The eye dr. Dr Yuen is great. She is very detail oriented. She takes her time to listen to your concerens and answer all of your questions. İ had the best eye exam of my life.
The other stuff is very helpful and friendly.

Absolutely love Target Optical! Everyone there is extremely helpful at the Framingham store and a pleasure to go see. Always on time and we have never had any issues with the RX’s. Orders are super quick too! Lots of variety to choose from. Great Job! Customer service is beyond exceptional here.

I have been going here for years. I went a few weeks ago and they couldn’t find any of my paperwork or prescriptions, OK a little disappointing but I was getting an eye exam anyway. I had put the exam on the FSA account and and they need an itemized receipt, my fault for not asking for one. I called on Friday and Sunday the Doctor called me back and said she would leave it for me at the front on Monday. I showed up on Monday to pick it up and the front knew nothing about it because «they don’t work with the doctor» and the doctor was in with a patient. I had an appointment and had to go. After my appointment I came back the Manager David was extremely rude and took quite the tone with me he told me «Knock on the Doctors door» and once again that they don’t work with her. I waited and got my receipt. What terrible customer service. That’s the last time my husband or I come here

The service here is off the charts! Not only are they open really convinient hours — till 8 on weeknights… they are sooo helpful and friendly and help you figure out annoying eye insurance and how to get the most of your benefits.
The eye doc is really honest and nice too. The glasses selection is not amazing but they will order a frame from anywhere and their prices are much better than other eye places
