Friendly until you try to return something. Wasn’t aware of their due bill policy and was given attitude when I asked for an exception since it was my first visit to their store and hadn’t been informed of their atypical policy. They did make an exception and return my $, but I received multiple snarky remarks during the process. It’s fine to make me aware of the policy, but there is no need to be condescending and rude to me. I will not be returning to Selberts.
