My better half knew, I wanted to get in shape for a future beach trip, so he bought me 12 sessions with Patty. I would consider myself to be in decent shape, not overly overweight but needed toning. She did a general assessment, gave me an overall review and asked for my health goals. Along with a detailed week to week schedule of exercises, she also gave me a nutrition plan! Which unlike most women, my problem was/is not the consumption of food but the lack of! I prioritize everything but eating, but working with Patty I was able to go from my 1 ½ meals a day to 5 minimum! That alone was a feat. I reached most of my goals by the end of our sessions, became toned and on a healthy schedule.
