Customer service here is non-​existent. Before giving them my credit card, they will bend over backward for their customer, but once they charge your card they will stop picking up your phone call. In general, almost all the sales teams including the manager has a very arrogant attitude. We order a custom kitchen cabinet through them and it takes them approximately 2 wks to get a purchase order from them. Every time I call my sales man with questions and order status concerning my kitchen cabinets, he was NEVER available. Whenever I leave a message in his voicemail he never calls me back. The store is always empty even on the weekend, but the manager is always with a customer whenever we call. I wonder why? It took us 1 month to get our cabinet and also they screwed up the sizing on one of our cabinet. They also tried to push blame on their customer. When we tried to ask them to see if they can get us another cabinet expedited since they screwed up the cabinet. They said it will take another month to get one cabinet. On top of this, the kitchen cabinet handles takes another month to order and we were not inform about this in the beginning. The handles are readily available at home depot. Think twice before buying from them. Take your business elsewhere such as lowes and home depot. You will get treated poorly when you spent $ 5000+ from this place.
