotiating and paperwork in a timeframe that worked for us was also a huge plus.
Phil, Burt, and Gerry (finance guy) are a great team, and I highly recommend going to see them at Lev Kia next time you’re in the market for a new car!

Had a great car-​buying experience at Lev Kia. I came armed with my Consumer Reports pricing data, but I never actually had to negotiate a lower price because the incentives Phil presented me with immediately got me to the price I was willing to pay. Phil, our good-​natured sales consultant, has decades of experience and an easygoing style — it was impossible not to like him. He treated my wife and me with respect, kindness and patience at all times. No high-​pressure sales tactics here, and no stress. Communication with Phil was excellent, and even when there was a minor miscommunication, Phil and Burt handled it fairly and professionally, always with the customer’s satisfaction in mind.
Phil mentioned his dealership’s high customer service ranking, and it’s not hard to see why that would be the case — the entire transaction was a pleasure. Both Phil and Burt were accommodating and went out of their way to make sure my wife was happy with her new car, while Gerry (who handled the financing and final paperwork) was efficient and did not waste our time trying to strong-​arm us into extended warranty coverage when he saw we were not interested in it.
I had never heard of Lev Kia before we visited their showroom — my on-​line research on their inventory showed that they happened to have a less common car color my wife preferred and they weren’t located too far away, so we popped in for a visit on our way to a Scion dealership in the same town. Lev Kia was the first and only Kia dealership we ended up visiting, and we never did make it to the Scion dealership because my wife fell in love the Soul she test-​drove. I’m very glad we encountered the good people at Lev Kia — I cannot recommend them highly enough and would buy another car from them in a heartbeat.

I’ll admit upfront that I — like most people — dread buying a car. The negotiating, the secret backroom meetings with managers, numbers scribbled on papers. It’s awful feeling as if the sole purpose of the salesperson is to screw you over. That’s why my experience at Lev Kia was so refreshing. There are a few things you should know:
1. Their employees have been there a long time. I bought a used Jeep from Lev before it began selling Kias and nearly all the staff i dealt with more than 3 years ago was the same. It shows they treat their employees right and that extends to customers as well. The sales person i first met even proactively found the rep who sold me my jeep as I was his customer. He didn’t attempt to poach. Nice teamwork.
2. There were no backroom meetings. The managers sit on the showroom floor and are accessible to all. If you have a question you can ask. If they run numbers on a vehicle you can be there as they do it. It eliminates the sense that they are trying to get one over on you.
3. They were upfront about my trade in. They reviewed my car, drove it, and gave me a price for it. They didn’t make me wait until I was done negotiating a price for my new car and then spring a lowball offer on me. I knew right away what they would give me and could go into the negotiations with full information.
4. They were incredibly helpful and thoughtful. My sales rep, Phil was helping another customer when I arrived and he was available intermittently but I told them I would come back later when he was free. When I returned he apologized for being busy (not his fault) then he gave me keys to the car I wanted to test drive and told me he would run all the numbers while i was away so when I returned we could discuss a deal. When I returned all the paperwork was in order.
5. They were flexible. Despite agreeing on a vehicle I decided I wanted to make a change the next day (a few days before I was going to pick up the new car) they were accommodating to the extreme. Phil even came in on his day off to locate the vehicle I wanted and we negotiated on a final price via e-​mail.
Overall, there staff is knowledge. They treated me fairly. They gave me a good price on the vehicle lease right from the get go. They informed me of the various incentives without me having to ask. Overall, it was really a good experience. This is the second car I bought from this dealer and I’m sure it won’t be the last. Could i have gotten a better deal if I had been a more ardent negotiator? Perhaps but it would have been minimal because they were very aggressive on price right from the start. I liked that.
So, if you want to be treated respectfully, to not play games and have sales people whisper silly comments like «I’m on your side — don’t tell my boss», and get a good price this is the place to go. My car deal was done in less than an hour and I feel like I got a great deal.

I bought a rare used car from Kia of Framingham all the way from San Diego, CA. Nai helped make the transaction as painless as possible, and my car arrived three days early! Could not be happier with the service and responsiveness of these guys. I wouldn’t hesitate to buy from Kia of Framingham again.

I’ve been there last week, and the experience has been the worst ! The salesman probably from Asia did not know what salesmanship is about. I almost bought KIA Forte from another dealer, but thinking that I should buy Kia Optima, I had come to this place.
Well, it turns out that he really pissed us off. I always intentionally pretend that I am not interested in buying a car, and I observe the reaction from a salesperson. Well, he doesn’t speak clearly, listens clearly, and I assume that he thought that I was not interested in buying a car, so he did not seem to care about trying to sell the car with courtesy. To make the situation worse, he didn’t dress up properly and he even seemed rude.
To keep the communication going, when I mentioned communicating by email, he said in a rude manner like ‘i don’t know ur email’, and then a long pause. So I had no reason to communicate with this dealer anymore, and I’m checking out other branches. Please know that customers buy from a salesperson who doesn’t give up and keep the politeness and courtesy.
I know not all salesman over there are not like that, but it only takes one, single bad experience to get the overall impression.

I purchased a Kia Sorento and had a very good experience with the purchase. The deal was quick and easy. Salesman was very knowledgeable about the car. I like the car very much. A trues test of a dealership is the service you receive after. My first time back was because of a low tire pressure light. Seems to be common when the weather gets cold the first time. Service department explained the light and quickly put air in all the tires. No problems since. Unfortunately somebody ran in to my car as it was stopped at a red light. I needed to visit the body shop. I received quick and efficient service. In two days they repaired the bumper and had service perform my first oil change. The dealership conveniently has on site rentals. The rental process took 5 minutes as apposed to getting picked up to go to Enterprise that typically takes up to a ½ hour.
When I picked up the car it was inside and all cleaned. Lev Kia performed service at a level that all business should strive for including mine.

These guys are amazing.
A few weeks ago, my car was hit by a Dodge Ram. Based on recommendations, I took my car to Lev Kia to get bodywork repair — and I was very happy with the results! The Lev Kia team were communicative (kept me in the loop as to what was going on between car parts & insurance), took care of the car rental business, and last by certainly not least, did one helluva job on the body work. It was as if an artist remolded everything by hand. My car looks brand spanking new, and I can’t thank the Lev Kia team enough. As someone who is pretty enthusiastic about her BMW, it’s good to know that my car was in good hands.
I HIGHLY recommend their service for future body repair.

My experience with this dealership is nothing short of amazing. I had been researching the Kia Soul and visited a few other local dealers and got sticker shock from what I saw and heard.
When I contacted Lev via Edmunds on-​line dealer quote service, I received a call from Ken. I told him what I was looking for and he listened. He called me back with a quote that I found too good to be true, but, in fact, it was true and he was so professional and knowledgeable about all the incentives that Kia had to offer its buyers that I quickly drove out to Framingham to ensure that I understood everything. We met with Ken, test drove the car and everything he told me on the phone was true. The deal was true and we were amazed at the effortlessness of the transaction. We got a more than fair trade-​in value on our car and I want to thank Ken for his hard work and honesty in putting this deal together. It really was a pleasure to work with Lev and I think we were lucky to have had Ken respond to our internet query.
