Worst customer service ever experienced. Manger on duty Angela has no idea of customer service. I purchased $ 30 in food for my family pay for it and when I pull up to the next window for food, she says we are just waiting on your fries and nuggets please pull up and it will be right out. I wait 5 minutes finally it comes out. All is Great no problem. Get home and no French fries in bag which is what I’m asked to wait 5 min for. I call and ask to speak to a manager. Angela answers who is the manager and says ok do you want to come back for them. No sorry no nothing. Like its no big deal. At this point my kids are already eating there burgers and she says well bring the food back in and I will remake the order. Really? I’m supposed to re bag all this food when my kids are eating and bring it back in for you to just throw away anyhow. Just another inconvenience for me to deal with. Mc Donald’s employees want to earn $ 15 a hour and can’t even get French fries in a bag correctly. What a joke this place is and what terrible management. Learn how to treat your customers. The store manager Sandy will be getting a phone call from me tomorrow as well when she is in. Also corporate offices. You don’t mess up on a customers order and tell them that there wrong. You don’t make it no big deal that I have to get back in my car and drive there once again to pickup something that I should have had to begin with. I feel more bad for the owner of this store that puts his trust in his employees to do the right thing, while they tarnish his business. I personally own 3 businesses in Frankfort and would never treat a customer this way. I will not be going back to this location and would rather drive 5 miles away to a store that is not affiliated with this group of people.

The fastest McDonald’s I have ever been to. They always get your order right and they usually have a smile. It is the only McDonald’s that could have eight cars in the drive-​through and I will still pull up. That’s how fast they are.

It’s a typical mcdonald’s that’s all you can really say. They give you the right order most the time here compared to the rest. If you just go in and tell them when it’s wrong they’ll get you now food in a good amount of time though and be apologetic.

I know. Its Mcdonalds. If you go through the drive thru, you have a 50 – 50 chance of this place messing up the order. We just went thru the drive thru and my daughter got hot cakes and sausage. They served it with the sausage hanging out of the side of the sealed package. The order was correct this time. One time our order was so screwed up that I have called to get my money back. They did and were apologetic.

This is the WORST McDonalds in our area. This morning I ordered a blueberry oatmeal and also ordered a side salad and ice tea for lunch. I asked for no ice and extra lemons. I got a mcmuffin (instead of an oatmeal) and my ice tea had ice and no lemons. How does mcmuffin sound like blueberry oatmeal? I called and the manager was not helpful at all. This is not the first time, it’s almost every time. I wish I could rate it NO STARS, but it wont let me.
