I am giving two star cos I would need the review to be posted. The store has one rep on a Sunday afternoon when all the other carriers are flooded with reps. The rep was assisting somebody when we walked in and continued to do so. After about 10 minutes the guy was still not around to help us, ask us anything. And suddenly pops a question, are you guys done? From the cash register. How would we be done if nobody assisted us. After waiting for the guy to come around for nearly 25 minutes we decided to walk out of the store and value our time. So not worth even taking a look at the store. The rep definitely needs more training.

Nightmare!!! Quality of staff at this store is absolutely the worst. They quoted to me wrong price for phones, so please if you absolutely must go review pricing online first. Also trading in my Sprint iPhone they told me that there was no value, while I found out after coming home and trying it on that there was $ 60 value. They are either incompetent or too lazy to tell the truth and cannot be bothered.

–Mark misrepresented the new contract we signed when we got a new phone for my husband. He told us we could remove the data plan from our«free tablet» whenever we wanted, but we had to sign up for it at the time. He withheld the fact that there would be an expensive early termination fee if we removed the data plan. — When my phone’s screen cracked, I received a replacement phone that was defective. I brought it to the store and the manager proceeded to spend literally 35 minutes playing with it to try make it work. Waste of time. –When I confronted Mark about his misrepresentation of the tablet plan, saying that we «can’t remove the date plan,» he snapped at me saying, «I never told you you COULDN’T.» and huffily walked away. — The employees can’t do much to change anything on your plan — you have to actually call Sprint yourself. — I asked about my high bill, they said I was getting the best deal. When I called Sprint, the rep IMMEDIATELY said he could save me over $ 100 on my monthly bill. — VERY unhappy with this place.

This store is awful! The sales people are sooooooooo pushy! My husband and I went in to upgrade our phones, tried a couple out and went to check out. They asked me 4 different times if I wanted the protection plan after I said no. Then they said, since you aren’t getting a protection plan, you need to get a case. I told them no thanks, I’d pick one up later. They then informed me AGAIN that I needed to buy it since I wasn’t buying the protection plan. At that point, we just walked out. If I say no, don’t push things on me and tell me I NEED them. At least I know the phones we want now and will either order online or go to the Sprint Store in the Solomon Pond Mall in Marlborough because those sales people are really nice and helpful and aren’t pushy.

I live in Newton and for my Sprint needs, I usually went to the Brookline location. However, it gets really crowded and I have to pay for parking, so more recently I began going to the Framingham location. The last time we went, my husband and I made an appointment online in hopes that we wouldn’t have to wait too long. We got there 5 minutes before our appointment and our name was next in the queue. However, the employee working there took some woman ahead of us and then proceeded to flirt with her for TWENTYMINUTES while we stood there waiting. I finally decided to go right up to the desk and wait, and finally the employee completed whatever phone exchanged they were trying to do. We specifically made an appointment to avoid a wait. I understand a brief wait if it’s crowded(which it wasn’t) but I don’t understand waiting for 20 minutes to hear some awkward small talk between a store employee and a girl. I’ll be going back to Brookline. Customer service is much better there, even if it does get more crowded. Further, the employee flat out lied to us. On his computer screen, it said that my husband’s replacement phone was on backorder, he mumbled, «Oh, that’s not good,» and then looked up at my husband and said, «Your replacement phone will arrive by noon tomorrow.» Guess what? It won’t be here for another week. Despicable. The only reason they get two stars instead of one is that my previous experience there was passable, but I’m still considering leaving Sprint.

Let me just say I love this Sprint Location! Not only is it convient to get to, it has some of the nicest associates. I work retail, so let me just say that it is really difficult to find good customer service. I went into this location with a broken blackberry, expecting to be told to buy a new one, instead they fixed it for me and did not charge me a dime! I will continue to stay with Sprint as long as they have excellent people working for them.

As much as it pains me to write a bad review, this needs to be done. The Sprint store in Framingham has always been sub-par. I was hoping that the move just down Rte 9 to a better location might also mean better service. How wrong I was. Now that it is easier to find, the place is mobbed at all hours. Customer service has improved in general, mainly online and on the phone. This store could use more help or better management and scheduling. Many times I asked the«expert» behind the desk if I had the best plan for my usage pattern, and never received any constructive help. In frustration I finally went to Best Buy for a phone upgrade. The salesperson not only had my new phone active before I left, but switched me to a plan that covered all my need at half the price of the old plan. Full disclosure: I have five lines with Sprint, for myself and my family around the country. The phones and coverage rate 4 stars … this is only a review of the Framingham location.
