This place is by and far my favorite B&M vape shop. The staff is beyond helpful and friendly. Their knowledge of products is flawless and they take the time to listen to you to tailor suggestions for you.

I was originally going to purchase a vaporizer from the shop down the street (Digital Cloudz Vape) but, after a horrible experience, decided to bring my business elsewhere even if it meant a long drive. IT WAS WORTH IT!
I felt completely comfortable being a newbie to vaping and was welcomed with open arms and a lot of fun. The guys running this place were excited about what they sell, were so informed, and their patience with me was fantastic. They sold me an amazing vaporizer, hooked me up with the best e-​juice i’ve had (Time Bomb — TNT), and gave me 10% off for liking their FB and another discount off e-juice…it was Two for Tuesday. I think it was buy one, get one 20% off. The prices were pretty standard in comparison to other shops in the area but they discounts are what sets them apart (and the people). I will definitely be coming back to these guys.

I walked in the store without knowing too much knowledge of vaping. my Intentions was to quit smoking and the girl behing the counter (Emily i belive her name was) was extreamy helpfull and knew her stuff. She steered me in the right direction to fit my vaping needs, not trying to upsale me of sell me things that i did not want or need (huge plus in my book). i diddnt feel pressured or rushed to make my descison. i ended up with the vape lovers kit and LOVE it! she ended up taking the time to brake it all down for me and give me a run thru on how it works as well! The other person working was like a master chef with flavors! I had no idea what kind of juice i should be getting. I told him what i liked as far as a profile of flavors (sweet, custard) and he had the perfect juice every time! shout out to Emily and the juice man def my new fav and only vape shop will be recomding to all my vape friends!!!

I am copying part of a review I posted to the Norwood location because a particular employee works at both locations.
First though I would like to say they do have a large of selection of high quality juice at average prices. All of the employees except one, are knowledgeable, courteous, and helpful. They lost a star from me because their prices for hardware is way too expensive.
They lost another star from me because of the young girl who works their. She absolutely has no idea how to treat customers. She acts like a pretentious snob. She doesn’t give two shits about making customers feel comfortable in the shop. She acts like I am a burden when I come in and want to spend money but have some questions. Last time I went in when she was working. (Norwood location) She was in the small back office, when I walked in, she told me she would be with me «in a minute.» I waited about ten minutes while I could see her texting and smoking her vape behind the desk (which is illegal in Norwood). She only came to the front desk because I had to ask her again for her help.
I know she works at the Norwood location as well and has the same attitude their, me and all my friends have noticed this.
OWNER! You need to get rid of this chick. She is destroying your reputation!

VERY friendly and knowledgeable employee. I went in there looking to start vaping after having done some research online, and the gentleman pointed out a starter kit, and offered me to try all the flavors I wanted. He explained the process, and differences between a $ 30 kit, and a $ 50 battery +Tank. I learned A LOT going there versus all the overwhelming information online
They have a good selection of flavors, and they are all up for sample. I personally vape at 0mg, so having most flavors at 6mg to 12mg doesn’t make sense to me, especially because you can’t vape indoors in a Framingham business. Not worth a star off though as it is a very unique personal preference. Great business for a first time user.

I frequent this store quite often, and I felt that it deserved a good review for the constant great service I receive. Usually when I go in Justin is working, (maybe the «teenager» the person probably from a bitter neighboring Vape store wrote below) and he spends almost an hour with me every time answering any question I have and last time I was there he spent 30 minutes making a coil for me. I was really blown away by the consideration of the employees in this establishment. The whole Vape Daddy’s team is great, especially Justin, Dave and Stacy. Justin’s actually the reason I started vaping, he convinced me to get off of cigs and I haven’t been back since. I started small at the starter kit, and now I’m on a mechanical mod and I know everything I need to know thanks to Vape Daddy’s. Thanks Justin for changing my life! You’re the best, man.

Vape Daddy’s is amazing. My boyfriend and I come here all the time. Vape Daddy himself is super awesome and is eager to make us happy. We will order items and they will be in a couple days later. I even asked about a fall flavor and he went and found one for me! Thanks Vape Daddys!

Vape Daddies is the BEST vape shop in the Newton/​Watertown/​Waltham area. There are a few other shops around but none with the amazing customer service and selection you receive at Vape Daddies. They are adding new oils and hardware constantly, the staff is knowledgable and friendly. They fast become like a little family.
