I wish I could give a zero star. This has to be the worst McDonald’s in Mass, or even in the world. They close at random times at night, leave all there lights on and let customers sit there expecting them to be open. If you are closed, turn the light in the drive thru off!!! I have gotten plastic in my food!!! Worst place ever, I think after tonight, Even though I work overnight and it’s the only place open, I would rather starve. Worst service ever!!!

Lately since the arrival of Chic Filet next door it’s been a crap shoot in the early evening when they will lock up the dining room and force you to use the drive through. They constantly forget something in the order so I really don’t like using it as I can’t check my order as easily .The help are all on their cell phones even have their ear buds in on the register. They don’t fill the large fries up all the way(including the manager) so I feel gypped for ordering them, and could they get rid of that old militant women who works breakfast who pisses off the customers with her attitude.

Came in for breakfast this morning. There was an older lady at the register who was so rude and so not nice. Didn’t listen to my order and appeared annoyed when I asked her to fix it. Rude rude rude

Came in for a medium iced coffee. Waited for over 7 minutes, which really isn’t a lot of time in a grand scheme of thing and I would not complained had I not witnessed 8 other customers who ordered after me getting their orders while I waited. The straw that broke the camel’s back was when a guy who were 5 customers after me got his 2 large iced coffee while mine was nowhere in sight. And worse was when the incompetent«worker» laughed when I asked ‘where is my order?’ The fact she felt it was funny was enough to make me write this review. It is useless to speak with a manager at this location, they are inept. I would have provided my feedback to their website but of course this«worker» didn’t provide me with a receipt. Horrible experience Too bad I don’t have a middle finger emoji or I would have used it.

I had to ask them to put fries in my fries, they only filled it about a quarter of the way, and my husbands’ blueberry smoothie was only filled three quarters of the way. At that point we just wanted to get out. We are sick of «the rolling of the eyes» when we ask them to do their jobs. Just get it right.

While this McDonalds is much better than it’s brother on Route 9, it still holds it’s unredeeming qualities. I’m sure everyone and their mother has complained about the impractical, elementary school level drive thru design. I think everyones first thoughts after seeing two lanes must have been something along the lines of «Who the fuck designed this?» or «How the fuck does this even work?». Everyone expected this to turn out to be convenient, despite it’s strangeness, but it never became that. To this day, it’s still stupid, it’s still the work of some undergraduate, unlicensed architect. Half the time they get the orders mixed up, something they should have considered before even planning this mess. Recently, me and a few friends came into the establishment to eat in. We ordered fine, there was a little wait despite being the only ones there, but it was alright. We sat down to eat around 9:30 pm, and we must have beat the croud because right then, 20 more people must have shown up. The funny thing is that we originally went inside because of the 20+ cars in the drive-thru(s), so the kitchen was already busy. All of the sudden, I look up because I heard the manager woman screaming«HOWDOTHEYKEEPGETTINGIN? I LOCKEDTHEDOORS». I guess this management likes to make their work easy and locks their doors 5 hours before they close. But what kept this fiasco running was that these kids were banging on the glass trying to get in. It felt like a scene from the Walking Dead, so many people were trying to get in. So these kids just kept opening the door for their friends, and the manager was about to explode because it was just her and one worker in the kitchen for some reason. Just the other day, my friend ordered her food, and I was up next. However, I ended up waiting 10 minutes to order one ice cream cone because after my friend ordered, the manager told the only cashier to finish the orders that were already backed up, and then yelled in a loud booming voice, «THAT’S ANORDER» like he was a drill sergeant trying to relive his younger years. Management here seems to mirror the McDonalds on Route 9 in terms of laziness. Every night the manager ends up having to do all the grunt work because the normal workers aren’t competent enough to do simple work.

I hate the redisign. The parkinglot layout with the directional arrows is confusing to hoopleheads who are always in a hurry to get thier fix. The interior is worse. I hardly ever get anything but breakfast and coffee. The service is usually really good no complaints. Sometimes my food comes out so fast the dude is holding my bag out the window before I even get my change! There is an older lady who is the morning manager(short grey hair) who is always supernice and saying hello. She remembers what car I drive :) MCGriddle sandwich #9 combo with a large coffee is yum. also try the strawberry creamcheese pies. Breakfast is always hot and fresh.

My favorite mcdonalds by far. aside from it being busy all the time they are all very good at their jobs. food is almost always hot and they are quick about making it as well as have a fast drive thru.

I don’t go here often, but they have gotten my order completely wrong 4 out of my last 4 visits. Each time, when I approached the manager about it, they are always«very sorry» but nothing ever changes and nothing is ever done to fix the situation. I was given a couple of coupons for free sandwiches one time, but I don’t want free food — I just want my food fixed the way it was ordered. Today’s visit was likely my last — I don’t have the time to keep going back to(try) to have things fixed, or to keep calling and wait on hold to talk to a manger who then does nothing at all. There are at least a dozen other places to eat within easy drive, so they will be getting my business from now on.

This is McDonald’s. It’s better than the one one on Route 9. But they need to have Gatorade on their menu. This is a staple in most mcdanks in the rest of the country. Up your fast food game. This is embarrassing.

This is not a rant against McDonald’s in general; clearly, they serve a purpose. This location is open 24 hours and has a new facility with a large drive-through. The problem is that they ALWAYS get the order wrong. If you order anything out of the ordinary – for example, with no cheese, it will arrive with cheese. The staff represents a case study in ineptitude.

fast food is definietly not the way to go bad for you but cheap the few times I have gone to this McD’s in the last 3 or 4 years it is usually through the driv through 50% of the time they mess up my order also the drive through lane set up is bad on how you have to drive all the way around builing poor set up and I have noticed others on Unilocal complain about that as well

I still swing by and hit the drive through with the kids from time to time. Some how I forget every time I show up that I can’t go through the drive through without driving all the way around the building. This just bugs me. Single stream entry. By the time the year comes that I remember they will either renovate it again or it will be something else. They now have a few parking spaces to park just beyond the pick up window. This is hand for when you need to wait for an order or if they happened to forget something. I ordered fries without salt and they made them up fresh so I parked in the spot and someone brought them out in just a few shakes.

I’ve heard a lot about«McDonald’s» and thought I’d give it a shot. Apparently there’s a «Drive-Through» so you can order from your car, but I decided to utilize the dining room. First problem, the waitress was NOWHERE to be found. Waited at my booth for nearly half an hour before complaining to the manager, who took my order on the spot. I ordered a Quarter Pound Cheeseburger Medium Rare and a Large Fries(Which I understand they’re known for) with a glass of wine. Apparently McDonald’s does NOT offer wine. When I asked if it was a BYOB establishment, the staff just looked at me perplexed and suggested a «Coca-Cola Classic», to which I accepted. I don’t know what sick joke they were playing, the cup on my tray contained absolutely NOCOLA of any kind. Not even ice! Just angrily took my food back to my table, I had half a bottle of Life Water in my cargo shorts anyways. My burger was slightly overcooked. A medium rare burger should have a slightly cool, pink center. An establishment that SUPPOSEDLY specializes in burgers should know this… I would have given this restaurant one star if it wasn’t for the AMAZING ‘French’ Fries. I’m so glad I discovered this hidden jewel. They were perfectly hot and salted. Hopefully they run with this recipe, they could really have something big. All in all it was a ‘unique’ experience to say the least, but I’m glad I tried it. It’s so silly to think that I once thought that reviewing McDonald’s was a COLOSSAL waste of time…

Now, this two star review is with the understanding that it’s McDonald’s and the food is horrible. I kind of like the Fried Chicken Sandwich, and they mix Coke better than most fast food chains. But a normal McDonald’s would be a 1 star(or less… I’ve eaten at some lousy MickeyD’s). But I want to recognize the fact that this McDonald’s really is very efficient. Seriously, they’re fast. Even during rush/dinner hour, when I only have 30 minutes to get something warm to eat before I have to be somewhere else the drive-up here is quick and has never gotten my order wrong. I guess I’m saying that as far as McDonald’s goes, I find myself respecting the professionalism of this one.
