Terrible experience dealing with this dealer! Spoke with the online salesperson, confirmed the prices listed online, and decided to drive down from Boston to check out a couple of cars that I liked.
Turns out that the actual prices are $ 1999 on top of the listed prices, plus another $ 1000 if you are not financing. Very sleazy! Avoid! These guys are scammers and should not be in business.
I will report this place to the BBB. Please do the same if you’ve had a similar experience.

I spoke to Debra 4 times. Nothing she said was true. On any car they advertise, there is $ 3000-​$ 10,000 addition!!! depends how you look I guess. NO MATTER WHAT THEY SAY ON THE PHONE, THEY LIE!
I wasted half a day driving there through traffic just to meet these incompetent people who try to act like big shots. They have fancy cars that the bank owns, they probably don’t own a car on that small lot of theirs. When I confronted the owner he said: you know what, just leave. Ha! hard to be faced with the truth isn’t it.

friendly customer service is what brought me back to this dealership. from the salesman edgar, to debra on the phone, and to the manager gus. there cars sell themselves, i came in for a 09 is250 black on black with navi (very hard to find) and i didnt even have to test drive the car. the cars they buy are very clean and i really wanted them to earn my business. i believe in small business and i would definately reccommend these guys to anyone looking for a clean used car. A+!!!
