My Ulta of choice. Living in Georgetown but working in Frankfort it’s always a delightful and positive experience when I go in. The staff is always helpful and they always have the products I need/​want in stock. You can’t beat their promos and I may pay a dollar or more more on some me items but it beats going to walmart for even the simplest of necessities.

I went in looking for a couple specific things and I couldn’t seem to find them. (This isn’t my usual ulta) I attempted to get a couple peoples attention to no avail. I ended up putting the one thing back I could find. I left without anyone acknowledging me. Terrible service.

Horrible costumer service. During my last visit it took 15 minutes before someone ask me if I needed help. Meanwhile the sales associate working the floor was busy fixing her makeup. Costumer service does not compare to Sephora!

Walked in for a blow out and walked out a flat, frizzy mess. Hint to the stylist: don’t ever blow dry on high.

Great addition to Frankfort/​Central KY! Ulta isn’t quite Sephora but for the sake of this review I’m giving 4 of 5 stars comparing this Ulta location to Sephora competitors. I’ve visited this Ulta location multiple times and have always been satisfied with the customer service and knowledge of products.
Ulta doesn’t seem to carry as many higher end brands as Sephora (such as Trish McEvoy) but Ulta carries a diverse collection of make up, skin care lines, fragrances, hair products and hair salon/​waxing services. … I’ve not seen these services at Sephora but they may be offered.
