This place isn’t bad for a quick, pretty cheap pizza buffet. It’s much better than Cici’s and has a decent variety of what seems to be fresh and decent quality pizza. Everything isn’t labeled so you have to guess a little what’s what. They also have some desserts and soup & salad. Service is really friendly and I’d come back here if I was in town and needed a quick and filling meal.

Came in here for the dinner buffet while in town for professional certification classes. The place was clean, with very friendly and attentive servers. The hostess was a little less attentive and I had to wait a couple minutes to be seated when I arrived, and another couple minutes to pay when I left even though the place was empty. The pizza was OK. Nothing spectacular, but for a $ 7.50 buffet it was about what I expected. Mac and cheese was nice and creamy. Spaghetti Alfredo was good too. The desserts definitely satisfied the sweet tooth. I’m not sure what all it was since it wasn’t labeled. All in all I’d call this a good spot for stuffing your face with carbs at a great price.

Worst pizza I’ve ever had I thought cici’s was bad but this place was even worse. Sauce was awful tasted awful like old jar of spaghetti sauce almost all pizzas were over cooked and burnt crust was so thin it was like potato chips breaking in my mouth the supposed 12 different variety choices were dreadful looked unappetizing and what choices were edible never were restocked I literally watched 2 employees take all the pepperoni and cheese in front of my eyes my daughter is super picky won’t eat anything but cheese so she couldn’t eat anything except for cheese bread while we were there they never restocked pizzas saw a piece of each stromboli never was restocked salad bar was mehh at best the food is way overpriced for what we received were lied to about the prices over the phone only to find out when we’re checking out and the price sign is in front and back were you check out so I don’t know how an employee can mess that up interior look old decrepit and run down. Tried to to take my daughter to the arcade room and every game was out of order except for the quarter machines worst pizza I’ve ever had worst buffet over ever bad don’t waste your time go the extra mile for gatti town or hell even cici’s in Lexington if your planning on going to pizza inn save your money and go eat out of the garbage its free and there’s no difference

My family loves Pizza Inn! We order delivery more than fine in, but it’s great either way. Delivery and pick up is always timely and the pizza has a unique flavor that we all enjoy. The service is great and the owners are so friendly.

Every time I come to Pizza Inn, I am always happy. They have a nice salad bar, always two soups to pick from, pasta bar and of course a pizza buffet. They keep about 12 different types of pizza on the buffet and will make any request you have. I love the pizza but the crust could use improvement. It is one of the better pizza buffets I have been to. There are 5 different dessert pizzas to pick from as well. State employees get a discount.

One of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. I ordered my usual thin crust extra cheese only medium pizza online and received an Italian crust with beef and green olives – not what I ordered. I called, requested my money back and was informed by the owner, Martin M., that I ordered wrong and he wouldn’t give me my money back. I went down to Pizza Inn with my receipt that details what I ordered(not what I received), along with the erroneous pizza, thinking by seeing the receipt he would understand the error to the order wasn’t my fault. Instead, he told me to leave the premises and then called the police because I was«trespassing» and was not allowed on «his property» ever again. When the police arrived, he attempted to press charges for my said«trespassing», which the police refused. I didn’t get an apology nor my money back. Yes, there’s video #epicfail #pizzainn on facebook and it’s public. This is a shame really, because the pizza isn’t bad and it’s locally owned.

We loved the Pizza Inn, the buffet had a lot of choices including about 10 pizzas and 4 dessert pizzas plus Stromboli, breadsticks, wings and salad and pasta! The service was great, very relaxed atmosphere. We’ll be back!

The few times that I’ve been here have always been good. The buffet is always well stocked with salad, wings, pasta and of course pizza. The best part is, not only is there always plenty of pizza, its always really good. They have classics, like pepperoni, but the they have oddball ones as well, like a taco pizza and I am guessing a loaded potato pizza. I really like the thinner crust on their pizzas and the wings really hit the spot on the night we went. The dinning room was cleaned, staff friendly and service great.

This is our last night of vacation and we didn’t feel like going out to eat. I was told that Kentucky is not known for its pizzas. This comes from a friend that moved to Columbia, Kentucky. When you grow up with the variety of pizza in the Chicago area, you tastes are biased by that. However, we have found that Papa Johns pizzas are pretty decent and consistent wherever you travel. Well, while asking the frond desk for some information about locations that deliver, someone that works at the motel mentioned that they prefer Pizza Inn. So, we tried Pizza Inn. One large cheese, sausage, mushroom and pepperoni later, we are satisfied that we made the right choice. The pizza was delivered within an hour. Luckily, the price was better that we expected because the restaurant was running some kind of special. THe pizza was hot, not soggy, covered with a goodly amount of toppings and, most important, tasted pretty darn good. I would say thiat is a nice way to end a vacations dinner-time meals.
