HORRIBLE. Didn’t answer their phone or texts after several messages, when I finally reached them they gave me only one time I could chose using a Living Social voucher, when I tried to change it they never called me back. I wasted money getting a voucher that will never be used. And they are not smart enough to take off the « Unilocal» link on their web site, which links to all these bad reviews. Don’t waste your time.

Do not use this company. Took three months to get an appointment and they never showed up. I’ve tried calling, but no one answers the phone.

It’s too bad — I really tried to give this company the benefit of the doubt, but the warnings you are seeing here are spot on. I had a Voucher for 2 apartment cleanings, and it took forever to schedule the first one (lots of unreturned phone calls before they finally responded). First they tried to schedule 2 months from the date we spoke — who wants to wait 2 months before a cleaner comes? I was on a wait list and got a call for a date about 3 weeks away, so I accepted it.
They arrived on time, and did a fairly thorough cleaning; however, after one hour they were ready to leave. I told her the voucher was for 2 visits with 2 hours of cleaning, and Martha responded that she didn’t have quarters for the meter (I live in Boston, and since the voucher was for the Boston area you’d think they would be prepared). It wasn’t a big deal, so I told her I’d feed the meter so the place got the proper cleaning. BTW, I am a neat-​freak and my place is spotless anyway, but what I wanted was the attention to detail that a cleaning service should provide. They left after 1.5 hours, but that was fine since it was overall a good job of cleaning.
We made plans for the 2^nd vist 2 weeks following, and I sent a text as a reminder. The day of the visit, I got a call one hour AFTER the cleaning was to begin, that their car broke down on the way and they would need to reschedule. After multiple texts and phone messages, I never got a reply. So if you have a voucher of any kind, you will probably at best get only one of the two cleanings, and never get a call back (if you can even manage to get them to show up once).
This is a shame, because they seem like a couple who started a business without any real plan to live up to what they are offering in terms of the voucher deals. Their service was fine once they showed up, but it is like pulling teeth to try to schedule a time, and even once that happens you cannot count on it. I hope that if they manage to get permanent clients that they will prove more reliable, but even with a Discount Voucher I cannot recommend them. House cleaning is a service where you depend on punctuality and reliability, and they clearly are not providing either one. I wish them well in that it is hard to start a business, but you need to live up to what you promise or your reputation can be irreparably damaged.

AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL!!! Do not hire this company to clean your house. I bought a Living Social Deal House Cleaning voucher and it took forever to schedule a house cleaning and then when I finally scheduled a date no one showed up at my house. Not to mention the voucher expires 3 days later and now the phone line is disconnected. Does anyone know if this company is a scam?

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! First, you will lose your mind trying to schedule a cleaning. It took 6 calls over 2 months to actually get a call back. The cleaning was then scheduled for 4 days before Easter, when I was having 20 people over for the holiday. Martha assured me that cleaners would be at the house before 1pm. When no one had showed by 2pm, I called. Then, I called back again and again. I have STILL not received a return phone call or an explanation why no one ever showed up.
This is no way to run a business. I don’t care how good they are at cleaning, if they cannot simply return a phone call from a customer or call to explain why they will not show up as scheduled, they are useless. Don’t buy the groupon/​livingsocial/​yelp voucher. It is just not worth the time and aggravation in using this unprofessional cleaning service.

They cancelled twice on me and then showed up 5 hours late to clean my house. They were rude and unprofessional. Beware of this company!

Bought a Groupon and tried booking an appointment via the website. After more than a week, never heard back. Called, listened to hold music for 20 minutes, and was told I would have to call back at night. When I asked why I would have to wait 20 mins just to have to call back the woman replied «What do you want me to do? I’m cleaning right now and don’t have my book.»
Don’t waste your time and money!

I confirmed twice with these cleaners for a 9:00am appt. on Christmas Eve Day. I was having 16 people at my home at noon and they sent me a text at 9:00am that morning to let me know they had a «rental» emergency the night before and that they couldn’t come to clean until noon. Unfortunately for me, I was left to do the cleaning my self and never experienced their cleaning services. So if you need them to clean on a certain day for a certain occasion, I wouldn’t depend on them.
